Pretty cool. I don't like that I have to wait for something to fully process before I can send another message. Also I wish you could use a phone calling service for Shelby county through pigeonly.com. But overall it's a neat way to stay in touch with incarcerated loved ones.

They provide an awesome deal for the prices they charge. I couldn't be happier. It was very easy to set up the account and on top of the great prices, they gave me even more discounts at the checkout.
I can't get through anything, and it keeps charging me, photos said delivered, which were never received. There were photos that I have never seen before, and that I didn't send. Never received anything out of this company. What can I do to stop these people?

I was told I would be getting a refund for all my orders because of the time it has taken them to process my orders and get them mailed out. The lady I spoke to on the phone lied to me and said that all my orders had been mailed out but the system just hadn't been updated yet. That was over a week ago and today I received a email from pigeonly saying one of my letters had been mailed out. She also told me my subscription would be canceled and refunded. Obviously that hasn't been done yet either. The inmate is not even in jail anymore. He didn't get ONE LETTER I sent through pigeonly even though it has been over 2 weeks since I wrote my first letter! That is unacceptable! I have sent them multiple emails and called a couple times and still nothing has been done.

I've been use them for over 5 years. I love them I've never had any problems and if I had they were resolved right away. There aren't enough hours in the day it seems especially when we're out here and there in there so there were so many days I wanted to send a pic or a letter but couldn't. Simply because being a single mom of 4 and working 2 jobs I didn't have the energy to go to Walgreens or sit and actually right. With pigeonly it allows me to send pics from my phone I can voice to text my letters and don't have to worry about sending it off cause I never do. Except when I go threw pigeonaly. They also offer more services and it's not goin to break the bank like the phone calls can.
And that in itself is a stress relief and I greatly appreciate it.

They take money out of your account when they are not supposed to, it's NOT unlimited calls, half the time the inmate can NOT get through, and the letters take forever to get to the inmate. I have had this company since March and have nothing but trouble. My boyfriend has NOT been able to reach me in 5 days but has been able to reach other family members through another company. I have called them numerous times about this and they keep telling me it will be fixed and they are working on it. I am extremely frustrated and they don't refund you, so I am stuck with this non working company

This service was meant to be helpful for the family communication. It is a scam, i was charge #34.99 every 7 days after I asked for the service to be cancelled. The customer service is a bunch of lies and run arounds. Do not use this service. It is not worth the headache.

This is the worst the phone calls are the same as gtl connect network pigeonly rep said its. 10 cents per minutes well we only get 15 minutes so you do the math... it's the same price 1.50 I'm not saving $#*! then you're charging me 7.99 to have a subscription for what? So far I have really been impressed and pleased with Pigeonly, the letter I wrote my dad, was typed and sent so fast, they update you to let know your letters have been sent and delivered and when it get a there! I have had a very positive experience using pigeonly. They are very fast and are great at keeping you updated on where things are, such as letters being delivered and at what time. I would recomend to everyone.
The web pages flow easily, account set up and navigation were a breeze. Im disappointed that after i joined and agreed to pay a monthly reoccurring bill... i was taken to another page where it was a 3rd party and had an additional bill to pay to the jail. I understand its separated as its different businesses all together. Its just nice to know that once you agree to everything... the agreement changes on the next page after providing Credit Card info and being charged.
I recently found out about this Townsend my fiance pictures to get through this time away and I'm hoping he is getting them.

I signed up to see what it was about supposed to be a 3 day trial well in website says you can cancel after you see the charges for monthly subscription then 24.99 I think for a number well I never got the number when trying to cancel kept taking me back so I emailed was called after the 3 day trial and said i never agreed to the 24.99 number still got charged. Many people after i learned this told me there all over charged and its multiple charges in one month. I would advise you just go thru the jails system and not here. This place is a complete RIP off. And all these false good reviews. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I've turned my complaint over to better business bureau it's bad enough its expensive to talk to a loved one in jail and send things to. And you have a company like this that rips you off. They will blow you up with emails too.

Phone number have glitches and sometime don't work. Inmate will call and number will say it's disconnected. Theu will say call BK in 48 hrs, they'll reset them number if it still doesn't work they will give you a new number. How is that convenient for the inmate? Me? Keep you on hold for 30 plus minutes. It's a horrible learning experience. Stay away from Pigeonly
Hi Lisa I apologize for any inconviences. Sometimes the facilities/providers experience outages making it difficult for calls to connect which is why sometimes the inmate hears a busy signal when trying to call. There are also different protocols for our number to be active and ready for use depending on your loved ones facility. This is why we try to give the number at least 24 hours to be active. Other times the facility just won't accept our best rate number which is why we then issue you a different number with a different prefix. I know it can be very frustrating but our main goal is to provide you with a working, active number that the facility will accept AND our customer can save on each call. Sometimes depending on the facility it can take a couple tries, so we ask for patience on those special cases. We also have had a very high call volume due to the demand of our services. Since then we have expanded our time making hold times a lot less. If you'd like to give us another try for free please give us a call and use reference code 8231. A manager will be more than happy to assist you. Once again I do apologize that you did not have a great experience with Pigeonly.
