Pretty cool. I don't like that I have to wait for something to fully process before I can send another message. Also I wish you could use a phone calling service for Shelby county through pigeonly.com. But overall it's a neat way to stay in touch with incarcerated loved ones.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam
This is a mon-fri service. If you have any problems on the weekends it doesn't work. They never answer the phone. They aren't helpful at all.
I have 25 on my account and the number still doesn't work. It picks and chooses when it will work.

So this company sucks, their system is incomplete. Web site and app all have major issues especially when it comes to the account management section. I uploaded a photo to send to my cousin, well they send 2 copies of the picture one was a post card with a note on it. Well the Maricopa jail wont accept pictures with notes on them so they both got returned. Why did they send a picture to the jail knowing the system wouldn't accept it. Also i was supposed to be charged once for 26 bucks, they charged my card every week, guess it was a system error. Stay away from these guys, use the jail or prison's other options.

I was subscribed. I canceled my subscription a year ago, see today that I was charged $34.99. The card that they charged was not even on file, they should not even have that cards information but they somehow did and charged it without me even having a subscription. I saw from other reviews other people saying the same exact thing being charged $34.99. And that they would do an investigation and they said the same exact thing to me. Completely bizarre that they charged a car they should not even know the knowledge of.

I am trying it out see how it works compared to the other one. I couldn't find it stated anywhere how the inmates receive their mail, photos etc. for instance is it sent to facility and facility prints their email and photos letters etc out And then sent to inmate, or is it printed out from pigeonly then sent through U.S. Mail... So 30 days to try it see what's up then

I was disappointed that I couldn't complete my order online. I had to call customer service, which was so busy that I had to leave a callback number. Fortunately, I was called back quickly and was able to complete my order. Hopefully my friend will receive the pictures and message I sent quickly.

Pigeonly is probably the best website I have found for staying in touch with your loved ones for a great price, because let's face it, sending your loved one pictures, letters, postcards and your phone time, those are all PRICELESS but Pigeonly makes life just a little less stressful with reasonable pricing. They charge you and never deliver on the service. I ordered photos June 3rd and they never delivered them. All they say is we cant refund you and the order is being processed. They are fraudulent. The owner kendricks hutson is a former convict and based on this fraudulent service he should be back in prison. Use free prints or another service. Stay far away!

I had a very hard time navigating and figure out how to set up an account along with adding money into my account only to figure out that I end up with a whole different number for them to call rather than my own phone number which I find very weird and confusing I still have yet to be able to contact my inmate because they don't know my phone number and I can't get a hold of them and it takes three to five business days to send a photo where as to in my county jail it to ok an 1-6 hours at most

They charged me fees of $7.99 and $2.99 up to $40 within 21 days, they hurried and reversed the charges after I called them, But I cancelled my services through them because I didn't like that they just took money off my card whenever they wanted. They sent me an email confirming that my account was closed and I wouldn't be charged anymore, I went to their website and deleted my card info and what do you know a month later they started charging my card again! I had to call my bank and order a new card just to make sure this company doesnt keep stealing from me! DO NOT USE THEM!

Those are fees that are automatically charged to Pigeonly accounts depending on your subscription type.The good news is our refund policy is simple so if you were charged incorrectly the appropriate department will correct the issue and refund the charges right away.
The process to receive a refund can be as quick as 3 days but can take as long as 14 days, depending on your bank.

I purchased it with the hopes of getting the "best" call rate which i did NOT get I was still being charged regular jail rate, with the 25 dollars I wass able to do 4 20min calls and then told me I had to add funds to my balance? No point of me paying the monthly fee when my inmate can just call me to my regular phone and be charged the same without monthly fees on top of the min/rate calls. I talked to customer service and he told me he would call me back with a "new" number to give my inmate and with that one i should get the "best rate", the day has ended and I recieved NO phone call nor email with this "new number" I was suppose to get. Just stay away from it.

DO NOT US THIS APP! I stopped using this app about a year ago because random charges would appear on my account from Pigeonly. I called and asked that they would give my money back and to please remove my billing information. They said they would, one year later they charged my account two charges of $26.06 a total $52.12, again without my consent. They are robbing people and hoping you won't notice the charges. THIEVES. I can believe they still have my account information after one year and after they said they were removing it. DON'T SIGN UP TO THIS APP.

This company is a joke. Signed up to use the service, waited weeks to be told they would let me know when they would be able to provide me with the service I requested.
