Pretty cool. I don't like that I have to wait for something to fully process before I can send another message. Also I wish you could use a phone calling service for Shelby county through pigeonly.com. But overall it's a neat way to stay in touch with incarcerated loved ones.

I went with 3 stars, because I have not herd from my inmate or received a call... so my stars will change. I'm not sure if I did something wrong, or if I'm inpatient. Thanks though!

I was surprised by how quickly my letters were delivered! Easy to locate my loved one that is incarcerated. I would recommend pigeonly to friends and family!

I save so much time and money by using Pigeonly. I can write on my phone and send it in a 24/7 hr. They also let you keep up the status when they are delivering it and when they receive everything.

I don't mind that the three photos were one sheet. This site is a great idea. But mine were in black and white. Maybe I missed something in the fine print.

A great to send letters also sends Photos as well. I have not tried it yet but I am working on it. All around a good site but needs a bit of technical support

This is very useful. And convenient for me cause I'm always busy and never have patience to sit down and hand write a letter when I can just text a letter since I'm always on my phone

Allowed me to send pictures make recieve phone calls and recieve a discount on them. Definitely worth a shot especially with their introductory offer.

I had five charges of $39.99 on my account during a 10 day period in November 2021, just one month after I started using it. The response provided when I emailed them was a "system upgrade that double charged". But my account was not $39.99 a month so it could not be a "double" charge. It was just random charges. Even after I reported it to the unauthorized charges, more charges were added to the account. I decided to cancel my credit card to ensure no more charges because I read on BBB and on this site that others, even years ago, were having the same problem. They did refund my money after a lot of back and forth. NOTE: The charges only show up on your credit card, NOT your account, so you need to check your credit card regularly. I kept asking for a proper invoice of charges and they refused to ever send it (I asked at least 5 times). The other odd thing is that on the site there is no list of what services you get for what fees. It's a very sparse website, I think for a reason. In any event, I strongly urge people NOT to use this Pigeonly, but if you do, check your credit card regularly. Also, if you see random charges and they say "wait a few days", you likely will just get more charges while you wait, as I did. I had to cancel my credit card. Why is this company still operating after doing this for years?

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this service Pigeonly. If you do, check you credit card regularly for unauthorized charges (they won't show on your account, only your card). Cancel your credit card immediately if this happens (I recommend) because the charges will continue.

PIGEONLY DOES NOT SETUP THE PHONE NUMBER THEY PROVIDE WITH THE FACILITY YOUR LOVED ONE IS IN.

PIGEONLY DID NOT RELATE THIS INFORMATION WHEN SERVICE WAS PURCHASED.

WHEN PHONE CALL WAS RECEIVED FROM LOVED ONE I WAS NOT ABLE TO SPEAK TO HIM WITHOUT DEPOSITING MONEY INTO HIS COMMISSARY.

Very good, fast, convenient way to talk to your inmate. Pictures, letters all that.
You can send them anything whenever, they may not read it until later but you can send whenever wherever.

Ive had two different accounts for two different inmates, returned. Due to the envelopes addressed WRONG! THE MOST RECENT WAS SOMEONE ELSE'S PHOTOS MIXED UP, THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO REMBURSE ME EITHER.
