Avoid this business and these fake reviews. Look at these reviews... these people either work in the office at Primary or are influencer models for the products. I read a review tonight from a lady who bought a hat from Pink Lily and loves it... says she wears it everywhere. First off, of all the 73 hat locations in the warehouse, there's not a single hat worthy of pictures. I sent a complaint to the owners and managers about all the damaged hats in inventory. There's not one decent hat in the warehouse inventory... I know, I am the former Inventory Supervisor. The lady who wrote that positive review is a liar. If she is an actual customer who bought a hat from Pink Lily, she's mad as he'll right now. She looks like an influencer model for the company. This is straight up fraud and should be against the law. This company is ripping people off and using fake reviews to cheat people out of their hard earned money.
I had a small issue with one of my sweaters that was delivered and they were very prompt to fix the problem and made sure it was no inconvenience to me at all. I will definitely continue to order from them.
I ordered on 12/20. I read the estimated shipping time for my "customized - made to order" item. By their timeline, it would have arrived before my trip on 01/15. Part of my order shipped and I received the scarf - which sheds badly. I'm not sure if I'll ever wear it. I received an email on 12/26 stating my sweatshirt shipped and the tracking information was attached. After no movement or updates to the tracking, I reached out twice. I received replies stating that they use a bulk mailing process and once it has really shipped, I'll be notified. Today is 01/12 and still no movement on the order and no updates. I wish I could cancel/return it. I may just dispute the purchase instead. I do not plan to order anything else from Pink Lily. Fool me once...

I've ordered from Pink Lily 6 times now. My most recent ordered I place on 12.31.2020. I never really created an account, just always checked out as a guest. For some reason I decided to go ahead and create an account for a login after I had placed my order. I saw that there was a Pink Perks Reward Program, if you earned 3000 Pink Perks by 12.31.2020 you would get Magenta Status for the whole year. The order from the 31st was double points or something like that, but I ended up with 2130 Pink Perks. So, I emailed customer support asking if it was possible to go back and give me credit for the other 3 orders I had placed that month.(I went a bit "ham" on the AMAZING sales they kept having all month.) They replied back that same day thanking me for shopping with them, and that they updated my points for those orders. Now I have 5,254 points and Magenta status for the year. So thanks Pink Lily!

The sizing chart is extremely misleading. The clothes I purchased not only were terrible quality but also not even close to the sizes it suggests. When I reached out to customer service because of how unhappy I was and asking to be refunded for my returned purchase I was basically told not possible. It's ridiculous the amount of money people spend on this clothing when the quality is none better then shein.
I waited weeks for an item to come back in stock and ordered it immediately when it was. Attached is a photo of what I ordered vs. what I received. I have yet to hear anything back from customer service about any way to resolve this, and it looks like it may never be resolved.
This was my very first time ordering from Pink Lily after seeing items posted by an influencer on Instagram and I am beyond satisfied with my experience. Shipping was fast, customer service was great and I was very pleased with the sweatshirt I ordered. I look forward to purchasing more items in the near future.

I purchased 3 tops from this site and they did not fit well. 2 were marked "clearance", so when I tried to return I received a message that they were "Final Sale". At no time was I informed that " clearance" is "final sale" when finalizing my transaction which most stores will do. This is misleading at the very least. It was listed in a disclaimer, so I have no action to take. You can only make a return for credit AND pay for return shipping.

I love Pink Lily, the clothes & accessories they offer and the wonderful service they provide. I have been a customer and Pink Perks member (please revamp this program) for a few years now and the few times when I have had a question or concern, I received a prompt response. Once items ship from the warehouse, it gets to me pretty quickly but it can be a tad frustrating to get a shipment notification (label printed!) but the package sits for several days sometimes until their bulk shipment is picked up. The clothes and service make it worth the wait though! I would love to see more (or actual) perks for Magenta tier members. I accumulate points but a $20 coupon does nothing for me when a 15 or 20% code that everyone has will always save me more and I can't combine the two. I'm a big fan as are many others but I believe in being rewarded for being loyal to a company.
I excitingly ordered some clothes from pink lily and they shipped super fast. Got everything and loved it. There was a little oopsie in my bag. I received biker shorts instead of leggings but no big deal! I just messaged them to let them know and I received my leggings three days later. Great communication and super quick! Fast shipping! I will definitely be purchasing items from Pink Lily again :)
I was disappointed with a Valentines Day sweatshirt due to the sweatshirt having pin like places that were missing the white paint of the outline of the heart. I sent a email to customer service on a Saturday and within an hour the issue had been resolved. They issued a refund and told me to keep, donate or toss damaged sweatshirt. They said no need to return item to them. So happy with Pink Lily.

I've been ordering from Pink Lily for about 4 months now and I absolutely love everything I've purchased. They also have great customer service and are very helpful. I've ordered from a lot of boutiques, and this is by far my favorite one. They have the best selection of clothes and shoes. I always get a lot of compliments when I wear something I bought from them. I will continue to order from them regularly and also highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for amazing clothes.

Do not order from here. They provide zero customer service. I tried to apply a credit that i had and for some reason it did not work and i was charged full price for an order that should have been taken care of by my credit due to a return i had recently sent back. When i emailed them, they said there was nothing they could do. Such a scam and fraud. They stole from me and I want everyone to know. Do not order from them

They respond almost immediately which is unheard of these days. Everyone I talked to has always been so nice and sincere. I have had to return multiple items and they process the returns really quickly.

I placed my first two orders within days of each other. When the second order got here before the first one, I contacted customer service as there was no update on the first package. They provided an update right away and I got the package yesterday! I love all the clothes I purchased and will definitely placing more orders! Size is pretty true to my normal size. Ordered my sweaters in all small. I'm 5'8 and 135 pounds.
Pink Lilly popped up as an Instagram add so I was leery at first but after further research and learning they are US based, I was sold! I've ordered a few tee's already and absolutely LOVE my items. The shirts are soft and comfy. I also love that I can get matching items for my daughter! Who's 5!

I wear nothing but Pink Lily when it comes to my sweaters and I easily have 30 of them now and my collection is still growing. There are times I have had to contact customer service and they are on it like no other. They are crazy fast in their response time and always keep me a happy camper.

I was incredibly thank you for how helpful the Pink Lily team was! My mom had ordered a few things for me for Christmas around Thanksgiving. She did not give me any of the items until Christmas and did not take anything out of the packaging. One of my sweaters had a hole in it when I finally did open it. Even though their policy states items with defects must be claimed within 3 days, the team was super helpful and understanding of the situation and helped me out. I am grateful for them!

Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
