Been shopping at Pink Lily for a few months now. I had a question regarding an order the other day and they were so quick to get back to me. The customer service is outstanding! The clothes are also not only stylish but affordable. I love that they also post videos explaining the size of the clothes they're wearing before you make a purchase because sometimes buying things online can be hard. I am sometimes in between sizes due to my curves and then sometimes I'm at my true size and since shopping with pink Lily I have never had a problem with having to return anything due to my size. This is the first place I've ever shopped that shows customer care. Thanks pink Lily for making me feel beautiful in my skin and listening to your customers.
I just LOVE Pink Lily! Their clothes have always been of quality and arrive so quickly after ordering. The only time I ever had something be lost in transit, they promptly offered me options and ultimately refunded me. Their responses were very kind and immediate. I appreciate the business as a whole and will definitely continue shopping with them! Also, the amount of compliments I have received from my purchases is just an added bonus :)
I've placed several orders lately for my girlfriend from Pink Lilly and it's always a great experience! They had one mishap with one shipment, but were quick to address it and made everything right with no issue. I would highly recommend PL! Great products and reasonable prices. They also run sales regularly which is great!
I just recently found this boutique about 4 months ago and since then, I have placed about 15 orders! The sizes are exactly as they describe. The return process is fast and easy, I received the wrong item, opened the portal and within 7 days I had my gift card ready to use! The customer service is the best part! They respond very quickly and have always resolved my issue the same day! I have tried countless other online stores and I will ONLY shop at PL from here on at! Thank you for treating me like a customer and not just another number!

1. Very good quality on my order. I got 6-7 items I believe.
2. Came super quick. I think I ordered Thursday night, I had it Monday.
3. Now the negatives, return policy is terrible. I was aware of it before. Of my items, one (tank top) did not fit WHATSOEVER compared to its online measurements and other reviewers. The other, the color was more of a putrid green in my opinion then the picture. Sizing was great. So I decided to exchange this item for the black romper, and return the tank. However, you can only exchange sizes (not colors). So I'd be stuck paying shipping again. That's idiotic in my opinion as it's the same product!
4. The fact that companies nowadays make you pay for returns is crazy. I rarely(!) see it.
5. Although the other 4 products I absolutely loved, I will not shop here again because of 3&4.

I emailed this site twice, and got no response back over a week later. They were supposed to ship my order within 72 business hours, took their *******@55 time, no apology, or response. My package was late because of this. I would never shop here again.
Not sure how Pink Lily has such a low rating - but I am obsessed with this shop. They are quick with their returns and shipping out their items. They also now have models in each size so you can see how the item fits your size instead of how it looks on someone who is a size 0-2 like most places. They also do SO many giveaways and have so many discount codes that make shopping there very affordable.
I've placed several orders from this site! From shoes, sweaters, tops and accessories! I've never had any issues and have always received my items very quickly! It is my # go to when I'm looking for a new outfit! :)
Super friendly support/ customer service. I was accidentally shipped the incorrect item although it was listed as shipped correctly and the piece was labeled incorrectly too. Their team got back to me within 24 hours and helped make the error correct. They were helpful and extremely nice. Also updated me about shipping along the way! Would buy from them again!
I had an issue with my payment. It went through on my end but pink lily never received it. After sending them an email they were so quick to respond and so thorough with helping me figure out what happened. Def rec this website to everyone... not only do they have the cutest to date trends at a reasonable price they have an amazing customer service dept as well... def a customer for life!

I had been working in the insurance industry, which came with a bit of traveling. I quickly learned that building relationships in my community and supporting women to achieve their goals was my passion. Fast-forward to 2013, our son was born, and I was home on maternity leave with no income. With bills to pay, I started experimenting with online marketplaces selling various items to help make ends meet. This online community of friends quickly grew from a few hundred members to over 10,000 in a very short period. I quickly learned that I could combine my passion for relationships to help support women from all over the country to feel confident in their fashion choices.
With zero capital, together with Chris, we transitioned this passion project to an established website and business in 2014. Without funding or assurances of what was ahead, we took the risk and set ambitious goals. I focused on leveraging my sales and social media knowledge to grow our outreach while Chris incorporated his business strategy and finance expertise to structure our operations. We found ourselves alongside several recruited family members shipping hundreds of orders from our living room weekly!
