You are always being threatened with a write up in inbound. That's how the morning meeting starts. You are under constant loaded gun here. Fun environment, please... give me a break. The managers definitely have their favorites so prepare for a double standard too. Hard work is not rewarded or recognized here. They are in the middle of changing their racking or whatever, and no one has confidence that the "new" system is going to work. No one. But I'm sure the lowly employees will get blamed for that too (not management). The hardest part of this is you can't even voice a complaint or concern without it being noted in your personal file that you are being belligerent or noncompliant. The most enjoyable part of the day is when you get to clock out. No joy in inbound. A good place to start however if you need experience. If you can remind yourself that "I am going to leave a soon as I can", then you can treat this as an "in-between" job experience.

I love the clothing and the prices/sales are good to look at often. However, there shipping is downright horrendous. For such a popular brand it shouldn't take a week plus for usps to get my item after the label was created and it had "shipped". It's such a turn off when they can't even ship in a timely fashion. Highly disappointed.

Overall, PinkLily is just awesome! They have the cutest styles and the clothing has some of the greatest quality I have ever encountered. And any time you have an issue or just need some help, their customer service department is on it. They respond so quickly and are so friendly! Not that it's even a bad thing. But the only adverse thing that I have found is that they have so many pieces of clothing it is hard to find an exact item unless you know the exact wording or name! If you are skeptical, just give them a shot; you will not be sorry!

Horrible customer service returned an item didn't get my full refund and had to pay for a return that was their mistake. And the clothes are so cheap! Go to kohl's and save your money the clothes are better quality! They trick you on the photos with the models…. Nothing like the photos. Will never shop here again. I'm disgusted at how I just wasted $240! Contacted customer service 3x and they did nothing for me.

Amazing customer service

The customer service helped me out when my coupon code wouldn't work. They refunded me for what I would have saved, no questions asked. Also the quality of the clothes is amazing! Wish I could give 10 stars.

Great customer service
August 23, 2021

I love there items. I recently got item that had small defect in it, and there customer was awesome. I received a defective product and they were amazing and offered me refund or credit since item was sold out. I chose the credit since I'll be shopping for fall items soon. They were so great and issued credit in like 5 minutes. They were great. I can't say that for all companies because many out there right now give customers a hard time for returns. They def were so helpful.

Sweater goes to my navel
October 22, 2020

Really? Why would a sweater go to my navel? I contacted there poor customer service and was told I could return the item. Then I get to the website and guess what? They recommend that they pay shipping which is 6 dollars, I'll get store credit. Plus it says I can't return my item because it was a final sale. The item is defective and it is a final sale. This place is horrible! I was in support of them from their online influencers. I'll never purchase their crap clothes again

Horrible Return Policy

I had a terrible experience with the return policy because by the time I got it, it was too late to return for anything except store credit, which was really disappointing. And they didn't have any customer service that I could talk to.

Great Customer Service
January 9, 2021

I placed an order for several items and received everything in just a few days. One of the sweaters I ordered had a flaw in the material. I took a picture of the flaw and emailed customer service. I received a replacement sweater faster than I could even check the follow up email. Great job, Pink Lily.

Absolute Trash

The influencers who are crowding my instagram feed are always featuring Pink Lily, so I thought I would try a couple of pieces. I purchased a couple of dresses and a jersey jumpsuit. First - the shipping took FOREVER to get to me (and I live outside a major metro area in the Northeast). Second - the toxic smell upon opening the bag was one of the worst I had ever smelled. Third - the construction of the garments was absolute trash. So I tried to return them within hours of receiving them. Guess what - they ONLY offer store credit. Why would I EVER want to purchase something else from them? All I know is they must be spending A LOT of money compensating influencers, because it isn't going into their product.

I bought a lot of the spring dresses here from PinkLily.com and they are so overpriced. My mom bought them so it did not cost me, but If it were my money I would not buy from here at all. They get them made in China and you're paying because bloggers across are trying to scam you into buying. The material is cheap on most and better to use another company.

Honest Kind people

My item arrived with a tear and i told then about it expecting to have to pay to ship it back and everything else but no they actually told me to just dispose of it & they sent another one rushed shipping! I was so pleased with the way they handled the situation! I will definitely order from then again!

Horrible return policy
February 14, 2022

I had to return a dress because it was too small. Not only do they deduct $6.00 for shipping, but they do not refund your money. They will only give a gift card (minus the six dollars) to their store. I have already paid for the shipping TO my house and now I have I have to pay for shipping back. Then in order to use my "e gift card" I will have to pay for shipping again. This is a total waste! Do not shop here!

Great Customer Service

Poorly made items

The skirt I ordered from Pink Lily was made poorly. The sequins were sewn in clumps, leaving a bare spot in the front of the skirt without sequins. I spent $30 on shipping and the responses from the company were unhelpful with no solution.

Very poor quality jewelry! I got several necklaces and earrings, all very poor quality and 3 items were defective. I can't Return the defective items because it said final sale! Don't waste your money on their jewelry.
