Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!

I've used PLT as a hit and miss for purchasing clothing but because it is cheap and less expensive for the majority of clothing. I do not mind it not being the proper sizing or the threading falling apart as soon as it comes in the mail. Unfortunately with sponsoring all pricing has doubled over and unless that will bring change to the quality of manufacturing I would not recommend nor use a low quality product such as Pretty Little Thing for its price advertised.

This company " gaurentees " delivery for packages that never show. And then they claim they can't count an order as " lost " and won't give you a refund. Stay FAR AWAY! Anytime you actually get someone on a chat they respond and close the ticket so you can't actually communicate with anyone

The dresses are good, however delivery is very expensive and they never give free delivery or a discounted delivery no matter how much you order unlike other online shopping. If you make an order for two dresses, and one is suddenly out of stock they will ship one dress and you end up paying 30Dhs currently the most expensive delivery for just one dress. They don't contact the customer to give the option to may be add another dress or even cancel the order as paying 30Dhs for one dress is not worth it.

It was my 1st time purchasing from PLT, and I was already annoyed that they don't share any reviews from clients about their products, therefore I can't tell if a product is good or cheap quality.
Then, as a Canadian, I had to pay 50$ to return, if Shein can have free return, PLT should too.
They are a scam. Most of their products are way too expensive for the quality. Never buying from them again.

It has been 3 months i still haven't received my package, when i talk to the staff they just say to keep an eye on the tracking before they can do anything. The tracking service hasn't also updated for a long time now! Lol only order from plt when u want to received ur order 4+ months after.

I ordered from PrettyLittleThing, received an email that my package was dispatched only to find out in never was shipped. I called them and they said that they hadn't shipped it out, three different times then continued to claim that the package was lost and offered to refund me or reship it even though my items were no longer in stock. I chose to receive the refund, then became extremely annoyed when they would not refund me for one of the items and the shipping and claimed that the shipping was in American currency (As I am Canadian), although they took out 30 dollars out of my bank account without taking into consideration the currency difference that they are claiming to be interfering with me receiving my money back. I am extremely disappointed with their company and will never purchase from them again, as I also encourage others to do the same to avoid any kind of disappointment. I strongly recommend Misguided, as they have excellent customer service and early shipping.

Never got any of my packages and they won't even look into it properly. If you want something a month later, that's an if not a sure thing and if you want then to give you a run around to avoid giving you a refund shop here. I know I won't ever again. First and last time. These you tubers and celebrities that's shop here are liars.

I placed an order and when I checked the tracking it said that I had been delivered. I had not received the package. I direct messaged them on twitter and their customer service team responded quickly and were able to help me. I had this outfit planned for a specific event and they were able resolve my problem and I am so grateful. I appreciate everything they were able to do for me. With a team who cares about their customers I would definitely recommend for people to shop here. Love it!

I placed an order back in June, 2022. I have been trying to get an update and was told that it is expected to ship 11/17/2022. This must be a long November because here we are February 1,2023 and have not received the order. You use the Chat, and its a waist of time. They check the order then when they ask do you want to chat with a rep, you are not allowed to respond This place is a SCAM and I will report to the BBB. I mean the order was only $44.44 dollars but its the principal.

Don't bother. A total SCAM

I ordered a bikini, they sent me the wrong size bottoms. It would cost more to send them back so I reordered and they sent me the wrong size again! I tried contacting them and can't type my complaint to customer service. Communication is poor and it's 4.00 per order to return, plus you pay shipping again! Bad experience that's cost me 50.00 for nothing.

There are multiple different lines of clothes designed for different shapes, which is super helpful for me (im an 8G, those are hard to fit), but they can be limited in the types of clothes that are available. Curve, for instance doesn't have much in the way of formal or office wear.

However their help service on facebook is great. Thanks to Sultan for all the help.

The website and social media influences who wear this merchandise are super misleading. In images everything is lit to hide the terrrible quality of what you're buying. I purchased some pants for $60 reduced to $30, the material was thin and cheap... and completely see through. The sewing on the pants was terrible. There is no way you could ever wear them. I also bought a pair of jeans which smelt of a strong chemical. I have had them out of the packaging airing out for about a week and they still stink.

I messaged the customer service team who replied promptly but if you're items stink I really think the returns label should be sent directly to the customers for convenience.

Furthermore, The package took forever to get to me. Standard shipping was estimated to be 7-10 days. It took 5 days to even leave the warehouse and took 18 days to get to me.

The websites return platform will not let me sign in, so currently awaiting further instructions. Wish me luck!

I used to love pretty little thing but after more than 2 weeks I still have not received any information on where my package is after spending more than 100 on it and no one will tell me any information on if it's coming or not.

I've purchased a few items on their website and everything is great. However, this one outfit is not. I would think it's coming from the same fabric but I guess not. It's two different color. The skirt is a bit more orangy red and the top is a deeper red which is a perfect red. In the sun it's pretty noticeable. I just needed it to both match and sadly it was one of my outfit for my Hawaii vacation.

A dress I ordered cane damaged and unwearable. I snapped a photo and sent it to customer service expecting them to at least offer an exchange of an I damaged replacement dress, but instead they offered 10% off and told me to stitch it up myself. I'll never be ordering from them again.

I spent 2 hrs shopping and was going to spend about 500.00. But I wanted to make sure the reviews we're good. They were terrible.So thank you for all ur reviews I believe I would have lost 500.00 or got a bunch of crap not worth 50.00. Thank you all for ur reviews. I am so thankful

I ordered from them 3 different times the first package took an entire month to get to me till it even said delivered on supposedly a regular 7 day shipping and after an entire month I received nothing at all. Was lost. I ordered a second time I rushed delivered it the 2 days shipping that they keep advertising and it not only didn't take me an entire week to get it. But they didn't send the whole thing so a third time I had to order a skirt. I overnighted it and they failed to overnight. It is now day 6 and I needed it. For an event and all they told me. Is I have to wait an entire month to even get a refund for my shipping Or my item when I'm telling them. I don't even want the item anymore I want a refund. They just keep your money and keep charging extra fees and take their time. My friends as well. FedEx never even got the item from them, and they keep blaming FedEx. Ans they refuse to give me a refund.

For what you're paying for you can get so much more in other sites then what I got here. Don't buy stuff from here please. The swim suit that I bought from there I haven't worn it ones and I payed top dollar for the item. The tag wasn't on right and there was loose threads everywhere. I ordered a large and I followed the size chart. I measured myself and when it came it didn't come a large it came an xxl

I made an order on the site and waited for two weeks for my stuffs to arrive, i got no calls, no emails or anything to notify me that they cant find my address. I could have searched in the local post office. My address was correct though. I tried contacting them if they could provide me an option only in vain. They said they will refund my money, deducting the delivery charge. I tried purchasing again and the same thing happened. I have never had any problem with online deliveries before. The delivery person would easily find my address and leave a card or give a call if i m not home, this mess happened only with my purchase at prettly littlet thing. I had to wait for nothing, only to get charged for delivery service

What a scam of a company. I liked the look of the products online so I ordered a few pieces of clothing. When it comes to them taking your money and getting you your product they are efficient but in the case of returns/refunds or any communication after they have taken your money, they are terrible. I have been waiting to receive a refund for 2 months now and the customer service conversations I have keep going in circles. Upon paying for postage, the company has yet to update me on my refund or acknowledge they received anything. Again, they are more interested in taking your money and not helping you resolve any challenges you may have with their products. What a shame.

If customer service was better and items that needed to be returned were not something you had to pay for this company would be a lot more desirable. It doesn't make sense that I had to pay $4 to return a $26 dress.

Nothing I ordered came right. The jeans I ordered felt cheap and were way to big. The shirts I ordered never fit right on me and showed off way to much of my chest. The bathing suits were way to small. And the body suits might have well been underwear they came down so low on my torso. Returned every single thing but it was just A waste of like 15$ to pay to ship it back and taxes.

I placed a order over a month ago with this company! Tell me why I still haven't received my package! I have been back forth by email with this company! I have even asked these $#*!es to at least return HALF of my money! They refuse to do that. Told me wait till august 5th to get the package, that date came and still NO PACKAGE! This will be my last time ordering from this company! Respectfully KMA!

I have been trying for over a month to get a refund for items I returned back Feb 10th. They ask for copy of postage. I give them tracking number from courier and the date and who signed for the return. Still playing email bs. I would not recommend this place to anyone. CRAP
