I did receive the requested items after about 3 weeks, which was not a big deal to me since it was such a good deal and I didn't need them immediately. The most frustrating part is I sent some articles back for a refund and I still haven't gotten a refund after TWO MONTHS! I have gotten emails over a month ago that they received my items and a refund would be issued in 48 hours but no refund was ever issued!
I bought two pairs of leggings(horrible!) and a t-shirt. I got an extra small so it would be loose. It fit my little sister who is 10 years old perfectly. So it was/t even loose on her. DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSIT IT SUCKS! The pants were up to my knees.

I couldn't be more pleased that I finally found a short dark navy blue kimono that I shopped for month after month for the past six months. After I placed the order with Romwe I realized it's possible it would not be shipped in enough time for when I needed it for my youngest son's college graduation. I contacted Romwe and asked if the Kimono could be shipped faster if I paid the for shipping. The customer service was outstanding. It was shipped early with no addition shipping fee. The kimono is perfect with my dress. It's not often that a large company takes the time to communicate and accomendate a customer for a small item. After reading some horrible reviews after i had paid i was very nervous! Agreed the ticket system is rediculously long. I would suggest they look into other sites systems and update that. I bought 4 items plus express totalling $100. It arrived in 4 days to aus! I almost fell over! I had never bought clothes online convinced i needed to try them on so i was the skeptic. People on here i see are shocked that this site knocks off labels... it says runway to you. I expected none the less. I also lived in china and copying is what they do best! Of the 4 dreses. 2 were awesome. 1 still pretty good. And the last. Lets say i expected thick cotton on the pic and got satin... but if u are buying stuff averaging $20 with few pics what do u expect? The online support is as expected. Depends who u get, their english level and the mood they were in. I got one doozie and one rad. Id definitely shop on romwe again even knowing i will almost definitely encounter the occasional dodgie outfit again.
Its a great store and its dirt cheap with "good quality" but unfortunately the shipping is a hassle. For some people it takes days and for others it takes months, mine is still proccesing, i keep thinking "well its a big order" or "maybe theyve ran out of something and are waiting to restock it". I ordered mine on a sunday night@ around 10pm and now it is thurday morning and my stuff still seem to be proccesing. Just do not expect for your order to come quickly, maybe they can rush my order a bit, other then that its a great store (hopefully my items actually fit me)
I ordered the Blue Sleeveless Floral Print Dress from ROMWE and was very impressed with the item once it arrived. I love the colours and design! The material is high quality and the dress is well made, you can tell a lot of are has gone into the product and that it will last as a result of this. Brought is because I wanted something lightweight and stylish for the hot summer months, and it has delivered on both counts, I have already received several compliments on the dress and I feel great every time I wear it!

I made a fairly large order on Romwe the other day that totaled around $150. Apart of that purchase were 2 dresses that I desperately needed for an event that was only days away so I was ecstatic to learn about their free express shipping that applied to purchases over $100. I have tracked my order more than once and have been told over and over again that some of my items have been shipped already, yet here I am with no parcels from Romwe. Not to mention that the things I should have received already are a very small portion of my order, and surprise surprise my dresses aren't included. I understand that different things factor into shipping especially location and stock, but if those are an issue than guaranteeing fast shipping is false advertisement and I do not tolerate it. How can I trust the quality of their clothes if I can't even trust the quality of their service? All in all I am PISSED AS $#*!, and will not be using this site again until they prove themselves.

My daughter ordered items on 2 orders they were received in reasonable time. The items themselves were OK all be it not finished very well and the sizing is terrible. She ordered 3 of the same top, same size, different colours one colour fit the other 2 far smaller. They came in a Romwe order but in the Shein individual bags. My major issue is I am trying to return items that are far too small and the computer says items not returnable and does not offer my daughter the "return items" button once she clicks into her order (as per Romwe online return instructions). I have checked the return policy and her items are eligible for return so I tried online help which is a robot that cannot help me just gives me a manual service button which when clicked says 24/7 service however also says OFFLINE so I am still no nearer returning the items. There is no email or telephone number to contact and no facility shows to "Open a ticket" of correspondence with a customer service representative. The order was places as my daughter thought it was good value however we are left with unusable clothes so there is no value in fact its been an expensive mistake for my daughter.
I bought 4 items from ROMWE on the 2nd of July without checking the reviews and comments about it. After I purchased the items I looked at the reviews and I was starting to regret buying things. They said stuff like "slow shipping, crappy quality, wrong sizes" etc and I was nearly having a panic attack. But on the 6th of July my stuff came. I got fast shipping and I didn't even pay for fast shipping. I tried the clothes on and everything was the right size, right material, looked how it looked in the pictures and was overall perfect. I ordered Apple EarPods for my iPhone 6 on xmas eve, and got it on the 31st. I was a little skeptical at first because I thought they were going to turn out to be fake because of the price but They are REAL Apple products. Great price too! Happy customer.
I placed my order on the 9th of September and my package still has not been shipped. It is the 19th and I need my package by the 21st. I am highly upset with how long it took to process my order whereas it took 6 business days to process my order when it should've taken 2-4 business days according to the website. Then they still have not given my order to the post office! I know I won't receive my package in time for my event. So now I have to go shopping again to try to find a dress. I contacted them and they said there is nothing they can do. Never order from them if you need a packed by a certain date!

Hey, i just have a question. I am currently looking at phone cases on your website and i saw that they only say the size as in (7p) i have an iphone 8 plus and i just wanted to know if the 7p and the 8p phone case sizes are the same
I placed a decently large order with Romwe for about 11 different items and i was SO excited because they are super cute. But the package never showed up and the post office/fedex smartpost say the the shipper aka Romwe has to file a claim for a refund, but after going back and forth multiple times with the customer service on the website they say since they are in China they cannot file the claim. I've talked to USPS and Fedex and the shipper has to file the claim to get a refund. So now I am stuck out of a lot of money and Romwe won't help me out... I would've even be satisfied If they had resent they order, but they are very unhelpful.

I ordered 5 shirts and 1 pair of shorts, and the shirts were nice. Yet, the shorts were waaaaaay to small, and, the button holes were to small! I think that that is a way to cheap way to produce clothing. In the picture, the buttons fit great. Not so much on the actual product. I would order from ROMWE again, but always order a size bigger than what you need.

I can't stop smiling because I love my Backless Hollow Lace Green Dress so much which I ordered from ROMWE.COM and received it before the date I required. It's actually more beautiful than I thought. I love this site because they never send me the wrong item, shipping is fast and good, customer service is good, the designs are fantastic I love them all. I'll hopefully order a new dress to my sister's prom and I'll recommend ROMWE.COM to my friends.
Ordered 3 jumpers, a crop top, a necklace and a pair of earrings. Jewellery was perfect. Good quality, like you'd get in Topshop/H&M. Crop top was perfect - One Size (I'm a size 8), fit great. All three jumpers I ordered were One Size. I'm a size 8 and 5ft7.5... Only downside is that sleeves on all three were slightly short. So probs best for shorter size 6-8 girls. Definitely would not order if I were any bigger than a size 8. Would never fit. One of the jumpers was supposed to have chunky, baggy sleeves (as the photo suggested), but they were tight and shorter. All jumpers appeared to be baggier. Modelled on taller girls in the photos, so must be remakes. Overall, quality is good. I would say H&M/Forever21 quality. Delivery took exactly 2 weeks to the UK, which was great and very unexpected.
