One of the best experience of online shopping was to shop from them. They were very professional and helpful. Fast in processing orders and shipped products on time. Really liked their services.
So I left a negative review due to the appalling quality of product I received about 2 months ago and yesterday I was emailed a request from ROMWE to take it down in exchange for a discount coupon. NO F##KING CHANCE. This also means that there are probably heaps of negative reviews taken down so buyer can get discounts.
I will never shop at ROMWE again so there is no point offering me 50% off your substandard clothes as I have no interest in supporting you business or clogging up my rubbish bin again with crappy clothing.

I've bought from Romwe several times now and have always had zero issues. The company is great value-for-money and provides a very pleasant and flexible customer service. Will shop again for sure.
I ordered my stuff in the middle of March and had to receive them in 5-7 days. Oh well... I think that it is needless to say that they did not even ship my items out in this time frame. Then, I had to wait for over a month for my items to arrive because it was stuck in one or another point for weeks. I wrote to customer service several times asking for information as their tracking code did not work and practically all they had to say was "Don´t worry! Be happy!"
And. I am still waiting for this one poor shirt which was shipped bit later than other items because it was not available. And 1,5 months has passed since I ordered it. Good job Romwe with your 5-7 days EXPRESS SHIPPING. I would suggest to not make promises you cannot keep.
So unless you find something truly amazing, do not order. Quality is pretty okay if you do not take into account all those 20 loose threads per simple t-shirt (but you can be also more lucky) but shipping & customer service are both awful! If you have so much time on your hands, then better order straight from China and you will get cheaper and maybe even faster.

I have bought dresses from here several times. Their collections are very unique and fashionable. The price is also reasonable. Quality is best than any other online shop. I highly recommend.
Although I still would never ever order from this site again they FINALLY refunded me which I am happy about but not until I went back and forth numerous times and finally wrote an angry review. The customer service rep who reached out in reply to my review was very nice and helpful.
I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering from this GOD AWFUL site. I spent 50 dollars on my order and after almost three weeks of receiving nothing I sent in a complaint on my account. I was told that because one item s was back ordered, it post poned the whole order. I wish they would of told me that or just shipped the rest of the order. After asking for the refund for the one item, they said they would send the rest of the order immediately and issue me a refund for the one item- which they did. However- almost a month from when I orignally ordered, still NOTHING. I went back and forth with a customer service person multipe times until I finally received my package and one item was missing. I sent another message a week later asking if that item had been shipped separately. They said they "Sent it" and want me to track down Fed Ex. HELL NO! After all of that, I knew they never sent it. Even though that one item was only 13 dollars - they refuse to refund me without any proof. How am I supposed to prove it when I don't have the packaging? This site is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! So pissed for wasting my time. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.

I stupidly even looked on Site Jabber before purchasing, but with a foolish attitude I decided to try Romwe anyway! Let me be the guinea pig and save yourself time, effort and money!
I found their website through a Facebook advertisement and decided to try it out. All the images of their clothing looked pretty and professional on the website, but somewhere in my head the voice of reason was whispering rather than shouting. Its too cheap a price to be of good quality. With 60%-80% off being offered the prices are very low plus free delivery!
On arrival, which to be honest was within the 11-14 days they said it would take to be delivered, I was VERY disappointed when my order arrived. Such poor quality clothing.
As well as terrible quality, their customer service is so clunky! Slow to receive a response from submitting a ticket and also I do not think they are even English. Poor grammar and even spelling words right!
When i finally received a *ticket* to be allowed to return my order, they luckily gave me a European return address, instead of an American one, so lucky as to have to pay for tracking and signature on arrival for the parcel, would have been even more expensive! This is a very expensive lesson on my behalf, please don't be caught out too!
Like the similar comment below, just as she said. I will NEVER use this website and will continue to advertise against it.

After reading all the reviews, mostly bad, I still decided to give Romwe a chance. I bought 5 pieces of clothing, 3 of which were fine. But, I received a pair of shorts damaged (a button missing) and a shirt that I ended up wanting to simply exchange for a different color. After creating a ticket and going back and forth with their customer service reps, I just gave up. Awful. They basically bargained with me to find a solution. First response: If you want to return for exchange, the buyer needs to pay for shipping fees.
How about we offer you a 50% off coupon for next purchase while just keeping the items?
Second response: How about we refund to you 5$ directly while keeping both items?
And, after that, I just gave up. No one has time to go back and forth regarding something so simple as this.
Overall, yes, if you like what is in your order, its great because the merchandise is super cheap. But if you have any problems like sizing, color, fit, etc., no proper solution will come of it.
I will be choosing to spend my money elsewhere going forward.
