I recently purchased several items from Sammy Dress. As I was not happy with the items and I did return them the Sammy Dress team did address the matter professionally and they arranged a full refund. Their after sales service has been very professional.
My husband purchased 2 coats on november 30th. He paid for expedited shipping and the money was taken immediately from his account. It is now January 20th and the order still says processing. I've tried to contact the company and have not heard back from them. We will be filing a claim with the bank to get our money back and will not order from this site again.

Do NOT buy from them. Items are not the same as those photographed. When you try to return, their website won't work to allow you to. There is no email address available to contact them. Their "24/7" Live Chat is always unavailable as they are too busy (handling complaints probably). The clothes I received are not worth anything they are soooo bad.

I shopped here a few weeks ago for the first time and was so impressed with the experience. SammyDress has tons of stylish clothing for extremely low prices. I received my order quickly and was very pleased with everything I got! I will definitely be shopping here again!
I ordered a couple of items from Sammy Dress. Some things for my son and clothes and jewelry for myself. There were changes that I made after the order was placed and I was able to do this with ease since the customer support was very fast and efficient. Since I changed to items that were not in stock I chose to wait instead of get a refund and I did not have to chase. This is real customer service.

Oh Sammydress, why do you make such cute stuff? If you are about five feet tall and skinny as a rail, most of this stuff will fit you. However, be ware that if you are around my height(5'8 with an athletic build)all the cute dresses will be shirts on you. Also, (obviously) there stuff is very cheaply made. A lot of it looks similar to the picture but just isn't quit the same. Along with being cheaply made, buttons on shirts can come off almost immediately after they are removed from the package. SHIPMENTS CAN TAKE FOREVER! I ordered a LOT of stuff in August and it arrived in NC, in April. (APRIL!) The only thing I have ever ordered from Sammydress that came in about a weeks time is their jewelry. Also cheaply made but very cute and fits perfectly. I have ordered 7 items together from Sammy Dress from Australia and I got all in very good condition in given period. I am very happy to get all 7 item same as shown in picture and measurements, loved quality and the price.
Shopping with Sammy Dress has been a pleasure. The styles are unique and classy, prices really cheap and affordable and some of the material of the clothing are wonderful. I am very satisfied with my purchases.
I will never shop at SammyDress again. I ordered $100 worth of clothes. The first order came well over a month after the order was placed. The quality was poor and the sizing was inconsistent. After over 2 months of waiting for the second part of my order SammyDress said it was still on its way. Finally, over 4 months they have "refunded" me. The catch is, to compensate for the cheap clothing they hose you with shipping charges and those don't get refunded. Poor quality. Poor service. Not worth your money!

Placed order on December 9,2015 and they didn't ship my package out until December 23rd. Close to 2 weeks later! Tried and tried to get answers but since they did not track my package they could not tell me where it was. It is now January 26th and I have not yet received my order. All they keep telling me is wait 10-45 days. Unacceptable, will not be dealing with them again. They will not give refund. Dont care that they have cheap stuff. It is usually 3 sizes to small anyways.

I find out about SammyDress, a while ago, and was really excited and surprised! I never shopped online, and it was my first experience what so ever, and i must say, it was amazing! From that time, i get almost all of my stuff from there! Great customer service, amazing products and quality is very nice compared to the low prices that they have! The only concern that you may have is shipping price, which is half of the price of the item, and some times even the same time, but... but they have items that are free shipped, and yet, i must admit that it all worth it guys! Love it! If you still have doubts, take my word on it! Happy shopping!
I love SammyDress because everything is on the affordable site and just because it's affordable does not mean it's bad quality! Also, almost everything on the site come in every size. I'm not an average size so it's hard to find clothes, but not on here! Another plus is that if there is a problem with your order, there are quick to resolve it!
I never leave reviews but this is just wrong, I paid ed for 3-5 day shipping which cost 3x more than the product and it took over 2 weeks. When I received the package the box was so damaged that the shoes inside were destroyed. The shoes are made cheap and horible they were even missing fabric! I can't even get anyone on customer service! Never EVER AGAIN!

Ordered a large mens shirt. Coming from China, I found it cheaply made and the fabric was incredibly thin. The shirt also showed an "L" indicating a large but it was barely a medium. I demanded a refund which they would not pay. This companies fine print almost guarantees that if you are not happy with your purchase, its your loss! If you are not happy with the product and want to return it, you have to pay for all international shipping back to china!
Buyer beware, this place is the worst! You get what you pay for here and you will find you will regret it!

Sammydress.com thrives on getting good reviews. If you leave them a good review they will work with you if you have an issue but you have to be patient with them and treat them with respect. What I found dealing with Chinese sellers even on ebay they thrive on good reviews. If you give them a bad review in most cases they will work with you to get a good review but to make it much easier on you is to start of giving them a good review then complain. If they do not want to resolve their issues let then know that you can remove the good review as fast as you gave it to them. In my case that worked and I got my replacement product sent on their expense plus got to keep the product that was not described or picture showing even close to the product I ordered. (Gave it to my best friend)
