I've always received my items in perfect condition and my items are exactly like the pictures on the site. I get my items in just 2 weeks. I love this site and see myself ordering clothes from their site in the near future.!
I received only half the items i ordered in October. I inquired on where the others were since they never told me and their status on line said "delivered". Of the items not delivered 1 was out of stock and the others they said I should get by a certain date and I never did.
They DO NOT update you unless you ask and you have to go to their website to see if and when they reply.
Also ordered a legging in one size fits all. I am 5ft 2 108 and it was WAY too small.
Also of the items received, they are of low quality.

SammyDress is a very good website and very recommended. I have only bought skirts or dresses but they are very cute, cheap and just as I expected. Beware, that the fabric is not the best quality, but for the prices they cost, it is very reasonable. In the beginning I was a bit skeptical, but now I have become a customer who have purchased items from their website several times. It is really nice!
I ordered a Christmas jumper in November, it arrived two days before Christmas and it was not only the wrong size but also the wrong jumper. It was the wrong colour and the wrong print. Tried contacting customer service and got nothing for my trouble. They don't seem to think that anyone will try to hard for a refund as the amount is small, well bad luck SammyDress, you may not be interested in giving me a refund but Paypal will!

I ordered five items in December of 2014. I received an email that the first four items shipped. I never received them. I then received an email that the last item shipped. Months later, I finally got the last item shipped, but I still had not received the other four. To this day, over one year later, I still haven't received those four items or a refund. I have contacted Sammy Dress several times and they will not refund my money. They offered to give me money in my Sammy wallet, which isn't helpful since I will NEVER order from this site again. The money they offered me in my Sammy wallet was also not as much as I actually spent! This place is awful.

I recently ordered a dress and a swimsuit and I believe this site is awesome. The prices of the items were great and I can keep a track of when and where my items are. Yes it cost a few dollars extra to receive a tracking number and insurance but it is well worth it!
Do not use the site! I ordered something on 5/16/14 and it is now 9/16/14 and I still don't have all of my items. I only received 3 out of the 10 items I purchased. The two dresses I ordered were supposed to be XL's. One was huge, the other couldn't even fit my 6 year old! The one shirt I got came 2 months after I ordered it, but at least it fit ok, not great, but at least it fit an adult. I sent an email saying I didn't receive the other 7 items and I wanted a refund for them. They sent me a response with the tracking numbers and it said that they had just send them out more than 2 months after I had ordered them! I still have not received any of the 7 other items, and I still have not received any refund! I will NEVER order from this again! I will try to warn as many people as I can that this is a very unprofessional website! Please trust me, it's not worth the cheep items! I spent $103.00 and this is how they treat me!

I have had a very good experience with SammyDress. I ordered dresses and they fit me perfectly. They have good customer service. As i asked questions about the dress and they answered my questions within 24 hours. To anyone thinking about buying clothes from there, make sure to check the size chart carefully inorder to choose which size of clothing will fit you. I still have an outstanding order from April 7 2015 that I paid almost 15$ in shipping costs for. When I finally got ahold of someone (needle in a haystack) they ask me if could kindly wait 20 more days bringing wait time to 60 days if I get the order in that time. Really. Give me a friggin break. You guys stink.
I ordered three times from this website. First two times it arrived, but very late. Third time I didnt get it at all. The quality is very bad.The stitching in the clothes are unbelievably bad and the sizes are TINY. If you buy shoes they will only last one or two wears, then the sole loses its stitches. Omly buy from this site if you can afford to lose the money or if you only want to wear it once or twice.

I ordered a pair of leggings from this website with the intent to use them for a halloween costume. I paid the extra money for faster shipping because Halloween was 2 weeks away. It took over a month to recieve my order and when it finally came they had messed it all up. They sent me 2 pairs of the leggings which I was charged for but they had not charged for (nor had they expedited) the express shipping according to the invoice. I ultimately ended up paying the same cost in the end but I ended up with two pairs of leggings 2 weeks too late. Very disappointed.
