I ordered once, around Christmas & it took TWO months to come in. I brushed it off as no big deal, it's the holiday season, they're busy. But over a month & a half ago I ordered almost $300 worth of items & they are still 'processing', I also used expedited shipping. They already took the money out of my bank & are now saying they haven't sent my items because they want to make sure I'm not part of credit card fraud. If that was the case then why didn't they contacted me previously? Why did they already take the money out? I had the message them & see what was going on & that's the crap they told me. Their number also doesn't work. I am so pissed, they won't give me a refund, either. You bet I'm going to the police office Monday morning.

Amazing web store! Everything on Sammy dress has such good quality and prices come in very cheap! I've purchased many things from there and there were no problems at all. Many people ask if the store is a rip off or if its fake and it absolutely isn't. I recommend Sammy dress 100%!
I am very pleased overall with this page, product prices are very affordable and the cost of shipping is not very high, besides the S points are great to save some euro. Shipping is within normal fairly quickly, since it comes from China.

Although it only took 2 weeks for my order to get here, i was very disappointed with the quality and the customer service. I get the fact that "You get what you paid for", but the fact that some items i ordered did not look anything like the picture really frustrated me. I am a first time customer too. And to make matter worse, I lost THREE items! I ordered 11 in total, and only received 8. I've tried calling DHL and they told me there's nothing else under my name. Then I have tried calling them with the USA number they have provided and only got a busy tone every time I've tried calling. I even emailed them three times and still have not gotten any response. I finally get an update today stating they've lost my order and I should wait another month... no thanks! I believe they are scammers also I will be disputing this charge with PayPal as well.

I ordered 4 suits - 2 large and 2 medium. The sizing is very difficult to figure out. One bikini bottom that was a large was too small for me but the one piece that was a large was huge even on my sister who is three sizes bigger than me. In order to get a refund they expect you to take photos with a ruler to show the size differences and I don't really even know what they're talking about. And, they forget to tell you when you're ordering bathing suits, that they are not exchangeable or refundable.

I have ordered and received items from China through other websites without problems. They take maybe a month max and the shipping was free. I ordered one item the middle of November thinking I would have plenty of time to get it by Christmas to use a gift. Well it's February now and still no package and they want to give me a partial refund. Um no. That is not acceptable. To be a successful company with good outcomes with customers, it is there responsibility to recover money for lost packages from the shipping company. My husband ordered items but his order was cancelled and refunded but with no explanation. We will never suggest this company to anyone we know.
Edit: After writing this review - they refunded me fully but I will still never recommend them because a customer should not have to resort to negative reviews just to get what is rightly theirs.

Bad, bad website. Dont buy waste your money. I ordered 9 items and my order was not shipped all at once. It took 4 months for me to received my 8 items and one still unheard-of from them. When ask them, they kept say that took 10-25 days. This mad me very mad. Bad quality clothing.

Sammy Dress has great deals... however, when describing fit and showing size information, I feel that it does not do justice to items.
Also, I am disappointed in the cost of shipping and the difficulty to exchange sizes.
I spent over $60 on shipping and 4 items of clothing, that based off of my size and their sizing guide, do not fit (are too small through the shoulders and chest). Although the customer service was kind and attentive, they stated I would have to pay for shipping to return the shirts and to receive the exchanged shirts, a process that would most likely take 2 months to complete. They compensated me a total of $6 (20%) of my clothing order...
So I shopped two items on October 4,2014. Just received one of the items October 25,2014. I assumed because I ordered two Items that both items will arrive together, I was wrong. Well that Item that came first, is a small, very cute, silky dress. I surely followed that measurement instructions yet my dress still was a little big from the top portion. Not a big problem easy fix. The pricing was fair but the shipping took a little longer. I just have no idea when my coat will arrive (hope soon). They have a lot of clothing for a cheap price, wish there was one in USA.
I placed my order September 10,2015. Sent in first help ticket In October, second at the end of October... By November 28 tried to send another and it won't allow it to send... Have not received order still (December 4,2015). Have not received money back. Phone number in Rancho is continuously busy (always), this must be a scam. They stole my money... Bad service! I will never shop with them again! Btw, this was my first experience with them.

The sizes are not what the chart claims.
I had to order a XXL because the chart claims that its 42" bust and 29" long well when I got it the bust was 32" and the shirts length were 22" even though the tag said XXL the shirt material is vinyl not cotton.
Im sure these guys know what they're doing which is ripping people off. Request a refund three times with no reply. The phone number is fake!

Do not order from them! Ordered 3 coats September 28 at the same time all the same items but 2 is the same size and received 1 coat 3 weeks later and still haven't received the other 2.
