I placed an order in Dec. I received all of the items in late Jan. Except a pair of boots. I have contacted customer service several times. All they tell you is to keep waiting and that I should have paid extra for tracking and insurance. I have never spent as much for shipping as I did on this site and then no item. They haven't refunded my money for the boots and say they won't refund my shipping. So... no boots and no shipping refund (and so far no refund either). The other items I received were a joke... very poor quality. I had snags in the sweater, had to sew all the buttons on better as they were falling off and not knotted. Fabrics were not cut on the straight of grain so... the top hangs funny. Everything ran small. The clothes look adorable but are very poor quality.
This has been the worst experience I've had with an online retailer. I purchased a sweater that I never received. I emailed their support and they told me that they were moving to a new warehouse so that they could better service customers. They offered a 5% discount which I think is a joke. The next morning I receive an email saying that my order had been processed and shipped.
I received a tracking number and my order has not even left Singapore. I received the tracking number on 9. 19. 14 and it is now 9. 25. 14
Keep in mind that I order for the faster shipping which I spent an additional 20 dollars for

Ordered several items and paid for expedited shipping. Site shows that order was shipped but when dhl was contacted they say that the shipping label was placed but they have never called dhl to come pick up the item. I bought the Sammydress shirts for my son who is serving his country in the Navy as a Christmas present. I made the purchase at the beginning of November. By mid-December I sent email to Sammydress because I had not received any product or any word on their status. They informed me that I would not be receiving my Christmas before Christmas and they would not return my money. All they are willing to do is give me a credit to purchase another item. Very disappointed in their inability to deliver! Sammydress has ruined my Christmas and I would never do business with then again in the future!

I ordered four different dresses. They were beautiful per the pictures online. What I received was three dresses (two the same.) These dresses looked nothing like the pictures. I never did get the other two dresses. I have not gotten a refund of my money or anything else! I am very unsatisfied and will not buy from them again.

I was reluctant to order from SammyDress because it's an overseas business and the prices were so low. However, I cannot afford the high prices at the store so I decided to give it a chance. I put in a very large order and I am pleased with what I received. I was missing one item and within less than a day, I was emailed about it's status and an apology. My experience at SammyDress was very good and I will continue to shop there. Their prices are unbeatable and the customer service is top notch!
I received 3 of my 4 items in 5 days. While items were beautiful, they are TINY! I have submitted 3 "tickets" in the last week, to no avail. The are unreachable by phone. I have asked: how to exchange them for a proper fit (I am a size 6, so I ordered a Med), how to calculate what size I would be by Asian standards, and the whereabouts of my 4th item. I am at my wits end with these people. They say that submitting a ticket is the best form of communication, and that they will answer in 24 hours. I really liked the items, but WILL NEVER order from them again for lack of decent customer service, or any customer service at all.

I, personally, had to go through customer service (which I usually dread because of a lot of bad experiences), but they were so polite and willing to extend their help to me. One of my packages had gotten lost and they suggested different ways for me to find it. They then offered me different options as to how they could resolve my issue, should I not find my package. I chose to be refunded and they immediately did so! After submitting my ticket, my issue was initially resolved in 2-3 days! (Much faster than I've ever experienced!)

Purchased a few dresses from sammydress.com on 12/13 and paid $31 for 3-5 day expedited shipping. Full order was not shipped out. The package has still not arrived. When I contacted support, they placed all the blame on the courier. Told them I want a refund for either the shipping or the entire order. They said they'll give me a 5% off coupon. Why would I order again from them?! And 5%?! That's insulting. Told them to contact courier and return items to sender. I want my refund for services not rendered! What a joke! I will be contacting my credit card company as well.
