My daughter loves the site, so I bought her a $200 gift card for Christmas. Little did I know that half of the items on the site are from third-party sellers and now my daughter can't buy what she wants because the gift card can't be used on those purchases. If you buy a Shein gift card, you should be able to use it on anything on the site. I should have given her a Visa instead. It feels like kind of a scam. Shein reached out and rectified my issue and they were super quick, too! I'm changing my review to 5 stars. Super impressed!
Guys stay away from SHEIN company. Big Fraud. I bought few items and size was not ok so when I returned within time frame they lied and did not refund my money, also took items. Customer service is pathetic. I wish they close the business in canada atleast.

Ordered bathing suits and toppers from them back in March 2021. Now leaving April, their site tracking system says "in transit" since beginning of April when they took my money. Asked for a refund, they said my clothes would arrive the next day. Used the tracking # on USPS site, says no package. I'm out over $80. This is the second company to rip me off. I'm done.

They claim that they shipped an item but the tracking number is not identified by Canada post, it's way past the delivery date and it's impossible to get a hold of their customer support. Never buying from them again

Literally just got my order today which I was very excited before because it came earlier than expected and today is my birthday. I ordered 3 swimsuits all the same size and 2 out of 3 are too small. They will not allow me to return or exchange them even though they are brand new with the hygiene tape still on. How am I suppose to know if they fit without trying them on and why are the sizes so inconsistent? Pretty disappointed. I would've bought something else not just returned the items. I actually really like the 1 suit that fits. Just mad bc my money was wasted and I don't know what to do. My first and last time ordering from them.

By far the worst site in History. Placed a order April 23,2020. Supposedly shipped May 10,2020 today is now May 24,2020 and I still haven't received my package from California. FedEx says they don't have it. I have received other packages from China that I ordered after this. Full of $#*! website. Never again! Customer Service only apologizes and give you a standard message that doesn't even go with you email you sent. It seems they can't read English. I wish I could give no stars because 1 is to many.

I recently ordered a lot of clothes because shein clothes is either a hit or miss when you have a curvy body. Sometimes I end up with only one or two pieces that fit me well from my order.
Well I guess my recent big order angered somebody because my order name changed from Elizabeth Z to "Elizabeth will die"
I tried to talk to someone about this odd change but could not talk to anybody. It feels like there is no easy way to contact a customer service representative.
Now I don't feel safe to try on the clothes I was really excited to try on and will just return it all once it arrives...
I am considering no longer shopping here anymore. This is too scary for me.

I ordered quite a few items from shein and never received them. I got a random text from the delivery company stating that the driver's car and my stuff were stolen with it. I tried calling their customer service number and it doesn't work. I've emailed two different email addresses and no answer from them. Horrible horrible! Customer service cause there isn't one! Bought boots around 1 months ago. Worn them couple of times and both soles are completely cracked. Rest part of boots looks like new. Asked for refund, but I got just 60% back. That were the highest amount what shop could give me. 60% for completely broken boots?! Was shocked. I will never going to buy from this shop again.

First of all- they probably wrote ALL of these positive reviews on here. If I could rate them a zero I would. I followed their return process to a "T" and was never credited any points or store credit. You can't get through to any "customer service". There's no phone number to be found. The live chat help is a joke. It's a robot that doesn't answer questions. So they kept the merchandise and my money. You can see from the photos my original order, the processed return, and the note "refunded", yet there are no credits on my SHEIN account.

I ordered on Shein and asked my colleagues to join in as it was a site that looked like it had decent clothing, the four of us selected items so we could split delivery cost if needs be. SInce I ordered and tried tracking the order it keeps saying processing order and this is 20 something days back its been almost whole month now waiting on this order with no update. In past orders, items been missing, in wrong size, defective, bad quality, horrible non existent customer service with no way to address a problem. They freaking bargain instead of return product. Dastardly. Quality down, prices high. Local products in Walmart are cheaper and better quality. Will not buy in future because its poor quality and priced too high. Rip-off.

Ordered 3 items, all were cheap material and varied in how they fit. When i tried to leave reviews, they got deleted. Shein says they dont delete critical reviews, but that's what just happened. I'm guessing thats why nearly every product has nearly 4.5+ stars, so disappointing.

The prices seem too good to be true because they are. They sell Dollar Store junk using deceptive photos that lead you to believe you're getting a decent product. I'll try to add a pic of just one item as advertised and as it really is, to give you an idea what I'm talking about.

Wow. I can't believe this co. Would even send these items to me. First of all, i ordered xl (i am usually a large) because i had a feeling the clothes might run small. Not only did they not fit (it would have fit a large CHILD) the other one clearly marked S. That's the least of it. There were stains on the coat (ew!) and the thread used to make the button holes was a completely different color than the fabric. Fabric is horrible. Seriously, it was the biggest mistake i have ever made ordering from this sham of a clothing company. I am beyond disgusted, appalled, angry. There's a reason why the clothes are so cheap. You should be put out of business. I expect a complete refund and will NEVER order from this company again and tell all my friends.

The clothes came in fairly quickly, but the items did not fit me well and were made poorly so i returned it using their return label per their return process and 3 weeks later still no refund or any type of customer service contact information that works. I'm sure others lost more than I did, I will have to try and contact my bank for an inquiry to this company and try to get my money back

I love shopping at Shein, I have only ever had to return one item to them before due to it being a bit small. I have ordered numerous items from them including shoes, clothes, fashion jewelry and hair accessories and I have never had any issues with the website. Delivery's and refunds have always been processed quickly as well considering they are not based in England and come from quite a distance away.
Their clothes are such good quality for the price also and always fit amazingly. I have spent hundreds on Shein now and refuse to shop anywhere else. I love their app also, it shows previous buyers reviews under each item which helps you make a better decision on it before buying. You can earn points to take money off orders too by checking in each day, buying stuff and reviewing products you buy. I like that they do coupons and discounts every so often too.

I paid extra for express shipping hoping I'd receive my items in time for a trip I'm going on. Here we are going on 2 weeks later and my items are still stuck in Hong Kong 3 days before they're supposed to be delivered to me. They charge you the extra fees express shipping but actually don't ship them until more than a week later. There's no live person to speak with and you're only left going back and forth with what's likely a bot trying to get a resolution. I've never had this experience with them before but it'll definitely be my last time shopping with this scam of a "business." They are truly the worst.

Their stuff is absolute garbage. I received my order yesterday - $125 of dresses, shoes and underwear, and it's awful. When I saw the dresses I was confused because I didn't know they made clothing out of material so cheap and thin. On the website, the photography, photo editing and lighting are excellent. It makes you think you're buying decent quality stuff. But in person the clothing looks like it cost 10 cents to produce and won't last one wash.

I cannot get in touch with anyone. Pressing live chat does not work, and I cannot find an email address. My concern is not listed under any topics, so I need to speak to someone.
