I returned items to Shein May 17th and requested to get wallet credit. It is now June 24th and they have yet to issue the credit even though I have tracking information that they received my returned items on May 26th. There is no way to contact them to find out what's going on. They only have a robot that gives you scripted answers. Very frustrated because it's about $40 worth of stuff that I returned.

Not happy as a 1st time customer and seems like my last! No where can I speak to anyone and they won't return emails either. Horrible, horrible customer service.
I paid for faster shipping and was charged almost $30 but no only is it coming at regular time but I cant seem to get my money back as I cant speak to anyone. I want a full refund at this point! Worst service ever! I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE!

Tip for consumers:
I want someone to call me u guys are stealing my money!!!!!! I PAIDN ALMOST $30 FOR SHIPPING and its coming at regular time. If I don't get my money back for the 30 then refund me the entire thing!!

I shop a lot on shein. I placed an order recently and added $12 express delivery fee to have my items before vacation. It's been 3 weeks, it's still sitting in Japan? I'm in the US. Leaving tomorrow for Vegas. No order. I have reached out 7 times to shein who is asking me to be patient (wait another 7-10 days). Cool, BUT REFUND MY EXPRESS SHIPPING FEE! They will not. They credited me 50 cents in my shein wallet as compensation for my troubles. I think that is such a $#*!ty way to handle issues with customers who spend consistent money with their business. I will resend all the items once THEY EVER ARRIVE and never spend another penny with this company. Over $12! A service I paid for that was not held up on their end.

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared if you choose to pay express shipping and it doesn’t come express you will eat thst fee. They will not refund you.

I shopped on Shelnside.com to find a new dress for a party that I was going to. I didn't really have anything in my wardrobe that fit the attire needed, so I decided to look for something new. I ordered the Green Sleeveless Split Maxi Dress from Shelnside.com and I love it! It fits my body style and it makes me look great. I loved the material and found it to be comfortable to wear. I also got many compliments on it and many of my friends asked where I got it. Shipping was quick and I received it in time for the party. I would highly recommend using Shelnside.com.

I LOVE Sheinside! I hate shopping in person at the mall -- the crowds are too crazy, and I hate having to dig through so many clothes and so many stores.

Sheinside solves all of my problems. The variety of clothes here are amazing! I love wearing flowy dresses, and this site has so many to choose from at really good prices.

Shipping is fast, and I love the quality of the material. I do most of my shopping here, and I absolutely love it! Highly recommended.

Well the first time I order it came very fast. This is my second time ordering i order three things on November 30 but I did the expedited shipping which 5-7 days it was shipped dec 1 and it says it's in
North Brunswick NJ.

Write your review to help others leaI was looking for just a coat, but when I got this Black Contrast Hooded Zipper Slim Coat, it was definitely more than what I wanted. Moreover, it had an offer, where I bought one and got another one for free! So I could wash one and wear the other.

One thing I loved about this hooded coat is that it looked amazing in its two colors and it fit with many of my clothes. Moreover, I could go out with the coat and manage a stunning look either with a skirt or a pair of jean trousers. I later on realized that the coat fit with brown or black Khakis.

Ever since I bought this coat, I have been visiting SheInside for more surprises. So far, the experience has been good for me, as I have been able to get more designs as well as many exciting clothing offers.

I placed an order before May 13th and it is now June 5th. My items stayed at the same facility for multiple days and then all of a sudden I stopped getting specific tracking info and it just started that my package was in transit and on its way to another facility. The original expected delivery date was June 3rd. I have received no updates on my items' location since. I received an email saying my shipment was delayed and that I was issued 200 points for compensation, worth ONLY TWO DOLLARS. After this experience, the only way I'd ever consider buying from them again is if the quality outweighs the shipping fiasco and poor customer service. If it's flimsy material, they're not even worth the struggle or the wait.

BEAWARE of using shein website Last time I placed and order and after few days I got alert from my main credit card that some had tried to use my car to buy apple products and book plane tickeys. I didn't use the card any where else. I had to close my card got late fees on my other accounts due to change of card. This time I requested my husband to use account via PayPal and guess what his personal information has been leaked on some website. He has not done any online shopping o
Ther then this. This is really dangerous. It can't be a coincidence that we both only used shein and all of sudden our information has been leaked. I will just advice people to be very carefull.

They sent me an email saying my package was delivered to my porch. I have cámaras around my house and was never delivered to my porch. I contacted them and they said will not do a refund. I've been trying to contact them by emails that SheIn don't answer. Bad experience and very disappointed.

I ordered an item with a coupon I had gotten from SHEIN. I've been a loyal customer and they still couldn't help me with an even exchange. I had asked if I would get an exchange before sending it in and they told me yes. I check the return and I'm only getting back what I had pay and not the part of the coupon which is about more than 90 percent of the purchase. They told me to purchase the item again without an even exchange and they couldn't do anything about it.

I sent back a single breastfed jacket with pants, 2 casual shirts, and two tee shirts all too small. They did not pay me.for my suit which was 31.46 but they p a I'd me for those cheap shirts, but didn't pay me for my outfit, nor did they send me my outfit back. I will never spend another dollar with them
I AM PISSED,PISSED,PISSED.

You need TY o be able to speak with a live representative. THIS will be my last TY ime spending money with Shein. I am going to switch and use another company

I was so disgusted with my order that on my way to trash them, that I had not received all the pieces, I had only received 5 pieces out of 12 pieces that I ordered. I mean you can see right through some of these items. If the other half ever arrives Im going straight to the trash. I mean pockets are drawn on the clothes. These clothes donot look anything like the pictures..

The clothes do not even resemble the pictures

I LOVE THIS SITE. I'm so surprised at how great the quality is of the products I've gotten, for such low prices too. I can NEVER find anything that fits me, being as petite as I am. My friends can't believe how much I paid for the stuff I wear from here. The only thing I have to say that's even remotely negative, is that you HAVE to look at every product's reviews and sizing. I would only make a purchase if I see the pictures other post of the items on them. And it's also such a great feature that I wish normal online brands did as well!

Would not reccomend it.
I ordered my articles almost a month ago and i still haven't recieved it. I dont have the information about the shipping site yet.
The customer service are very rude and they are not at all helpful. They directed me to a site in chinese. When i told them i can't read Chinese, the operator was very rude.
Never AGAIN! Bad Experience!

I ordered the grey Long Sleeve Striped High Low Sweater and a blue beaded gold chain necklace with earings. They came to me rather quickly and the sweater was a very good quality. I love the sweater and want to wear it as often as possible. I didn't have any problems with my order so I didn't have any need to contact customer service.

The sweater is very soft and comfortable. And the necklace and earings are very pretty and look nice to dress up my jeans and tee-shirts to wear into work. I look forward to ordering more stuff from this site in the future.

I ordered something for $36 for which I was never charged, however I was charged $307 and $282 for something I didn't order or recieve which left my account overdrawn and I got another charge from the bank for $29. Clearly someone got my info. Also, I do not have a paypal account and it says on the order receipt that I paid through my paypal account. Shein has nobody to talk to about any of this. Luckily, my bank will investigate and hopefully return my money

More than 5months ago I purchased some clothes from Shein but unfortunately received with very low quality and returned immediately then asked for refund but every time they come back to me with new excuse and I believe they don't intend to pay back to me.

There is no costumer service. The costumer service is just a robot. They create a shipping label but never hand in the parcel to DHL. Spent $175 on this site and totally disappointed. I am going to report them to my bank as a fraud!

I have an account with you people and when I ask where is the credit wallet from my return the page put me to play games with a puzzle that don't worked. I bought one dress and two girdles, and return the dress and I can't see my credit. It's my first and last time that I buy from you. The dress and the girdles weren't the size you show on the size table. They're too small. And then you want to keep my money too? I'm going to report you to BBB and never buy from you again. I won't recommend you! You're a scam! I try my emails and phone number and you keep playing the same game. Before the page reads that's the page is not working. Better way to steal money from people. The materials are bad and the size too.I don't have any evidence you erase my account completely.

Tip for consumers:
You better sent my money to Paypal where I pay you not to your wallet. Because I can't open my account you erased it and made a hard time to get the money or the account. Never will ever buy from you the sizes and the materials are fake!

I knew the quality of the items I was ordering was not going to be great given the price but I do expect orders to be accurate given the technology today in the distribution industry. How can a computer mess oh an address? Yes SHEIN did NOT use the address I provide so I never got my purchase. The tracking on the app is incomplete so I cannot even tell when it was supposedly delivered to the wrong address and there is no place on the app to dispute the issue. Additionally the phone # available does NOT work! I'm going through my credit card company but this is really frustrating. I have ordered like 5 times from SHEIN but will never order again!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this app if you live in an apartment. Shein doesn’t get the address right

I made an order. I payed the money. I got a confirmation email from paypal that the transfer had been successful. I waited ten days. I never got an email about any order whatsoever from shein. I contacted them. They resoponded with "you haven't payed for your order."
