I ordered from SheInside a few weeks ago. I had an event that I was going to and had nothing to wear. I found the perfect dress on SheInside. I actually found multiple dresses because there were so many options! But I finally narrowed it down and ordered the Black White Striped Cut Out Flare Dress.

I was a little nervous about the shipping and really hoped that it was going to make it to me on time; it did! I had no shipping problems whatsoever.

I tried the dress on and it was PERFECT. The size was spot on and the quality of the dress was amazing for $34.

I couldn't have asked for a better dress or better service than I received through SheInside. I definitely recommend it to everyone and will be buying from them often!

This crap you sold me went straight into the trash. Keep the money you stole from me. I don't ever want to hear from you again! Oh and the barage of emails you keep sending are straight into my Spam folder so I don't have to see em. YOU ARE CROOKS!

I ordered a shirt for my petite friend for Christmas. It was the shirt that I thought was a sweatshirt that said "I'm Cold". I ordered a small which according to the size chart would have been loose and comfy on my friend. What I got was a long sleeved tshirt that fit my 11 yr old granddaughter. I had to laugh when I took it out of the bag... I thought it was a mistake... nope, just a tiny shirt that was supposed to fit a woman. That was my first and last order. It's too late to send it back.

Recently someone stole my bank card and went shopping on shein I provided them with full proof and they don't want to refund my money making every excuse to not refund money with fulll proof I'm reporting them.

This company its big scam and bad customer service. I order over 7 months ago never recieve. I called them they just hang off my phone. Never order my clothes this company again. They are asus hole scam.

Bought several items spent I don't know how much money just to get a delay notice but nothing can tell me why I'm delayed and of course I try to get online to resolve this and they have no way to call anyone and want you to sit and talk to their little robot friend who has no idea what you're talking about and just keep sending pre-written texts over and over again instead of helping do anything because they have no human bodies to call so what are we supposed to do when our orders get wrong go talk to the little robot with the pre-recorded messages absolutely disappointed how am I ever going to find anything out through a damn robot this is what's wrong with the world these days taking jobs away from perfectly good people to set a robot up with pre-recorded messages and he does nothing absolutely nothing but lose you business

Get some humans on your team!!!!!!!

I love to buy their clothes but when there's no human to help it makes me not want to buy clothes because now I know there's no form of life anywhere please help me understand how a robot with pre-recorded messages is supposed to help solve my problem when they send the same old crap over and over again don't even help with what you're asking about because it's all pre-recorded they have no idea what's going on they're not a human they're not real they have no brain they have no way to think how are they supposed to help people y'all are dumb for using these machines. Rather than hiring a human being and helping people out in this world who could understand with another person needs you'd rather create a robot with pre-recorded messages to piss people off just to save a couple bucks greed and selfishness

Do not trust this site, they give you false information on tracking and shipping. They take your money and trick you. It is said that orders over 126$ is free express shipping. It was not I had to pay 30$ so I refused the order and they said it was canceled. So I re-bought everything the same and my first order came. I had to pay the shipping and my second order is on its way and they will not cancel it for me. They lied to me that they canceled it, scammers.

Orders take too long, quality is not that great, but it's ok for the price you pay. The thing that really put me off though, was that I had to spend an hour to figure out how to return an item- as the website is very misleading (you have to make a ticket, wait for them to contact you, etc). So after figuring this out, I found out I had 2 choices: either I pay for my return item to go to Belgium because their UK company is not available now) OR they could send me a return label and they would deduct $5 from my refund. The item I wanted to return was just the wrong size, so all I wanted is to return it and get a smaller size. Upon realizing what a ripoff this is, I don't intend on buying from SHEIN again, nor recommend it to anyone else. It's one of those companies that try to make procedures as complicated as possible so that people would give up on getting their money back. I'm sending my parcel on Monday and I hope I get my money back.

Good afternoon, I made an order on the site, I liked the choice of dresses. But it's hard to find a pantsuit, there's not even a section on the site. I also ordered a bag, but it's hard to find, since the models are mostly black and miniature, but I like bright and voluminous ones.

I'm kinda tall for a woman (5'8"), so I have to shop in the men's section, and usually, I have no issues.
I did the same here, but I heard that you had to upsize your items, so I did.
I received my items within a week; however, NONE of the items fit. I wear an US Small (Women's 5), so I ordered a 38 Large. The pants were almost 1ft from touching the top of my shoe, and they were tight; although, they're supposed to be baggy!
Such a waste of money

In my opinion/experience, SHEIN is one of the best clothing brands and store to shop at to buy clothing for Women, Men, and Kids for a affordable price. I have purchased clothing, body jewelry and beauty products from SHEIN. They are diverse and have clothing that fits all body types. But they don't only sell clothing. SHEIN also sells accessories, jewelry, home decor, pet clothing, pet accessories, beauty products/Makeup, footwear, phone accessories, headwear, computer electronics, etc. Any thing you need SHEIN has it!

I purchased some costume jewelry from sheinside.com and I was really happy with the quality. I found the site through a friend of mine. She had on some awesome jewelry and I asked her where she got it from. She sent me to the site. They have really creative pieces and I was genuinely surprised at how affordable they were.
When they arrived, they were of a good quality. I couldn't believe my luck! I'm used to paying A LOT more for good costume jewelry, but now I am able to really expand my collection for a fraction of the price I am used to paying. I've already received several compliments. I'm really excited to have found this little gem.

Tip for consumers:
Save on shipping by purchasing a couple of pieces at once. I started doing that and it makes a difference if I just wait.

Is 1 the lowest rating I can give? It should be 0!
I placed an order. It supposedly shipped out. I never received it. They claim it was returned. I asked it to be reshipped. They claim it was shipped and again returned! Meanwhile my granddaughter had no present for her birthday! It is weeks later and I have no products and no money returned. Beware! You'd be better off using a different company!

My tip for using the SHEIN site is DON’T!

I've never dealt with worse customer service in my life. There is no customer service phone number or email to contact. I never got half my order. I order in October so it would definitely be delivered to me by Christmas, yet it still was not. I tried everything to get in contact with a representitive but could not. I spent over 500$ on that website and recieved about 100$ worth of it in the mail. Absolutely outrageous. 2 months and they could not get my package to me. I have never been so upset because this was suppose to be all my daughters Christmas presents. Now, it is 2 days before Christmas and I have nothing to give her. I would have offered anything for them to overnight it and get it here in time, but I couldn't even ask that of them since I had no way of contacting them. I'm outraged. Do not order from this site, it is a scam.

I ordered 4 pieces and they where all too big, of bad quality and not sewn properly. 2 of them where even damaged. I cant review the clothes on the site itself and the site says I cant send any of the pieces back so really dissapointed.

However, they contacted me after seeing my review and sent half my money back even tho I already repaired and changed all of the pieces and chose to keep them.

Such a good products. I am use it and i love it. Shelnside provides high quality materials for their clothing. If you want to have the latest in fashion and get it with the best materials, this shelnside is for you. I was extremely impressed with the variety of fashions and the quality of fabrics. They also fit true to size! Don't forget to look up their accessories. They have the perfect accessories to fit any outfit!

On January 8 I ordered they're multicolor long sleeve geometric print crop jacket my order is AXC5686 and I haven't gotten an update on it! It's been more than a week and it doesn't appear as its been shipped! I've tried getting ahold of them but nothing! When I go to they're website to see what's going on with my item it appears as its being processed!

I ordered my tickets on Dec 7th to see 21 Pilots, the site said my tickets would be available for download before January 19th, concert was on the twenty first. We got the tickets emailed to us on Dec 20, a month before I was expecting them. The concert was amazing and had absolutely no issues with the tickets at the venue. The only advice I would have is that there was an 85$ processing fee per ticket, that would have been nice to know upfront.

I placed my order December 26th, 2020 and up until the 6th of January, 2021, I was receiving updates about the tracking of my package. It is now the 16th of January, 2021 and I haven't received any tracking updates since the one received on the 6th regarding the package being scanned and sorted in Canada. I can't even call to find out where my package is as every courier the website says they are linked to claims my packages tracking number is not associated with them. I have ordered from SHEIN before and have had great service. I'm very disappointed with this most recent encounter with that website. I just want to know where my package that I paid over $100 is.

Fabric is not good. Waste of buying.do not like at all planning to return back. I would suggest any body not to buy.
Do not go buy reviews in the product page they are fake. I also noticed now they do not give option to us to review also. That means all are the fake reveiws.

I placed my order on 6/2/17 and it never came. I asked Shein and they said it has been shipped out. If I click the tracking it shows "label created and information sent to the Fedex" for three days now. I had to call Fedex to find out the location for my package, but they said they don't have it because the seller has not shipped out yet. SheIn is LYING! WATCH OUT GUYS. I have to go shopping for my vacation coming up this weekend.
