Don't waste your money or your time with this $#*!TY company, i really mean it. I would have given 0 stars if I could. I have never seen such a poorly organized online sales company with the $#*!tiest customer service ever.
I ordered the same order 5 times and each time they refused my credit card and they refunded me without even telling me why. The bank proofs were sent without any success. I think they didn't even bother to look at them. Finally an agent sends me a Pay pal link which I pay immediately but for 6 days, I write to them EVERY SINGLE DAY. Every day an agent told me that the transaction was found in the system and the next day they sent me an email saying that the transaction was not found. Groundhog day.
I conntacted Paypal and they confirmed that the transaction was successful. I am fed up with dealing with theses morons and the lies regarding the transaction. I finally asked Paypal to reimburse me.

I really impressed with their great collection of dress. I ordered two T shirt from Sheinside and they came in great condition and looked exactly as advertised. The shipping was a bit slow and the sizing was a bit off but other than that shopping by Shelnside was a great experience! The costumer service was also best.

On May 16th I ordered these products and everything started out smoothly. I had ordered previously from this company and was pleased with their products and shipping. However, this particular order came a day after graduation day which was June 3rd for my daughter and we had been planning to use them for her graduation party but they ended up coming late. The quality of the shipping was okay but we were not pleased with how it was packaged or how late it came. Please take this into consideration when you order from this company.

To start off, I love that they have so many choices of all kinds of clothing. From sweaters, tops and shoes. The price are unbelievable, at first I actually could believe how cheap they were. I evem compared it with another website and yeah, BIG differnce and better. And the FREE SHIPPING. Aye, not all websites offer free shipping. I love shopping here. Evem if this week was the first time I ever bought from SHEIN. But I totally recommend this to everyone.

I bought A dress a month and a half ago and I have contacted the "online help" three times now and the only answer I have gotten is your package has been packaged well. This is so much bull$#*!! I am so annoyed every package in my eyes should be done to the shipment requirements! I am so so so disappointed in this company! I even payed to have it shipped faster, but here we are two months later and it says that it's still processing! GAH so stupid! I am so beyond annoyed with this whole website!

if you do get your oder it'll arrive a year too late!

Overall I enjoyed the site and think that the speed of service and the overall quality of the order was on par with some of the more upscale shoppes online.

Literally got scammed on SHEIN. Never buying from here again. Got a stain on my crop top it's way to small looks nothing from the picture and the swtpants is too long the string from the swtpants is way too long. And they charge 7.99$ for the return also is hard to contact them. Not happy

I bought somethings from Shein now one of it I wanna return it's too big I want to exchange. But Shein customer service is always offline. And now even if you try to call they are lines are always busy the the tone will tell you to call after 24hours.
Please Shein I want to return the wig it's too big I don't want a refund I want an exchange

Just know even if you need to communicate with Shein you won't succeed cause their lines are always offline even emails I don't think they read them.

I have seen so many mixed reviews, and a lot of them are saying they recieved their packages late, but I didn't have that experience at all. I ordered some longer maxi dresses, a few short, and sexy dresses for some nights out, and a few more professional dresses to wear at my office. I was so excited, and a little hesistant at the same time, having read some of the reviews on this site. But when I went to the site, I felt it was worth a try, so I ordered!

It took about 5 business days to receive my package, which all of my items were included, with an invoice, and everything was neatly packaged. I tried everything on and everything except one dress fit really well. I returned the one dress, and was immediately(within 2 business days) refunded for the dress. I am going to buy more dresses from here, and HIGHLY recommend them to you guys! Try them!

The first time I ordered I had no problem. Apparently, the next time I ordered they screwed up my address and everything was sent back to them. I thought I had it fixed but then it happened again. They tell me to contact them when they email me to let me know that my order was undeliverable but where it says please contact us in parentheses it says insert customer service information. I like the clothes but I always feel like it's a crap shoot if I'm actually going to get them or get a refund

They absolutely must have some sort of way to email, live chat or call them to be able to troubleshoot situations

Some clothes are nice, some are seriously poor quality not as photo. However the returns and customer service are total shambles. They email you a label but if you happend to do not have access to a printer in the lockdown/tier 4 that's though you gotta pay for return parcel to BELGIUM! I suggested to CS rep QR code, posting to me a label - nope. They suggested I brake the law and just find someone with a printer.

I couldn't find a way to return some items back. I ordered as a guest by using ApplePay. I have order number and everything BUT there is no way of returning the items without having an account by the time you made an order. It is impossible to reach out to a human either by phone or by the chat room. I'm stuck.

Poor quality items. Don't be misled by nice product photos. They are craps.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Ordered $150 in product. Payment went through. Received email from different company saying my order had processed. Order came and only half of the items were in there. Logged in to see the issue. My account suddenly said my order was only $80 yet my PayPal and my credit card statement still say $150. So they changed my info in my account to reflect the half order they sent me. Now they're telling me it's not them that charged the $150 (because it's in another company's name—even though checkout directed me to that place)

Finally received the items that were sized for a preteen. My friend looked at the items and laughed. Needless to say I returned them and it took over a month for me to receive my refund which I repeatedly emailed them about until I finally received it.

I purchased around $238 worth of clothes for a trip back in March. My phone dings says it's from DHL and my packages had been delivered open door no package check proof of delivery and I don't know who house but it ain't mine I have called DHL they tell me SHEIN has to make a phone call bc they hired them even thou they delivered to the wrong house they being the client is the ones that have to call been over a month and still no phone call package or refund! Go luck if I could have given no star I would've trash company! Do not order!

I do really like the two items I got, but am concerned about the other two. Both say "delivered" when I track them, but I do not have them. It is also difficult to contact company through website. Hoping for an answer here.

I had placed an order for bathing suits on a Monday and had paid an extra $13 for 2-4 day shipping. I received a text message that Wednesday that my order has just begun and I would receive my package by the following Wednesday. Given that that is way longer than 2-4 days I reached out on their email and Instagram demanding a refund of my $13 for express shipping, they had replied to my DM very rudely and hostile and refuse to refund me, this website is a fraud and I will never use them again.

I bought two Gift card few days ago one of 425 usd and the other one for 650 usd, they asked for verification and i sent my ID and a photo of my credit card, then they sent me the first gift card of 425, they sent me another email saying that the photo are not clear and i have to send another photos. I did, then they canceled my order and still didn't get my refund.

I ordered on May 3rd and, they stopped updating my tracking on may 8th. I waited a week nothing, i emailed, they never responded and then i also tried customer service which wasn't even a real person just an automatic message. It has been 22 days and still no update or items received;(

So as you can see, right when you go to the website, it says 24 hour shipping. NO PART OF IT IS 24 HOURS! I ordered something llike a month ago and have been waiting for it and im losing my patience. Shipping takes way too long and they are falsely advertising 24 hours! So i still havent received my product so i cant rate the quality or clothes so i give 1 or 2 stars for horrible shipping!

Almost an year ago I place my first order at shein. Since then, never stoped! I have lots of clothes from shein and i'm very happy with quality and design. The clothes are not too expensive and are really good and they ship quickly! I recomend shein!

For me, it did not take much time to figure out a Reliable and Trusted Online store because i have done business on sheinside.com that i feelso comfortable with every purchase.

The last wedding i attended was superb as i was admired with the tops i bought from sheinside.com and immediately my friends started asking me for the source of my class of dress. All i could tell them was,'JOIN ME ON SHEINSIDE.COM' for the exclusive outfits.

I cannot help but smile at the remarks i gave my friends.
