I just received an order today of only half my items. Never in my life have I ever seen such poor quality, the fabrics are so cheap and the sizes run 3 sizes too small. I'm also a seamstress and know quality of fabrics. One of the items wasn't even the same item in the picture, it was the same color, but looked nothing like the picture. One shirt looked like the fabric was paper thin, like it should've been lined. Please do not waste your time, the fabrics are nothing like what you are expecting. Things that look like casual shirts that look like they would be cottonish, are all polyester. Cheap fabrics, poorly sewn, I honestly don't understand folks saying that they like these clothes.

I purchased once from them a couple months back. Item was okay, but I never ordered anything after and closed my account.
Today, December 15th@ 4pm they took $317.54 from my account out of nowhere for no reason. I was robbed by them. I'm fighting to get my hard earned money back, and I can't do anything but wait. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO TO THEM.

After waiting what seemed like an eternity for my wifes selection of crotchless lingerie, none of which were actually crotchless. Items finally arrived and the quality was laughable in fact couldn't believe that the items pictured were the same ones that arrived. I have decided to make a crotchless piece from the bag that it'll all arrived in. If nothing else it will be better quality

Bought two collapsible box storage one came Wednesday evening incomplete I have others that was completed this one had no top so the doors are not shutting correctly I contacted the seller about it no response shein no hope I have a a half top storage just sitting with no top can't buy a replacement top cant ship it back to china hopefully my the second order that was with this order is complete

This was my first(and last)order to SHEIN. I'm being a little generous here by giving 2 stars. I originally ordered stickers for journaling, and they came with no problem. I also took a chance and purchased a tankini with this order. The bathing suit came before the stickers, but NOT what I ordered. Instead of the tankini, I got this tiny little string bikini top! It also looked used since it had a make-up smudge on it. I returned the top (at my expense) to the return address on pkge, no response, no tankini. So disappointed!

The stickers were awesome. I got everything that I ordered. BUT, I did not received the correct bathing suit order.

This is not my first time of buying my stuffs from shelnside, and they have always been the best for my orders. I received an amazing order i have been waiting for, for sometimes now, i ordered three of this materials and i was really looking forward to receiving the orders, but to my surprise when i received the order with number CBH3247, the materials were three different colors, i wanted to put it on with my girl friends, though its not an issue, i just wished they were all the same color. But my order arrived one day late than i expected it but in a very good condition, my girl friends love the other colors and i love the materials, they are really of high quality, i will definately come back to buy again.

How to contact you guys? I cannot raise ticket i forgot my login i. D i have asked for refund your executive said to send bank details and i did it itz been more than a month no refund has been done. Again when i messaged he said to contact bank, i did, they told no transfer been done from your side now when i was going through reviews i came to know that same thing you told to others even. Please resfund my amount or i will place a complaint in consumer forum.

I ordered clothes from sheinside because on each of my clothes descriptions it says ships in "24 hours." I leave for Florida on Thursday and I need all the clothes I bought from here for my vacation. I ordered from here because the clothes are supposed to come in quick. I ordered my clothes 12 days ago and they still arent here. Not to mention that when you try to talk to the customer service you have to write a "ticket" because they dont have a phone number for you to call. Also they have to take at least 24 hours to reply to each "ticket". Talk about godawful customer service.

It's actually OK site if you wanna buy cheap clothings for cheap price. But remember they offer very very cheap customer care almost none and didn't tell the customers about extra custom charges in some cases. I had to pay over $60 for custom clearance which is totally not worth for the clothes I bought from shein. They told me they will reimburse half of it and now they are saying they need to INVESTIGATE very very rude

I ordered a blouse from SHEIN and received in just a few days. I was so pleased to find that the blouse is just as pretty as in the photo and well made. I ordered in white and loved it so much ordered one in dark blue. One thing to note is they run small. I am 5'10 130lbs. And ordered the first one in large. It fit well but any smaller would have been uncomfortable. The second one I ordered a XL and it fit perfectly!

They steal from young clothing designers and they mistreat there workers also they cause a lot of pollution because there fabric are biodegradable like miss gurl and there clothes aren't even good

I have also sent mail to your customer service mail ID but haven't received any reply from that too.

I ordered this what looked to be a really cute off the shoulder sweater. It was the worst knitting job I have seen, The edges were all sewn with white very visable elestic, I tried to cut it off but it made the sweater come apart. I ordered from a co in china before and got the same very very low quality clothing. If you love clothes do NOT BUY FROM HERE> if you are looking for a cheap cheap version of style, yes, it does deserve one star. I asked my daughter before my order cam if she thought they pay people to give good reviews and she said probably yes, after she saw the product.! Very disappointed, I should have followed my first instinct.

I didn't get my package and I want a refund, it never showed when it was going to come, and I called them and they said they will get it to me a soon as they can, it never showed up. It's been two weeks, it was suppose to show up on the 12th never showed up.don't order from them.

They charged my Acct 4/19 same day I ordered it and I have yet to recieve it. They keep asking me to be patient. FedEx label was finally created 5/3 but that's it. Just a label was created. No shipment has actually occurred still

After posting this review on SiteJabber, a Shein Rep immediately got into contact with me. She was very helpful and kind and ensured that the missing items were reshipped to me. She was never hostile nor questioned the truthfulness of my review. She asked that I indicate all the items that I did indeed receive (I sent pictures of them) and then she immediately reshipped all the remaining pieces which were missing. I received all the items within 7 days after she placed the reshipment so that it came RIGHT BEFORE school was scheduled to start back. This is amazing customer service from Shein. I really recommend them.

I order over $200 USD of clothes from Shein in preparation for law school but once it arrived, I realised that half of my order was not shipped to me. If you are ordering from this website, DO NOT ORDER IN BULK. Do not let the cheap prices fool you. HALF your order might not be shipped and then it'd be like paying full price on a much more reputable website. Save your money for elsewhere. I would not recommend ANYONE to place large orders on Shein. I want my missing items sent NOW! I am now without crucial clothes for school. I don't know what to do because I don't have any money left from my school budget. I spent it all on this website. This is absolutely robbery! I am devastated.

Three times they attempted to deliver my package which they claimed my business was closed and it wasn't. They asked for my hours of business then came when it was closed saying your closed. Then they supposedly delivered it on a Friday night at 12:48am go down at 6 it's no where they $#*!ing lied or just dumped my package outside to be stolen. I can't re order that $#*! because they'll send the same scumbags to deliver. Don't deal with SheIn I never even heard of on trac

I have bought 3 times from Shein and had the best online shopping experiencie ever! Took about a month to get to South America but once it got here I was extremely satisfied with the quality and all the products looked exactly like the pictures. Shein has the best loyalty program ever, reviews are very useful. There are new products all the time, I always find myself cheking the webpage.
