I ordered my dress a few days ago for graduation thinking this website would be fast like alll the other websites i order off of. Well i was getting nervous because ITS GRADUATION, so i checked some of the reviews for this website and i saw so many negative reviews saying shipping took too long. I am nervous now because graduation is in 11 days and still nothing. My order isnt even processed yet. If my dress fails to reach me in time for an important day of my life I will never be buying from this website ever again.

I ordered 13 items with express shipping because I needed it for a trip. It said 2-4 days so a I thought it would come in that amount of time. However it took 3 days to process. I asked for it to be processed so if you dont ask theyll take longer than 3 days for your order to process. The shipping started on 06/03 and came on 06/08 so thats 5 day, which isnt bad but plus the 3 day processing time is 8 days, when its supposed to be 2-4 the stuff is pretty cute though.

Order #APH5511 was suppose to be express delivered before Christmas never got there then some how the order got loss. Now the order is being sent back to shein.com. When I was finishing the purchase it was showing I was eligible for free shipping but I still got charged for that. I got in contact with the customer service and they just answered I was not and after I answered again they just told me they were sorry for not meeting my expectations.
Tip for consumers:
Take prints from the payment pages when it says you have free shipping and discounts. I was eligible for free shipping, I got charged and they refused to pay the money back. They wanted to cancel the purchase for me to repurchase everything back again. It means I would have to research for all the products, all over again.

The price looked good but there was an additional cost hiding behind it. This is cheating and I never looked at this website ever again. This is my first order and is last too. If there is 0 star, I will give 0 to the Shein. Shein should clearly metion extra cost to customers on the website.

Placed the order on July 20th and received most of what I ordered after two weeks. However, I NEVER RECEIVED a confirmation email for the order or that it was shipping and when I looked up my account online it shows nothing under the My Orders tab. So I have no way to confirm what I did order and what I am missing. I can't enter an order ID because I never received one. There also was no packing slip in the package that I did receive and on the package there is no company information. Just a non-descript return address. I had to review my online history to find the website again. Most companies would have their name and website all over everything and be sending junk email to entice you back. They seem like they don't want you to be able to find them. Be wary of this site.

Allow 5-7 days for processing, and to Australia, shipping is estimated between 3-7 days for express, which I have, because I spent a LOT more than the $100 US.

The skirt I ordered was delivered on time and even earlier than expected. I love the feel of the fabric and the print on the fabric. It's very comfortable. I usually wear it with a plain black tank top and pantyhose.
The zipper is easy to slide and doesn't get stuck while sliding it, It's a super quality zipper. I usually wear it to work and when I go shopping.
I have a difficulty finding something to fit me perfect as I run between S and M, I ordered the S and it fits perfect.

I processed a return on June 12th and took the return to USPS on June 13th but have yet to receive a refund for my items. Although the Pitney Bowes tracking says that the package has yet to reach the facility, each day, the est delivery date to the facility is pushed one day further. This is ridiculous as the package absolutely should have reached the facility by now, and I should have been credited already. I would like an immediate refund for the items I have returned.
There isn't even a customer service phone number on their website. Due to the horrible customer service, I will never be shopping here again, and I will warn my friends to stay away as well

I am still waiting for dress to arrive. Shein sent me a small instead of medium and it is their error they said they will compensate me by sending me the correct size they gave me a link to a tracking number but it is the tracking number for the OLD order that I already did receive with the dress which is small size. There are no new details or dates when I click on the LINK.
