Terrible customer service. I ordered a dress on October 28, shipped on October 29 and it still has not arrived (today's date November 17)! I ordered the dress a MONTH in advance with the intent to wear it to my birthday party on November 20. But now I've had to buy another dress elsewhere as the dress I ordered probably will not come in time. I've emailed them twice and still no reply. There is no costumer service number available which makes communicating difficult. To add, a friend of mine ordered TWO articles of clothing on November 3 and had them shipped to my house (same shipping address as my dress order) and they came BEFORE my dress. My friend ordered a jacket - too big and poor quality and a Tshirt which surprisingly was of good quality. Aside from one good thing coming out of this, I would not be ordering from them again!

I placed an order on 27th November 2023. By 29th December 2023 I still hadn't received my order. I contacted Shein and have a message stating I'd receive a refund. Its now 1st February 2024 and I still haven't received my refund! They say they have no record of a refund request. Shein are absolute thieves! Their website even prevents you from logging a complaint!

Recently i placed 2 orders and i didnot like some of the items. I placed return for 2 of my orders KCC******* and AAH******* one weeks ago. Then i was waiting for my item to be picked up. But from last 2 days when logged into the system, i could not see any order.no order history. No wallet history... no address... nothing.My complete data is gone.In my wallet 1700 rupees was there. That also gone. Even i placed return... that also gone. Now i dont know what these people are doing. When i talked to these people. They told me its system error.no response from their side.

So far I am satisfied with the goods and services of SheIn. But, the only issue was I sometime ordered the goods I though it can fit me no way to return or change them as of I bought it at the retail shops.

I ordered seat covers for my car i got it didn't fit i returned it and they admitted getting it But neverr refunded my money.
My wife ordered some scarfs and other stuff canceled some stuff before they sent it never got her money back.although it says refunded never got money back
This people or site is not trusted.
You return the stuff forget your money...

I really like searching for some marketplaces in order to acquire some new stuff for my outfit and various accessories which will perfectly combine with my outfit. However, I can't dedicate lots of time to this activity as I'm busy with my own business. Once on weekends, I found this marketplace, and noticed plenty of things which can easily decorate my outfit. I have ordered plenty of clothes, shoes and they were delivered pretty fast. I wish I wouldn't face this marketplace earlier and I hope I will apply here once again, because I like the style of clothes which is represented here.

Shein stole my money. I cancelled an order and shein showed me a fake refund receipt. I never received my refund. They kept on insisting the problem was with my bank. My bank proved the problem was on their end. Shein scammed me of my refund.

I order two cropped sweatshirts. Unfortunately, neither are made of regular "sweatshirt material." The material is thin, itchy, and see-through. There is absolutely no stretchiness in either of the sweatshirts. They grey one has varsity stripes on the sleeves. When I took the shirt out of the bag, the sleeves were stuck together by the white stripes. Many people said they run small, so I ordered them a size up, and they fit decently. The width of the sleeves and torso is fine. The sleeves were a good length but the torso part was way shorter than in the picture in the website. Unfortunately I won't be able to wear this out in public. For reference, I'm 5'2" 100lbs and I ordered a size medium. The one good thing was that my items came in 11 days, without expiditied shipping.

I ordered a sweater I was really looking forward to getting. It finally came in and it was small, short and itchy. I wrote a review and it was denied because I said I didn't like it. Then I tried to talk to someone and figure out what was wrong with my review that it was denied other then the fact they don't like a bad review and I talked to 4 or 5 different people that were rude and told me to send an email to an email that wasn't even working. They told me to wait a few minutes and then left the chat or marked it solved. They refuse to talk. The worst.

Stay away from this company. My order was delayed with several weeks and then it came is 2 separate shipments. I returned an item that came in the 1ste shipment, that went well, but upon returning an item on the 2nd shipment I was chargedoing the 5.99 return fee... which was a rip off as I paid the 1.99 shipping insurance fee. This company should shut down!

I have ordered from SHEIN a couple of times and the first time, I at least got the correct items although many of them did not match the pictures provided on the website and most of them weren't good quality. This last order that I placed was just a skirt and a dress and a week later a pair of pants was delivered to me. Normally this would not be a big deal - you'd call their customer service hotline and they would send you the items that you ordered. Unfortunately SHEIN does not have a customer service hotline. They have a chat room that provides you with prerecorded responses and cannot actually help you with anything.

At first I was pretty sceptical about SheIn since I had never heard of it before, but I ordered a black dress from there website that was only $18, unsure of whether it was actually going to get to me on time, let alone get to me at all. After receiving the order confirmation email, it took about 6 days to get here! I never got a shipping confirmation email but I was so pleased that it had arrived! The dress fits PERFECTLY, the quality is good and now I am wearing the dress to prom! An $18 prom dress, who knew?!

I wish I can upload the picture here to show how terrible service from shein. I ordered a pair of shoes from them on 21th of April and waited forever for the items to be shipped. The website showed that there would be some delay from 3-5 days due to warehouse upgraded, but it should not be the excuse for the delay for nearly a month. I kept emailing and asking all the time for the wait and they kept saying the item will be shipped asap and if I cant wait they will do the refund for me. And because I still wanted to have the shoes, I still kept my patient to wait as they promise that they will try to send it soon to me. And guess, today they sent me an email saying that my shoes was out of stock. I couldnt believe how much disappointed and wasting time I spent. I did purchase in many online stores but this is the most horrible service I have been experience and should be in the rest of my life. Definitely never come back again

Really a great experience in SheInside. I ordered two T shirt from Sheinside and they came in great condition and looked exactly as advertised. The shipping was a bit slow and the sizing was a bit off but other than that shopping by Shelnside was a great experience! Wonderful costumer service! I would Recommend Everyone to this site as it was very helpful indeed.

Really great and huge collection of clothes and most of the dressed are choice-able. The Shelnside are responsive and best quality of service provider to the buyers. Ordered a dress for a wedding... Took 2 weeks to get to my house and when I did get it. It wasn't even close to my size (and I ordered my size!) then, I ordered 3 shirts and they took 3 weeks or more to be delivered. Horrible!

The dress collection of Shelnside is really huge and a lot of sizes are found in a same dress. The most notable matter is that the customer supports of Shelnside is really great and also show good behaviors. It is most remarkable is that the price of the dress is really cheap according with their quality.

I had ordered $50 worth of items, I went through PayPal & never had my package show up. Then PayPal was telling me to go through the police, or a government organization to get my refund. I cancelled the refund request as I don't have the time to do that, I'm in the middle of trying to transfer banks. So I'm now out $50 they sent me a message saying that my package failed to deliver, and no refund. Shien told me to get a refund I needed to cancel the dispute through PayPal. However I was told to not do that as it was "scammy" so I escalated the dispute and people told me to just let it go, now PayPal is asking me to get a government organization involved & I simply don't have the time to do that. I was super excited about my order but now I will never buy from them again, I'm now out $50.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful, especially using PayPal to get a refund.

I never got any of my items, so I never got to use any of them

I have a very bad experience on my first order from shein. I have 5 items checked out and none of it are usefull.

Hair blow dryer is cracked
3 clothes thats too large for me even i followed the size guide
And a portable vaccum that used once and not working at all even after 1hr of charge

I returned the blow dryer and it didn't reflect on my wallet. Too bad

Okay so I follow the direction on the page to create an account and I invited 5 of my friends to join so that I can get the code right? But I didn't received anything so I messaged the people that work there and they said that it's going to take about 3-4 days to like process and stuff so just wait and I will get the code. But I've waited for 5 days and I still haven't received anything so I message them and they told me that I didn't do it right, I supposed to log in with my Facebook account and invite friends. Well I feel cheated, but I still really want to get so the code, so I did the friend thingy again. So I asked them if I have to wait for like 3-4 days to get the code, because I really need it and they were like " no you're going to get it right away". So I log into my Facebook account invites 5 more friends, and I still haven't received any code. Like wow, I'm so mad.

Went out for patio drinks for the first time in a long time yesterday and decided to wear my shein dress for the first time. I sat down at the table and the zipper at the back of the dress completely busted. Sooo embarrassing and not impressed at all

After putting my address in wrong by mistake, I tried fixing it but the thing was already shipped out. USPS wouldnt let me intercept my package. I couldnt call them because their customer service number just doesnt exsist. You physically CAN. NOT. Return a package you havent physically received, the site wont let you. Unlike Amazon who lets you return any package anytime. Customer service just doesnt exsist ( On the email saying that my package was unsuccessfully delivered it had [Shien customer service details here] I had to look other places for an email that they never responded to. Awful site PLEASE go to literally anywhere else!
