DHL held my clothes hostage till I paid a fee ( which I know I shouldn't have) and I wasn't even told I had to pay, no email, or phone call I had to go through my tracking to see that they had it on hold! Took me 3 hours to finally talk to someone to find out I had to to pay almost $50!
We should be able to pick delivery! Ordered clothes for my Granddaughter the same day I ordered the other shipment being held hostage by DHL, and recieved it no problem from another delivery company. Also was told when I paid the " ransom " it would be shipped out the next day... still on hold!

I had requested for refund and the pacakage is returned how ever ghere3is no mention about refund status and i am unable to get any support from the cusyomer service, they do not check my order number and just disconnect the chat..

Shein for South Africa is a total rip-off. They promote free delivery on their website and I paid 87 USD for customs. There is an extra big advertising banner on top of the web page right now that when you order for more than 600 ZAR (South African Rand), delivery is free. They have an extra page for South Africa with prices in South African Rand. Very disappointing, the customer support does only give generic answers and not even acknowledge the problem.

Do not order to South Africa! za.shein.com

It is greatly easy process to buy dress from the Shelnside and last night i bought a dress from here. The quality of the dress is different from other dress and really good quality according with the price. The price is reasonable for all.

When they received my returned, i did got an email that it will be credits back to my account. I did logged in but for some reason I couldn't see the amount they returned to me so i wrote a review about not seeing my return but a few days later i saw it n so i withdraw it from my account n it went straight back to my credit card. Overall, i had a good expetience with Shein for the 1 time. The shipping took 7 working business days, the returned was over a week. All of the items i ordered was correct n good material.

I ordered a dress from shein.com as well as some bottoms. The website was pretty easy to use and navigate through, I easily found what I was looking for. There were a number of different payment options, no fusses there. I used standard shipping and still got my order before expected. My stuff packed nicely and there was no damage to the clothes. I have to say, the quality was very good! And the size was a perfect fit! Yaa! The design was just as described on the website and I simply love it!

I placed an ordered back on the first week of July. I bought summer clothing swim suits for me and my daughter, dresses, and other summer items for our July 22nd vacation and today is July 27th and I still haven't received my items. They blamed it on the shipping company which is USPS but yeah they still using the same company. I went to them and they said they don't have any package from Shein for me. Horrible! Last time I get stuff from Shein.

Never received my package. Shein insisted that it's successfully delivered. How can you say successfully if your customer did not received the package? Shein will NEVER REFUND your money, they don't care. So AVOID at all cost.

I placed an order on July 14th and still nothing, I tried contacting them several times and no answer. I hope that by providing them with my order # through this site I hear from them, since their customer service can't really help you because is manage by Robots they keep an repeating the same thing over and over and you just waste your time and get frustrated and if you leave messages nobody will ever reply. I highly recommended this is an amazing website, and the best place to shop for clothes online! Not only is it one of my favorite places to shop, it also has the lowest prices and the best deals imaginable. One-day i have purchased many floral sweaters and I love all of them. And my family all member love also, They are made out of high quality material, and so much stylish dress, there are all cloth clour so much bright and attractable.if anybody visit this side i hope they are like to this all element, if you don, t trust me so please visit this side and purchase any cloths. I ordered some Christmas decorations on Dec 2 and the delivery date was between Dec. 11-13. Didn't get it. Customer service (via FB Messenger) tells me to wait 7 more days!

Tip for consumers:
Not happy that Shein customer service tells me to wait at least 7 more days, that's about 12/21! I ordered Christmas decorations on Dec 2 and delivery was promised by 12/13. By the time I get them, why should I bother putting them up? The items left New Jersey on 12/8. That is the latest update: one week ago. I even contacted USPS, same update. I'm in Pennsylvania, 3 hours away. I should have driven up there instead to pick them up LOL. way faster LOL! Sorry needed to vent.

I ordered a really cute black dress for my birthday tomorrow last Saturday and I chose expedited shipping but according to FedEx my package still has not been shipped to them. I am very upset because I was looking forward to wearing that dress for my birthday and now I do not have a dress.

Sorry for letting you down, but we did not do it intentionally. We noticed that items you ordered have been divided into two packages in order to save your time. The first package has been shipped on Dec 1st, the logistics information shows that your package is in transit, you will receive your package soon. About the second package, it has been shipped to you on Dec 2nd. We found that the items in this package are not stock in US, so we need to ship them from our other warehouse. Because the logistics company needs time to update the information, sometimes we may not be able to get the detailed tracking information until it has been arrived at your country. For those blessed in the boob department - RUN! Big boobs and most fashion these days are not bedfellows and SHEIN is the best proof of that. I know my melons are on the larger end of the spectrum. I measured multiple times and ordered sizes accordingly. My entire order was a game of PEEK-A-BOOB. Rather than tops I RECIEVED NIPPLE TASSLES. In fact, one of the straps on the dresses I ordered snapped immediately with the weight of my tatas. Also, tall ladies. I'm 5'9"... when you shop "Dresses" expect shirts. In conclusion... if you have ANY semblance of a womanly figure or shape... don't shop here.

SHEIN MUST change their courier company to South Africa. I'm heading to a month now without my parcels but funny they have arrived in South Africa.

I'm now very hesitant to place orders to SHEIN and will definitely not recommend it now. I paid my taxes and rates but still. Been receiving emails and SMS' that my parcels have been dispatched then returned to the warehouse for weeks now

For now don’t place an order if you are expecting it soon. If maybe you need the item in 2 months then you can order

SM H... I can't take it... I placed an order on 08/16/15 and the money was taken out my account ASAP. I still have not received my order yet... it's been 10 days. I checked the website and my order is still processing... why? I chatted with a customer service rep about my order last week and was told it takes 5-7 days to process and ship... I ordered 2 dresses from sheinside. The shipping time was okay but the quality, style and sizing of the dresses were horrible! One of the dresses looked nothing like the photo! DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE! Its a waste of money and time. Its just not worth it

While tracking my order I noticed that it was going to be sent back to SHEIN due to wrong address. So I double checked on their site what address I entered and it was correct. Come to find out they entered wrong city and zip. After trying to call them which I had to Google their number it's not on their site it still wasn't their number. I tried IM them on Instagram and the responses I kept getting seemed automated. No apologies and tried to blame me saying I must've entered my own address wrong. They would've only changed it if I insisted. It was frustrating. I contacted USPS got the address where my items were and drove 46 miles round trip on the 405 freeway in California on a Saturday it was a 2 1/2 hour drive I'm NEVER ordering from them again.

Their material is so fake and noting like what you see on their website. I returned everything I ordered from them and they claimed they didn't get... STAY AWAY FROM SHEIN. Their clothes have no tags or sizes... You can't even tell the front from the back...!

Everything i bought was either bad quality fabric or don't appear as advertised. The worst is they made it very hard or almost impossible to return items.

Apparently they relocated warehouses so there would be a delay. I did qualify for expedited shipping but still took a while. Ships via DHL from Singapore. Out of the 6 blouses I ordered, I kept one. The sizing is WAY OFF. A XL is like a Small, some L items looked like XXL. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Only plus is that their jewelry is cute and very cheap.
