I placed an order Nov. 1st, I needed it by Nov 11th which I had a feeling it wasn't gonna be there around the 11th so I decided to do Express shipping. It said It was arriving between the 9th-11th, But absolutely nothing. I still haven't even received my package. At this point I don't even need it anymore. Terrible service

When ordering they give sizes, however once you receive the clothing there are NO SIZES LISTED IN THE GARMENT! No way to know EXACTLY what size they have sent you. Material is VERY CHEAP AND THIN. Won't last long, maybe through 1 or 2 washes. Good luck to anyone who orders! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

3. Almost every piece of clothing looked like the picture (I ordered 13 pieces, so 11/13)
4. Their webpage said that taxes and tariffs didn't apply but I had to pay 42 UDS when my clothed arrived :(. ... SheIn only refunded me 22USD

To make things worse, Shein pushes out designs much faster than any other retailer out there. Their own CMO Molly Miao has revealed that the company drops "700–1,000 new styles daily.". Combined with their ultra-low prices, Shein is able to influence its buyers to buy more and buy more frequently, worsening the issue of a global rise in textile waste. Don not buy! When you check out they say pay 1.99 for free returns and then they mail you your items in different packager at different dates. When you try to return them then they charge you $ 5.99 if you have to mail in a second package. WTF! What the hell does free returns mean?

Got a few pjama bits from Shein before, sizes come up extremely small. Ordered more and they seemed ok. Ordered a strapless playsuit that i liked, i got the size up just incase, it came and within having it on for an hour the elastic around the chest snapped literally from me sitting down. If anything the playsuit was too big (size 10) so there was no reason for this to happen. Ordered the same one again to see if it was just unlucky, same thing happened again just from sitting in the car. Cheap $#*! quality stuff. Wouldnt buy from them again

I made a huge purchase on March 23rd (around$300) to find that only a few items fit as described. Knowing this would happen, I purchased the return insurance so that I could avoid the $5.99 return fee.
Their policy states that you are able to return within 60 days from date of purchase. 60 days would be May 22nd. I tried a couple of times to go to my account and find the "Return Item" button but had no luck. Finally, yesterday, on my last day of eligible return, I contacted a customer service rep and he assured me that everything will be processed and that I will get my return label.
Today, I received a message saying that the return request is invalid since I have passed my 60 days. This is unacceptable and I will not be out of money with a bunch of clothes that don't fit right or aren't even made well.
Someone needs to get this resolved for me right now.

I would rate lower than a star, if there's available! It takes forever to have my parcel... I've spent over $80 dollars on my order, which was placed on April 19th, after serveral times complain on emails and I only received 1 piece of my order... where are the rest of my clothes? Very bad customer service, but they take your money very promptly! I never recommand anyone to buy from their net!

I like to shop on-line to make shopping more convinient but this was a hassle. This site has been the worse ever. I got my order damaged and defective. I also, had placed other orders that canceled because they were out of stock because they don tract their sold quantity collectly. If you want to gamble with your money the casino is a better place, at least you will have fun! Also, they say that they inspect all their merchandise but they don't it comes from 3rd party vendor from all over and they mass buy. Shein sent a package to the wrong address. I wanted to get it to the right person who probably lived in my condo complex. They were extremely uncooperative and insisted that I go to a post office and mail the package back to them. Then they would reship it. They barely spoke English and kept resending the same form letters.
Actually the correct person lived a few doors down but I had to track down my mailman to get the condo number. It took about two weeks- all Shein's fault.

I placed an order on the 18th. I specifically addressed that I needed it expedited because I am going on vacation on the 29th and I will have nothing to wear! I could understand if I irresponsibility placed the order late and am expecting it to be here on time but no I placed my order in on time so I could get it before I leave. I remember a few years ago if someone had mentioned shein to me I would be sketched out; HOWEVER, I have ordered twice from this over the past two months spending over $200 and i can say that I would DEFINITELY recommend. You do have to read reviews to see how the actual product is but I feel like for the price some extra research doesn't hurt. All the items I purchased arrived promptly however they do clarify that the eta on shipping does not include the time of receiving, packing, and customs so be wary of that as well. Shein is definitely something great for trends being that they are always changing and you dont really need the "best" quality. Great for people who love fashion and a good bargain 10/10 recommend!

I thought I read on their website this company was within the US, the response from online chat acknowledged most everything comes from China, so you can expect long wait time for shipments. Also had I known things coming from China I would have ordered much larger sizes, They should indicate what size their models are wearing in the particular item pictured not the models "size", I feel this is false advertising. Merchandise sizing is that of China, tooo small. Tell your customers where the stuff is coming from, would probably save alot of frustration.

I have seen shein advertisements everywhere, even the famous Tik tokers are promoting the site. So obviously I had to see what all the hype was about and try it myself. I was very disappointed with the results. My dresses were wayyy to short, the fabric on all my clothes was terrible. I'm a pretty easy shopper, I like almost everything I try on. But I only liked 1/11 items from my order. Then on top of that, they make returns a NIGHTMARE. So difficult to get ahold of people, I received the same response multiple times giving unclear instructions. The whole process sounded so complicated and annoying that I gave up on even trying to return my items. Would not recommend this site :(
