I have never received my order. I was not able to dispute it through my bank because customer service in SHEIN told me that I have to cancel my dispute through bank then they will give my money back, it never happened. Every time they told me it may take one or two months and they just wasted my time to dispute it again. It's super hard to rich their customer service. I submitted a complain form to Federal. Please don't waste your money and time. Please don't repeat my mistake. I don't know how some people are advertising for this FRAUD WEBSITE as "HONEST REVIEW ". I don't care how much they get to do it but it's not HUMANITY.

I placed an order In March for over $100 worth of clothes and I knew it would take a long time to receive the items. But after a month I still hadn't received it so I emailed them. They said that they would contact DHL (the shipping company). Then they said to not worry because I would only have to pay 30% for the items that I never received! I contacted DHL with a tracking number and they took no responsibility for it and said to contact Shein. Shein said because I requested the pkg to be delivered without a signature (which I never did) I was responsible. This company needs to be put out of business! I order online all the time and never had a problem until now. I learned my lesson. From now on I am only ordering from reputable companies like JCrew, Nordstrom, etc.

I bought about 55 faux succulents from Shein; I meticulously went through and picked them one by one but when my box came they had sent me about half of them cheap versions that looked NOTHING like the ones I picked…About half of them were right so beware if you're purchasing faux plants from them…Also, they seem to have some kinda problem with sizing…I'm always careful to go by the size guide because their sizing is weird on a lot of clothing items…Bottom line is I get jammed about half of the time…I really don't know if I'll use them anymore…Thanks for letting me vent, Kitty

Tip for consumers:
That they don’t always send you what’s in the picture…It’s F*ing called false advertising and I realistically could take them to court over it if I wanted to but who the hell has time for THAT?

I've been a customer of Shein for about 3 and a half years now and had ordered almost every month from them. I think some of their stuff was so enticing because it was so cheap and about the same quality as most online stores out there. Checking the reviews, the customer photos, sizing and the fabric really goes a long way. You really have to be smart about these things, do your research and maybe you might score some good pieces here. Remember that these are still very cheap Chinese versions of what you saw at a boutique. But because it is dirt cheap here, it won't really hurt.

My biggest regret was using my real email address in here. Word of caution: they get data breaches and i've gotten my passwords stolen because of Shein. Be careful of your info you give out and the amount of spending.
Don't be fooled by the cheap sales, rewards convertible to credit, trendy clothes and influencers they use. Their products are still mass produced rubbish and their return policy is virtually nonexistent. I have come across some of the most unhelpful and apathetic staff here. Most importantly, their website is not secure at all.
You want cheap prices, you get cheap clothes and cheaply paid customer service. At their core, they're here to make a buck out of you in the cheapest way possible. That's it.

Do not give out your personal email address or credit card info

After my last review they finally sent out my order. But now it says departured CAN. What does it mean? That my order is already in my country or something else?
If my order does not arrive, I'll go to the police with the evidence of other costumers who have never gotten their packets. I ordered it last week, the same day I ordered something from another shop. The thing I ordered from the other shop arrived already 3 days ago (wich is normal!). I'd like to receive my order from Shein this week, I'm going on vacation next week and I thought by ordering it 2-3 weeks before, I'd receive it on time. I hope I didn't thought wrong. I waited long enough now, didn't I? This is the only shop where it took so long. By the way, add a phone number to your store, for real information. Hope this will help with my order.

For a long time I order from a SHEIN website I can say great quality, good customer service, excellent evaluation and even fast shipping. The price is good compared to quality. The last order was on 2018/2/18
We in the Middle East are considered the number one shopping website, where there are Arab clothes and large sizes
I advise you to try it

Since the time of posting this review, SHEIN has redeemed themselves & I feel good recommending them. Their website has improved tremendously both with their ordering, Customer Service & ease of returning items. Going through PayPal was hell & it was SHEIN that resolved it! Thumbs up!

I am really confused because i ordered three items, two of them already arrived. I was aware that the third item was going to be recieved after. But when I tracked where my third was on USPS it said they couldn't find my second package that was supposed to have a tracking number on it already. A Side this problem service was good! Shipping was wuite fast for my first package.

Okay, so I read all the review and I was so torn by the negative reviews that I almost did not order. I'm so glad that I did not listen to the bad reviews. I am a XXL and ordered 4 dresses and one blouse that totaled under $100. Great! Unheard of. The wait time was not bad at all considering that fact that it did not ship from the US! I followed the size recommendation and everything fit as expected. The quality is equivalent to the price that I paid, but every stitch was in place. Soooooo, if you are like me and read the reviews first, take a chance.

After doing business with Shein and getting lingere with a waist that was 1/2 the normal size I got a notification from LifeLock that my email address and password were comprised and that the source was Shein. Do not use this international company.

I ordered a black outwear for my wife on sheinside.com. I was extremely happy that it was delivered in time and the coat was exactly what I was looking for. The fabric is really good and it looks pretty nice to wear. My wife love black outwears and Sheinside offers a range of black outwears and it was hard time for me to decide one outwear and place an order. The website and customer support is very helpful in order processing and in responding to any query regarding your order. One should love to buy online with such a good product and services.

I'm disappointed and pi... I ordered since the 25th September 2021 and until now it's still transitting in Hongkong.
I spent 213$ with important articles. The Customer service is crap, its a robot and the answer is not accurate.

I ordered the Black Contrast White Long Sleeve Loose Sweater and got it in a reasonable amount of time. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but I assume they are competitors trying to give SheInside.com a bad name. So my review of the sweater is great and the overall experience was really good. I would order again... and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my sweater!

While buying on Sheinside you have to be careful while choosing clothes, I usually go by most popular or style gallery to see what is new and what is worth buying. Because be honest they have amaaaziiing dresses. When buying look for measure table and check your measurements, read reviews and check real pictures under it. And be sure that you upload your own rewiev after receiving goods. I never had bad experience while buyin on Shein, and loved every item I've got and there is quite a lot of them :)

I will Never Order from this Site again. My teenage daughters recommended this site. Some information on the shipping address was incorrect. I recieved and email from DHL advising me of the problem, I then responded back to the email with correct address. I spoke with DHL and the stated that they contacted the shipper which is connected to your company and they told them to destroy the packages. My question was why would they destroy the packages without contacting the customer. $146.00 went down the drain just like that with no explaination. This was a big mistake

I ordered 6 items on April 30th and have only received 2 of the items. I also placed an order on May 16th and it does not look like they have been processed yet. I liked the two items I received but this is ridiculous. Also, I was supposed to have express shipping?

This is the worst company on Earth you can't actually speak to a person I purchased items April 10/2017. It is now April 26th and I still don't have my items. The money was withdrawn on the 10th. They sent me email stating that some items are out of stock however they would put my money in a Shein wallet and if I wanted a refund I would have to put a ticket in to get a refund. I have reached out to them via email telling them to refund my money I still do not have it nor do I have my items. Everyone should be aware before they purchase anything from this company!

Even though the shipping does take a little bit, when I recieved the item it was totally worth it! It was nicely packed and it came in absolute p-e-r-f-e-c-t condition! No less of what you would expect from a company. I got the "beige long sleeve casual coat", which is like a very flowy cardigan-like coat, and I can tell you with all honesty, it is A-mah-zing. It fits in my wardrobe so well and it works as a layering piece aswell as just a throw-on coat for breezier days and you wouldn't think you'd get such a nice quality from how little you pay, but this coat really feels very high-fashion, and the fabric is very very soft... In terms of my experience with support and service, it was smooth, everything went well and no other crazy problem like getting a different color or different size happened. Overall, my experience with buying from this shop has been pleasant, and I currently have my eye on some booties from their shop, so I'll definitely buy from them again! :)

They shipped faster then they quoted and the swimming coverups were great. My bottoms worked great. The tops are super cute but only last one wearing and stretch out which sucks. TTS. Would be awesome for the price and style if the tops didn't stretch out and not be wearable after one use

I decided to start off small...in case the items they were selling were junk. And so, I ordered 3 pair of "genuine" turquoise earrings for $2. Well...it's a good thing I started off small. The "genuine" turquoise looked more fake than fake turquoise. And the earrings HAD NO BACKS...! So...if my wife was going to wear these 3 pair of cheap earrings, then I was going to have to go to Amazon and spend $8 for earrings backs. And so, my recommendation to you is to AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS...!@

I ordered bracelets, 2 ski maskes, and 3 nose cuffs. I ordered them on December 18,2022, and they still haven't arrived yet. Today is January 2,2023. It says that it is supposed to come between december 31- january 3. Shein is taking so long to ship out orders. I don't like ordering from Shein! It is way overated and dont get me started on the items. The quality is bad! It breaks easliy and feels very cheap.

Made an order with Shienoutlets on 5th June and paid for goodswith card.On following the tracking number everything looked good for delivery until it informed me that the goods had been delivered to me on the 17th June at 7.59am.This did not happen as nothing was delivered on that day or any day since.It is now 12 July.I have tried emailing them and am getting no response back in any way.This is all very unprofessional and not in the least satisfactory.Will not be using them again as there customer service is non-existent.Will probably right it of as it wasnt a lot,but if this is been done to thosands of people it all adds up to a fortune
