Ordered 2 dresses, they were cheap quality and they didn't even send me the size I ordered. Ended up returning everything. It has been a month since they already received
My things and Is till have gotten my refund. I DEFINITELY WON'T BE BUYING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. It's been a waste of my time and they definitely don't make their customer service any easier to deal with and reach out to, when you have an issue.

I tried Shein a couple of years ago and had trouble returning items I didn't want due to Shein could not be contacted for a return mailing label. Two years later, I thought I'd give them another try. I ordered 6 items, three I keep, 3 I want to return. I went to the website, it shows they gave me a full refund for the 3 items, however I cannot get in touch with them for a return mailing label. I DO NOT want these 3 items--what am I going to do with items that don't fit me? As of this date, I have approximately 8 days to return these items. Customer Service is useless as it's simply an automated answer device based on their choice of questions. DO NOT SHOP AT SHEIN!

Tip for consumers:
Trying to contact Customer Service is a joke. They only have specified questions with an automated answering device. There's no way to ask a question and have someone get back to you with an answer to your question. If your question doesn't pertain to a question they have in their system, you're out of luck.

It is always a pleasure to shop on SheIn.com!
The quality is amazing, prices are crazy, delivery times are super fast, customer care is speedy & nice.
My only strong recommendation is to sort out their clothing size charts for XS size so petite ppl like I could enjoy even more of fantastic specials on their site which at times I can't buy due to their huge XS size!

Typically the measurements for it are easy to find on any European website. Here is one that I came across for a well balanced size XS.
Bust: 78/80cm
Waist: 62cm/64cm
Hips: 83/85cm

The Pictures are Deceiving. These clothes are thin, ugly, and cheap looking. I was so excited like a kid on Christmas until I opened my package. Very Disappointed.

My purchase at SHEIN was just conformed in my credit card, it is not in SHEIN orders, the, I cannot file a complain related to any order, or look for a refund to any order or to leave a feedback for the product, there is not a order for these shoes in SHEIN, but it shows in my credit card with a fake SHEIN phone number. I need to return this. Cannot find a help. BE AWARE

Tip for consumers:
People has to notice that some purchases are not showing in the "orders" you cannot select anything to file a complain in this company or for a return or refund, you have to keep that you received ! Not Customer Service, Not help !

I placed an order on 9/14 and I ordered a pair of boots, a pair of shoes, a dress, and 2 body suits. It took over a week for them to get the package together and all of my items were still not ready! They told me that the dress I ordered and the other body suit will take longer to ship because it wasn't ready due to the manufacturer! So I asked for a refund on 9/22 and it's taking forever for them to put the money back on my card! I got a tracking confirmation on the shoes and then another separate tracking number on the boots and 1 of the bodysuits 9/20. The shoes came yesterday 9/26, and they didn't even fit! I asked the representative when the second package was coming they told me 10/3, which is ridiculous. If they don't have their merchandise in stock, they need to take it off their website! What makes it so bad they don't even have a phone number to speak to anyone, you have to create a new ticket for each issue that you have! Do not shop here!

Shopped from Sheinside for my girlfriend and SHE WAS AMAZED! I bought her a really cute dress and she absolutely fell in love with it. The service was fast and came on time, the quality is great and the prices are outstanding and unbelievably affordable! And i must say I'm really satisfied!

I just placed an order a few days ago.My order was around $126 and i forgot that i was elligible for $10 discount code if you spend more than $109. I was also elligible for a $15% discount if i spent more than $99 which i did and i did not use that either. Is there any way someone can contact me and give me that portion as a refund. This site seems ridiculous not to have a phone number to contact or a proper customer service email. I can see all the complaints below and this will probably be the last time i order from Shein if my order takes a long time to arrive. My order number is GSHMY*******DJ. I have sent an email to pissed consumer and i have not heard anything back. Please contact me. Thanks.

I ordered three separate packages-- the first on May 3rd, the second on May 6th, and the third on May 13th. The second one arrived today. The first is STILL at the local courier facility and the third has been "shipped" for two weeks now. I'm very dissatisfied with their shipping system and am waiting for literally any update. If you can't give me my packages, at least give me a refund.

I ordered a backpack and a shirt of June 24th and my package is still not here even with expediated shipping! I tried tracking it but for the past few days (5 days) it says the label is still being created. I need my things asap

This company I have order some outfit for my mom. The quality is cheap material is cheap and different feel. I returned it I was charged $7.99 and the when to the UPS to ship I was charged $2.19 to ship to them. I told that I was charged $7.99 but the guy told it's not he's problem at UPS. Contact SHEIN no reply. Contact on Facebook I was blocked. Try to put a comment on the public page of Facebook I was blocked as well. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have been shopping on SHEIN for over 2 years now, clothes they offer is very trendy and stylish. I always make sure to check other customers reviews and photos and to check the sizing charts before ordering and I am never disappointed. The clothes are unique and I always get compliments, when wearing SHEIN

Me and my mom placed an order in about July. I had looked a lot at the items and was really excited. It took about 3 to 4 months for the order to actually come. The items werent as good as i expected. You have to look carefully at sizes and what products its made off. I wouldnt say im dissapointed, but i wouldnt say im happy either. I guess you kinda get what you pay for. The prices are too good to be true.

I love this Sheinside.com. Its very good place to look for alternative and unique fashion. It is Excellent website for online shopping. I am very happy and totally satisfy with Sheinside.com. I bought three products: Black Sleeveless Bohemia Print Tie-waist Dress, Yellow Deep V Neck Long Sleeve Bodycon Lace Dress and Black Deep V Neck With Lace Dress. I love all these three products. I absolutely trust shein, I once made a purchase and choose the WRONG country in the shipping address... Fortunetaly I realice soon enough and the CService helped me to cancel the shipment even though it was already on packing for shipment. I received the refund on my credit card and made a new purchase order No. LAL*******.
I bought dresses and shirts, everything was better than I ever expected, quality/colors/sizing accurate. I will keep ordering from this website.

Also the instagram account help me to see clearly the quality of the clothing they sell.

I ordered 3 midi skirts and one bracelet. The processing time said 5-7 days. This means BUSINESS DAYS guys! DO NOT count the weekend. All of the bad reviews are saying the processing time is far too long. This is not true. They claim 5-7 business days, then wait 5-7 business days guys! The delivery time to Australia is 5-28 days (not including the processing time). Mine took THREE days! The quality of the skirts are far better than I had expected. The black skirt I received does have a smell to it and feels a bit rough. The other two skirts are of a silk quality. These skirts cost me $16AUD each and the quality feels similar to $60-80AUD skirts! I am impressed! However, the packaging of the skirts says "Sheinside.com"... I assume that means both of these websites are run by the same company.

Wow, what an amazing site! Sheinside makes it so easy to find exactly what you're looking for. All the categories are right at top and then all the different colors and styles pop up. I normally spend at least a hour each time going through all the different styles and putting together outfits. I did all my shopping for back to school here, and because I invited my friends to the website, I got an awesome deal. That's another thing I love about the site, they have amazing sales! Normally I have had bad experiences with sites that offer great deals, but everything I order is top quality! It's just starting to get cold again, and I was able to wear my cardigan that I ordered the other day. I got so many nice comments from my friends, and it felt so comfortable. It was on sale for $30 and I saw similar ones just like it at the mall for over $50. One thing I ordered did not fit right on me, so I returned it and they gave me no issues at all, I can tell that they really care about their customers! Give this site a try, you won't regret it, everything is cute and at prices that can't be beat!

Don't forget to use their coupons! You get 20% of your first order and you can get 50% off if 5 of your friend register on the site.

This company is a ripoff they they take $8.00 per item you return the crazy part the items are brand new and they still take your money and most cases if you have 3 items to return you bought it but bc they took money off the 2 you get no refund they get return 3 back you pay a fee for them to return it and keep the 3rd one and you get nothing

I loved Shein up until this summer. I placed an order back in July and I received all my items except two dresses that I ordered. When I look on the app it says my items have shipped, however they have never moved from the warehouse since 7/10/19! I have tried to contact SHEIN and every number is out of service and the LIVE CHAT is very fake. NO one to get in contact with to remediate the issue. This company is a scam and I will never order from them again.

I ordered a Blue Diamond Geometric Silver Pendants Necklace from sheinside.com the design and material of necklace is awesome this is my 2nd order and i really happy by using the services and shipping and i think sheinside is a great store for shopping i recieved the same product which i ordered the condition is also good and the best quality products i had no any issue to recieved the products i purchased this necklace for my sister on her birthday she will be very happy to see this beautiful blue diamond necklace and love this thanks sheinside.com i will come back soon for more products...

I LOVE BARGAINS and unique styles so after thorough research on reviews for this international clothing website, I decided to go ahead and purchase a large order from them. I made sure to buy clothes which contained good reviews, etc.

However, after placing my order, I did not hear from them for ten days so I messaged them and asked whats going on with me order. I gave them two stars because they messaged me back pretty quickly. They told me they needed a copy of my I.D. and a copy of my bank card which I thought was kind of weird and sketchy since they took the money out of my bank account already.

As a result, I asked for a refund since the clothes didn't even get shipped and I assume I won't get my order for another month if I am lucky and now I am expected to wait 10-20 business days for the money to appear in my bank -_-.

This will be the END of my attempt to purchase from Asia. I'd rather just go to F21.
