I did received the refund for an order I canceled more than a week after I canceled the order. The second dress got lost/damaged in the mail, and they sent me a new one... So I guess I will give it 2 stars.
Customer service is ok.
Still wouldn't order there again.

I returned two pieces that didn't like and didn't fit properly. The quality of the garments were very chip. That's happened in May 2023. I still waiting for them to return my money.

I have been shopping with shein for years, always have my packages sent to my PO BOX for safety reasons, and its never been a problem before. NOW suddenly, They refuse to deliver to the PO BOX. The delivery company has no damn clue, I cant understand the operator on the phone who keeps insisting she wants a Home address,(do people not realise not everyone has a home! Ffs!)She just keeps insisting on sensitive personal information she doesnt need. (I have given her my name address, phone number, tracking number, and still she insisting on more. This is now the 3rd phone call without a resolution.
So I tried to get intouch with shein for a refund bcs my package obviously hasnt arrived. And its the hardest thing to do online, or even by phone.The frustration & anxiety is beyond annoying. SO...
Ive decided after spending so much money over the years im done with Shein Never buying again!

SO MAD! After over a month I contacted customer service twice to figure out where my item was. Their tracking number for USPS didn't work and no one had a record for my package. Then suddenly it appears at my door a few days after my last angry email and what do you know?!?! IT DOESN'T FIT ACCORDING TO MEASURES. I am between a size 8 and 10 in Misses clothing and ordered an XL wool coat, according to their measurements it should fit but the waist is too small by at least 6" HORRIBLE. I will never order from them again. My friends who have ordered feel the same way about the lack of customer service and slow shipping. Some love their items some hate them. Most say they will never order from SheInside.com again.

I purchased $120 worth of things for my daughter for the summer. The 1st positive was the fact that the material of all the items were nice and reasonable for the price. The 2nd positive was that my package came 1 week early. The 3rd positive was that everything was as expected. I read a lot of horrible reviews on Shein and I was very skeptical on buying anything, but I'm glad I did. I hope the next time I order something I have another good experience and review to share! :)

I ordered a shirt and skirt and while they were decently made for what I paid for them, when I contacted them to return them because they were too small and I didn't like the fit, I never heard back from them. So when you buy something from She In, just know you probably won't get every get your money back should you want to a make a return.

They sometimes send wrong sizes on purpose when they run out. I know this bc I always wear medium and it fits perfectly, but sometimes the clothes they send me are VERY SMALL and WITHOUT TAGS. The swimwear sizing is very off but you cant return it. I wanted to leave a review on the items I returned but i am not allowed to. I tried contacting them but they dont have proper email address and their chat service doesnt work. Dont feel like calling, bc how much time is that going to take up?

I ordered from SHEIN before, i like almost everything except a pair of pants and two shirts. One of the shirts i ordered a small and double checked all my size before i hit checkout, and they sent me a medium, its really big on me but i might give it away, the other shirt was cute but was really see through and weird material. The pants werent so great, the material was very weird and like. Flimsy. (idk how else to explain it) and the metal on the ends of the strings looked like they were glued on. The rest of my clothes were great. The shipping took around 3-4 weeks. I recently just ordered from there again and hoping for the clothes and shipping to be better.

I purchased an e-giftcard for my granddaughter for Christmas but it didn't work. Shein did respond to PayPal to correct the double billing but not the issue with the activation of the e-giftcard so I'm out the money for the gift card plus my granddaughter didn't get her gift. No phone to call anyone at Shein and no response going through their customer service on their site TWICE.

Let me start off by saying that I don't usually order stuff online but if every store was an easy as using this one then I would easily change my tone there's a lot of things to pick from from in there pretty much all of my budget the clothes I ordered this is very nice and comfortable the shipping was very very fast all in all I would say that this website is excellent

Their stuff is really really cute! I bought a lot of outfits when I was going on vacation recently. The sizing can be true to size or the complete opposite, you kinda have to wing it and hope for the best. Clothes is more "true to size" than the bathing suits, so be careful! LOOK AT REVIEWS IF AVAILABLE!
Obviously they take a long time to arrive, but I mean everything is coming from out of the US so what do you expect?

I don't understand why or how my package didn't get to me, less than 5 days. I'm so upset because my sister had ordered the same exact day as me with 25+ orders of clothes and she got hers before me. I ordered about 25 outfits and got mines 7 days after. The thing is we both got free EXPRESS SHIPPING! I'm so upset and I'm going to return my whole order because it's sooo messed up. How is DHL way better than FedEx!? I asked if I were able to pick up my item from fedex but then the customer service lady had told me that it'd take 24 hours before theyd allow me to do that. I'm really upset and I need my package by today. FedEx needs to learn how to do their job, they've always worked so $#*!ty and that's why I would only prefer UPS and DHL to be sending items to my place. I probably will stop ordering stuff from shein because they don't know how to do their job properly. I don't know how I ended up getting FedEx and my sister ended up getting dhl.

They will keep your card numbers and use them fraudulently! Typical China! Can't do anything but steal your money and copy card numbers! It's easier to steal than get it legally! They hide behind other countries so federal law escapes prosecution! BEWARE, BEWARE, USE CAUTION!

Shipping is not FREE even with over $100 purchase. DHL asked me to pay $30 to release my package after it was RETURNED a first time. I spent at least an hour to between Shein (completely useless) and DHL to figure it out. Package still not received. Do NOT recommend.

I have ordered the dress in November 2022 but still did not get it. The manager is not answering, sending the same phrases every day, and the dress is not even sent yet. They are refusing to return the money, or compensate for the delay - just sending one and the same copypaste phrase, asking ME to compensate for their work. What kind of work they did do, if the order is not sent yet, no talking got. Disgusting, outfall service, uncareful. Liers.

I ordered a skirt on monday the 3rd. And got my tracking number on Tuesday the 4th. But when i go to the tracking information it says, "label created" and it has been saying that everyday and never telling me when it has been shipped. I got the expedited shipping, which is only supposed to take 3-6 days i believe, because i needed the skirt for the 15th of this month and i thought it would get here on time especially because i ordered it 2 weeks before the date i needed it, now i might have to go out and buy something else if it doesn't get here on time.

I ordered a bunch of plastic flowers and leaves etc from Shein. They looked really beautiful and natural in the photos, but in real life they look super fake - garish colours and huge "joints" where they attach to the branches. The photos are supremely well-taken - to the point that the real products disappoint. I was delighted to see that they have a returns policy, but after quickly scanning online reviews on their returns, I realised that it won't be worth the frustration. So I will keep my order and learn from this experience: you get what you pay for, and avoid Hong Kong / China-based companies like the plague.

Update: resigned to keeping my full (large) order, I found that most of the flowers and leaves work well outdoors - to be viewed at a distance. A few pieces look too fake to even be used outdoors, but the majority looks good.

THEN I left a 3 star review on Shein, and when I hit Submit, the rating automatically changed to 5 stars. Wow. So I deleted it, and reduced my star rating here from 3 to 2.

Tip for consumers:
Shein is a Hong Kong company. As such its business practices are dodgey and once they get your money, it’s next to impossible getting any back. Refunds and returns are guaranteed in theory, but in practice they make it so painful and frustrating that most people will just give up. So, super cheap products of low quality, and forget about refunds etc.

Re: refund - they claim free refund, but a quick online scan tells me that it’s a bogus claim. I used most of the flowers and leaves in my large order, but 3 items look too fake to be even be used outdoors.

I recently ordered a few shirts from Sheinside. They have great clothes at great prices. As soon as I placed my order, I got an email from them saying thank you and my order was getting ready to ship. By the next day my order shipped. My order arrived at my door in little to no time. The packaging was exceptional. Everything was in the box like I ordered it. The shirts fit amazing. I really like buying from Sheinsides becouse the prices are so affordable. I highly recommend!

I ordered on shein, and what i had ordered was not the right size so i asked for a refund which i have been waiting on an sms from them with the token number that paxi needs in order to return it to the buffalo logistics. I have submitted a ticket for the customer service to contact me, still no word from them. I called aramax and they said shein has to book for a collection from me to pick up the return items. Where is the sms from shein with a token number or collection sms from them.

Material is not good.
I have attached 1st pic of kurti which they show online and the original I received I have attched received as 2nd pic. U can see the difference.
I wanted to return, I sent a mail and WhatsApp msg too, but no reply. Very unprofessional and dissatisfying

Very much dissatisfied cause I got it for Rs. 799 and it’s not a small money, unlike other online shopping, it’s a very sad experience

SheInside.com is the best online shop for womens vintage style clothing. I enjoy wearing vintage and retro styles and have receive several compliments on the "Red Flouncing Knit Skirt" and also on the "Green Floral Print Puff Skirt". The prices are competetive and there is ALWAYS a sale. Plus they offer free returns but believe me when I say that you WILL NOT want to return your items because they are so very nice and all measurements are provided on the site so you can be assured of a proper fit. I am so glad I found this site.
