I just want to know how to get in contact with someone. I have tried multiple times to find a number but can only find *******@shein.com, which has yet to respond to me. I sent my package back on May 22nd and have yet to recieve my money back, which was a month ago! I don't know how to contact them to resolve this.

My box was sent back I tried to get in touch with the company by phone which stays busy 24/7 then they asked you to pay a dollar to talk to chat tried to get in touch with them several times through email to return my call no response customer service is bad I'm still waiting for them to get in touch with me about my money or my box which was returned and Mr Lee received it and he has not reached out to me.

Tip for consumers:
If you experience what I experiencing use your own judgment. About having your package left at your door or with the neighbor which I did and they still sent it back.

I recently ordered the Wine Red Lapel Long Sleeve Loose Knit Cardigan from Shenside, and am very happy with it! It's comfy and cute, and I can wear it either open and casual, or belted and cinched. The online ordering process was very simple and I received my order in tact within the stated amount of shipping days. I will be ordering from Sheinside again.

This website has really cute clothes that fit well, BUT I did order 3 sweaters and two of the three didn't match the picture they showed, it was like they were half done, and they both were super itchy I can't even wear one of them, I gave it away because I heard refunds were basically impossible so I didn't want to bother. The gray patch sweater was missing patches that were supposed to come with it and the star sweater had extra fabric on the shoulders so it made it look manly. I was really disappointing so I contacted customer service and they completely IGNORED me, I messaged them every possible way, I even used facebook, they read my message and didn't reply. I didn't even send angry messages... BUT the shirts and bathing suits I ordered are close to perfect.

Ordered my clothes on 5/4 and just got a shipping update today (5/20) that PRE-SHIPMENT info has been sent to USPS. I move out of the state in 2 weeks and hope my clothes get here before then... probably won't order from here again.

I ordered a group of items and for some reason you split the items up and one half of my items are closed to being delievered, yet the other half hasnt even left china. I also got express shipping, so I am very annoyed that this is happening.

Be extremely careful about what you order - you must decide to keep everything on the order - as it is impossible to return, irrespective of the reason.
The website is not designed to request returns as the 'RETURN' is the only button that is non-responsive.

I have actually not ordered yet exactly from Shein, my package is still arriving (hopefully;- ;) but I figured out a way for people to somehow find their lost packages? If you go here: https://www.chilltracking.com/app/ca/com-zzkko-ca, and put in your tracking number, it will give you an exact description of where your package is and will give you some closure. You can also search up SHEIN TRACKING NUMBER WEBSITES and try more to make sure it's correct, but to the best of my knowledge, the website is! If you need extra help, just reply with your order number and your problem, and maybe I can help you out? You're welcome to who needed it <3

I ordered these beautiful, brush-pointed toe boots and couldn't have been more impressed by both the style of the boots and the service!

I had never used this site before and was skeptical about the quality and intergrity of both the product and delivery. However, everything arrived promptly and I was more than pleased to recommend this site to others!

I bought a coat from here that said "ships within 24hours" but was shipped 4 days later. I paid extra for express shipping so it would arrive in 3-5 days as I am going overseas but it has been over 2 weeks and I haven't receievd it. When I contaced the company they told me they couldn't help me and they altered the shipping time and accused me of being mistaken (thankfully I had taken a screenshot of it before). The whole experience has been terrible and I will never buy from here again. It may be cheap, but it's not worth the risk!

Don't waste your money on express shipping- shop elsewhere!!

Ordered 2 items and SHEIN lied and said that the delivery failed(3/4/23. Ordered one of the items again (while trying to get a refund for the past 2 items) still have not received anything 4/1/23. Customer support acts as if they don't know what I'm talking about; saying I'm probably using the wrong account. So my item in tracking is stuck in transit since the 17th. AND SHEIN IS NOT TRYING TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I'm not happy at ALL.

Tip for consumers:
SHEIN HAS LOST A VALUED CUSTOMER. I WON'T SHOP FROM THEM AGAIN.

The site has cheap cute stuff but returning something is a horrible process. They give you a return lable and half way through the mail process the package gets lost so they don't have to refund your money and you have no product. They blame the postal service, postal service says there return lable has no tracking on it. Returned product on 6/14 still no refund. Customer service said they will Gove me a refund and still nothing

Extremely concerned about the LARGE order I placed on May 27th. I was eligible for EXPRESS shipping and was told my processing would take 5-7 days it has now been 12 DAYS since I placed my order. Clothes are needed before I go on vacation in 1 week! Was skeptical about ordering on this website because of the horrible reviews! Hoping this isn't a scam. Please answer and send me order ASAP or i will have to take further action thanks. Order #PXA6972. Still says processing.

SHEIN told fed ex to have my Package destroyed after only a week
I ordered express delivery. They shipped it through fed ex. They tried to deliver 3 times. They would leave a note and I would sign it for them to leave the package. I even went on the delivery manager to change the shipment to LEAVE PACKAGE. They still refused to leave it, so I went to the fed ex location the day after the final attempt, and they said that SHEIN said to destroy the package after only a week time frame of trying to get it, so they wouldn't have to pay the return fee. So I lost 100 dollars, and they won't do anything to fix it. Awful company. Just hope that your package gets delivered or else they'll destroy it. WHO destroys a package? Worst company ever.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

I placed my order OVER TWO MONTHS ago and have YET to receive ANYTHING. Was given the "expedited shipping" BS that they falsely offer. I've contacted the post office and Fedex and they are unable to locate the shipped item. Turns out they put a completely wrong address on my order, and it is nowhere to be found. I've emailed the company and will be demanding a full refund. DON'T waste your time!

I bought a a Red Round Neck Diamond Pattern Peplum Hem Sweater and I absolutely love it. Ordering was simple and easy - and the layout was easily navigable. The shipping details were clear, and after I received the item, it was exactly as described. I love my item, and I'll definitely be using SheIn more. They rock.

Ordered $230 worth of clothes for my granddaughter for Christmas and paid an extra $13 for quicker shipping, as the shipping date was after Christmas. Literally right after the money was taken off my card, I get an email from DHL saying my package was in transit and will be delivered on December 27th, the same day the "free shipping" offered. I specifically paid extra to avoid that problem. Sent an email and got a response back from Roland who said they couldn't refund my shipping, however he'd offer me free shipping or 15% off my next order IF I ordered by December 31st! Meaning the only solution to my problem was a solution that benefits Shein! They did the exact same thing to my daughter and 3 other friends! If your looking for a company who doesn't give a rats behind about you or your money, Shein is the place! If your looking for a company who, at a minimum, refunds fees that were NOT used and actually care about the consumer, then DO NOT use this company!

If your package is stolen their is nothing you can do it seems so it a risk every time I was text that my delivery arrived and ups did nothing SHEIN won't let me submit a ticket it's robot AI just throws u in a loophole never again

Just car stickers a few hats but the important thing churche clothing never arrived the app tells you ups delivered it but they never did I looked at my Camara no ups truck showed up that day

WORST customer service in the whole world. They promise "30% off" and you can apply "she inside points" on your first purchase. When completing my purchase, the area to apply the promotions were greyed out. Figuring they would show up later in the order, I continued. They didn't. I emailed immediately after I completed my order asking them to apply the coupons and/or points. Several days later, I got a terribly written email asking me to "please keep my purchase, but that she would not be applying my coupon." I told her I would be returning the purchase, and forwarded her message to corporate. Again, several days later and several poorly written emails, THIS is the email response I get. I doubt I will ever get my money back.

I ordered 2 pretty black dresses. I instead received 1 poor quality skater dress & one big BLUE UGLY SHIRT rather than a BLACK shift dress. I've emailed then two days in a row- still NO REPLY. Honestly, save your money, save your time.

They took more than a month just for sending my order. When I received my package there were missing 2 o the 6 items that I bought. I asked refund of the Items, they just told that they can give me SHEIN WALLET refund.

Worst experience ever

The just need more phone cases in samsung s9 and note i and more because they got cute ones that I love but thye are in apple or Samsung s22 and more but they need it in all phone such as note 9 s9 or s8 they need a variety of these phone cases.

My bra that I bought didn't fit me. Enclosed was a return process label. When I started the process, it said this bra wasn't returnable. The return process label was unreadable. When I tried to contact them, they wanted me to pay money to get a response to my question! And also charge me $7 to return it. Bad business and a total ripoff

BEWARE of giving this website any credit card information! Although I "never made a purchase", they have attempted to charge my CC four different amounts causing my CC company to shut down that card. They will NOT reply to any questions or offer any resolutions to problems that they cause.
