So I'm reading these reviews that everyone is posting and i am legit scared and regretting that i ordered clothes from here, i love the items i picked out but if it doesn't come in time i might just have to cancel my order. I ordered Sunday May 8th and i need it May 19th, it honestly shouldn't take them that long to send out orders. If you don't have the items take them off your site. I've ordered from SHEIN twice now. The second time my purchase was split into 2 separate packages. SHEIN uses UPS to deliver to USPS. Then USPS delivers to the house. The first 2 packages were marked delivered, but were actually never delivered until a day or two later. I have had this happen before with other packages marked delivered but not actually delivered. My 3rd package was again marked delivered, but had not arrived. I gave it a couple days thinking it would come, but never did. I reached out to USPS and all they could tell me was it was delivered because their GPS system shows the driver near my house. They then suggested file a claim, but since there was no insurance on the package I can't. I reached out to SHEIN, but no real customer service line and the CS bot isn't helpful. So, I filed a complaint via PayPal to get a resolution. SHEIN also said file a claim, BUT I CAN'T! Almost $90 down the drain! Never again!

Ordered 2 dresses and 2 bikinis at the beginning of April, never received a confirmation email to say my items had been shipped so live chatted with their 'customer service' with 2 people that could barely speak English. Couldn't get a straight answer as to when my items would be shipped after 2 weeks so I cancelled the order, which seems to be their only solution to the problem. Got an email saying it would take 10-20 days for a refund. Yeah, that makes sense? If I could give 0 stars I would. I am certain all of the good reviews are from Sheinside or bloggers they send items to. I placed my $400 order on the 16th of September. Their site says it takes 5-7 days to process items and I was finally told after multiple emails that it takes 5-7 business days to process before shipping. So why are my items still processing a month later!?! I know they went on holiday for a week October 1st-7th, but they still should have been shipped prior to going on holiday. If my order doesn't ship within the next week I will be canceling my order and reporting this business.

So disappointed - I ordered a jumpsuit and two shirts thinking I would get it withing 3-5 days... I ordered it because I was going out somewhere special and thought I would receive it before the special dinner but I was disappointed. Everytime I checked my item ordered, all it said was processing... a week and a half passed by so I sent a message through chat and the operator answered. I asked when was my package coming and all she said was that it's on its way... When I asked when will I receive by she told me that the jumpsuit I purchased has been sold out... and that the factory no longer has the item. They will let me know when they restock. I don't understand how can you not let me know that it was sold out!? How can you not send me an email... No refund nothing. All she said was to wait. I was really hesitant to try this Chinese retail store. I've had TERRRIBLE luck with Aliexpress and Chicme and I opted to try my luck. They're really working on westernizing their processes. I've noticed they've amped their marketing, their point-reward systems, and their customer service. I've been surprised at how quickly they're able to deliver expedited shipping as well.
Items are not always the highest quality. Many of their items are sheer. But they actually have a great return policy and when the items are good they're GOOD and inexpensive compared to designer stores in the U.S. I've actually had multiple positive experiences with them. I can vouch for their timely refunds. I return things in their original bags and I'm sure it makes it easier for them if order forms are included. I promise this is not a fake review. Try it!

I bought some pants and the shipping company Ontrac they use keep sending me text message requesting a code for the gated community. I don't leave in a gated community and there is not code needed.

This site is horrible. I ordered a dress on October 10th that stated it would ship in 24 hrs. I was hoping it would arrive on my birthday which was October 18th. Here it is October 24th and still no dress. The dress hasn't even made it in the US because my tracking number doesn't work. The website just keeps saying as of October 14th it's being processed in "Guangzhou." Customer service is horrible. They have my money but I have no dress. I bought breast lifting tape which was so thin, a bandaid would have had more staying power. Seller refuses to do any returns or refunds, though when you review them, which I did on TRUSTPILOT they respond telling you to contact their customer service. After I asked for a return and/or refund they BLOCKED me from contacting them. I get a blanked out screen.
