My order would have arrived on time if they hadn't waited 6 days to ship it. Once it shipped it seemed to travel as expected. It shouldn't take a company 6 days to ship a product that shows as in stock.

I ordered my cloths about 2 weeks ago and the order has been showing processing since and every time. Why isnt there a number you can call on the site. Besides this, sheinside online store is very inconvenient as they take so long to process cloths and this is seperate from the shipping time. I still till havent gotten a reply telling me if my order has been shipped. And i have never ordered from a store that tells you to take a picture of your iD but i understand this is for security check but you did requested for this after you had withdrawn the money which means you needed the money more than you even cared about a security check i just thought this was a bit sloppy and no other regular online store does this. As well i think they should work on faster shipping and processing and also find a way to communicate with their customers escpecialy because of the long time they take. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER!

I loooooove SHEIN. I order ALOT of stuff from them. You really have to pay attention to measurements on sizes. And reviews. Going through reviews and paying attention to one's that have similar measurements to you and that have a photo REALLY helps make your purchase a success. The unsuccessful purchases I've had ( only a couple) were because I didn't pay attention to sizing and reviews. And when I buy something I leave a review with picture AND correct measurements so it helps others. Like I said, it makes purchases so much more successful.

I bought the Wine Red Off The Shoulder Bodycon Dress from this site and I absolutely love it! I had a party to go to and ordered this as one of the options to pick from, I ended up wearing it as it fit me really well and the material is over a great quality.
It arrived sooner than I expected and the price is really cheap compared to other websites I have similar clothing on. Would definitely use them again for dresses to wear over the Christmas season.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN, you can not reach any one from customer service. Their is no one to speak to and they do not even recognize my order number that they sent me. I bought over $100 in items and can not exchange anything that doesnt fit. The site doesnt recognize any orders that I placed but had no problem taking my money! It is awful do not let them fool you! Do not waste your money!

Besides the lackluster quality (a dress I ordered was almost the same material as a hospital gown) the sizes on this website are almost children sizes. An XXL pair of overalls translates to about a woman's size four. And certainly wouldn't fit anyone who is an XXL. If you're 90-125lbs the clothes would fitx but I still wouldn't recommend shopping here because of the quality.

Shein are a bunch of SCAMMERS. No delivery just lie upon lie that it is shipping. Finally in writing stated they would send a refund. Of course No REFUND after they scammed me out of $300 USD. Email sent promising a refund along with messages sent through messenger months ago and of course nothing from them. They simply rip people off and do not care. There are HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS who have been scammed by this company as shown through all of the complaints online. They have NUMEROUS LAWSUITS against them for ripping off other people's designs on top of this. THIS Should be all over the MEDIA, they should be sued and put in jail.

I am appalled by the unprofessionalism exhibited by this delivery guys, to be more specific quick box delivery service.
1. there is no prior notice neither from shein nor the delivery service on the day of delivery, ahead of time.
Do you expect me to leave work and come for my items because of your inability to communicate effectively?
The annoying part is, I'm trying to get the delivery man to deliver the items to a location, which is 5mins away and he keeps hanging the line on me.
I wont payment over 1000aed every 3months for this kind of service. This is totally unacceptable.
I haven't still received the items and I'm running out of patience. If this happens again, I'm trashing my shein app

I place an order and I did what I've been told to do for requests shipping company, I request post Canada and urgent, the agent told me everything is finalized and I'm going to receive my package on time well after the week I called post Canada and I told them what happened to my package it's not traceable. After I gave them my tracking number they told me sender just created a Lebel they didn't hand out the package yet!? I try to chat with them finally someone answered and start to tell nonsense, middle of my tying he/she just left

I bought what was described as a sweatshirt but was more like a thin T- shirt. The size was supposed to be XL (bust 108cm) but was more like S (bust 96cm). I will have to find a child to give it to. Very disappointing.
