I ordered from this website, it has been almost 3 weeks and I NEVER got my package yet, everyone I talk to someone over the computer about my package it all different stories, then you tell you to go track for package but nothing has changed since the day I ordered. On my FED-X tracking just says "creating shipping label" it has said that for 3 weeks now. They WON't even give a straight answer... Don't waste your time, I just I'm out money and now have to waste more on getting other dress for my cruise since I leave in 2 weeks and I have a feeling my order isn't coming.

I've been ordering clothes from SHEIN for a couple of years now. I normally don't take time to do reviews but I do occasionally and they give you points for reviews. The points convert into money off your purchases. I just recently discovered that if you write a negative review, they remove it…which is why you would be hard pressed to find any negative reviews by customers on the site. If your review is published and other customers like it, you earn more points…so why be honest and write anything negative and have them remove your review? They say they only remove reviews if you say something inappropriate or use profanity, etc. I absolutely would never do that.I just wrote a negative review about the fabric of an item being a little cheap and ill fitting…they removed that and a couple other negative reviews. Very deceptive of the company!
And just a side note…there's literally NO customer service…you can't call…no phone support and they say there's a chat and an email support but they don't allow you to access it… it's buried deep under an endless maze of options.

First off it took the clothes to arrive almost 2mths later! Once they arrived everything was cheaply made clothing wise. There were strings already coming undone from the seams! There clothes I've yet to wash, but I'm sure once I do there going to fall apart! Don't waste ur $, it's CHEAP 4 a Reason! If it sounds to good to be True it usually is! I ordered a few of there wall stickers, n come to find out there was 1 in each package n small I mean miniature Size when I thought it would atleast cover 11'x14' but didn't come close more like 4'x4'! So glad I did it 4 my niece and tried it out so I now no! I'm also petite and somethings were to big, n some things fit, as well as snug! WARNING DONT BUY FROM SHEIN!

I ordered two things on Sheinside. I am tracking it on the Sheinside App. It was processing for awhile, but finally when I checked, one of the two items said it shipped, while the other says "OUT OF STOCK." What does that mean? I paid for both. Am I just not going to get my second item that says "OUTOFSTOCK" while during the time I've ordered it, it has been approved, meaning that it should be in stock.

My package I ordered on 8/3 has been lost since 8/5. It was to be delivered between 8/11-8/14 and USPS has yet to receive the package. There have been zero updates on my tracking information since 8/4. I attempted to contact their custom support and keep getting the same automated message that doesn't even correspond with my request. Icing on the cake is they advertise the option to submit a ticket to a customer support agent to chat live but when I tried I continued to get the same automated message as before. Tried to use the return items option and can't do that UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. I plan to report this to my bank. Never again. Do not order from shein if you need your items by a specific time, they DO NOT DELIVER ITEMS ON TIME AND DO NOT HAVE ANY REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT

Ordered goods, received a package with one item missing. Took 6 weeks to arrive. The stitching on the jumper was a different colour to the item itself (bright yellow stiching on a green jumper. Crazy! The quality on the products are horrendous. They won't give a refund for the missing item. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, just flush you money down the toilet it's easier.

Scammers, liers, cheats and thieves. I used to swear by shein. Loved them. Decent clothes for good prices. Yes some are super cheap but I always thought what the harm I could return them. Well the harm is the lie about receiving all of your return and will only claim to receive part of it even though it all has the same tracking number. They claim they didn't receive back the most expensive item that it was still in transit but it literally had the same tracking number as the items they admitted to receiving and processed the return for, all of course for the cheap items but the one expensive item I had they still keep trying to say is still in transit even though they again they already admitted to receiving and processing the rest of the return in the same package. They also in one message would tell me they would process the return then in the very next say no we won't it hasn't been received, even after I could prove they received it. So if you do buy from them be willing to not bother with returns and just loosing money if clothes don't fit...

IM SO FED UP WITH THIS WEBSITE! I was referred by a friend of mine who had a decent experience with them, so I didn't do more research(like an idiot). I ordered from them 9/20/15, and I haven't had an update yet. It took me contacting FedEx myself to get an update, and that update was that the company NEVER dropped my package off!(that's why the tracking info was stuck on label created, for those who were wondering) Now, they won't even return my emails, so I have no idea what's going on with my package. Okay curvy ladies listen up make sure you check the sizing charts before ordering I order a bunch of clothing to take to Jamaica and boy what a surprise I got when none of the shorts or pants fit me so I turned around and resold them and now shop else where so curvy women make sure you measure yourself and look at there charts first because there 2x is more like a large.

Too small, buttons that dont fit the buttonholes, a size Medium is more like an XSmall. These are sweat shop knock offs and even the vibe is icky.
The first item order was not available and I fought for a refund because they charged for something that was not in stock. The site wanted to give me an internal credit but they didnt have the merchandise. This is false and deceptive merchandising.
The blouses are small, cheap fabric, and the buttons dont button because a) the buttonholes were too small in one blouse and b) the loops were too tight and impossible to Button at the back of the neck, the sizing is all wrong.

I was really excited about the items i found for my wife on Shein online site. I prefer to go to the actually store, but took a chance on Shein. To my surprise, after ordering the items i waited forever for a response. My wife gets deliveries regulary, so we wouldnt have missed the delivery. After weeks going by, i never recieved my delivery and the account shows it was delivered. Then i contact Shein and now they say SORRY its passed the limit of time for a complaint. TRASH, HORRIBLE. No 1, poor quality, I don't expect much because the prize is not high, but when I received the products, I was so disappointed, the quality is really cheap like you can find it in the street market, it doesn't deserve the prize!
No 2, poor return systems, if you return or exchange the products, you have to send it back to china, yes, its china not Hong Kong! And you have to pay for the double way shipping cost again, the cost is already equal to the products!
Never shop in SHEIN again!

Bought 2 bath suits based on the measurements they give on their website. One was suppose to be a bit snug in reality this was too big and didn't even cover my boobs. The other one that was suppose to be big couldn't even go up my legs. I lived chat with Katheleen with back and forth stupid request from them. Asking me to measure it and take a picture of me measuring it. WTF is this! At the end they refused to offer me a full refund despite they putting wrong measurements on their website. Furthermore the customer support katheleen ended the chat on me when I questioned them why I wasn't getting a full refund. Disgusting customer support. I will never shop with them again and will warn everyone to stay away from this company. Very sketchy company I am going to report them.

Some weeks ago I received the item I ordered from SheInside.
The winter coat I bought is as beautiful as I saw in the pictures: if you want to check the item, here it is: Apricot Long Sleeve Double Breasted Belt Coat.
I LOVE the colours and the fabric quality is very good, and I think this site has reasonable prices. Briefly, the description on the website perfectly matches with the reality, I had no bad surprises.
I read some reviews of people who had problems with shipping times. Personally, I had no troubles: the tracking number worked and the coat arrived in time, even if I wasn't in a hurry.
I'll definitely buy again on SheInside, I had a really good experience with it, I still don't understand all those bad reviews.

I've been ordering from shein for nearly 5 years now and I never really had issues until this time. I ordered my damn clothes a week and a half ago and they have NEVER taken more than 5 days to ship—until now. I have a festival to go to and I paid a lot for these clothes and they decided not to ship them until the day before the festival TWO WEEKS LATER. They didn't even update the shipping until I contacted UPS who told me they never got my stuff. When I chatted with them on their $#*!ty customer service chat they only sent my package when I threatened to file a dispute (which I will do anyways). Shein genuinely sucks and I will not be paying for this. They're delivering it to me on the day I'll be GONE just to be spiteful. Will never order from here again.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews in here and tbh if y'all want something right away then go buy it at the mall cuz it comes from very far away (using myself as an example) and the quality is really good for the cheap prices (in my opinion) so far I've gotten a lot of things from this website and i do not complain about the shipping time because everything else is good so at least something a bit bad had to slip in. It's ONLINE SERVICE, i bet they try hard to ship fast but y'all want your $#*! in 3 days when it comes from another country.
