I won one coat from sheinside free trail.The quality of clothes are good. There is no shipping cost so that's great. I love the designs and constant updates.

Their clothes are very good quality, i had ordered one cable knit sweater and a cartoon print sweatshirt, color were same as the picture. But delivery took longer than i thought.

I bought 10 pair fuzzy socks - Order # GSHNYQ24T000QX0. There are holes in two! I have complained and they will not even return them!
Very inferior product. Stay away.

Received my purchased but was dissatisfied Poor out shape material Ridiculous shipping rate No customer services No contact number Poor return policy You will never hear from them no more Government needs to shut down all the oversea companies They are capitalized over americans money and vulnerability

I ordered from sheinside nearly 2 months ago, and still haven't even come close to getting my package. Also, all of my items boasted "ships in 24 hours!" when in reality they haven't shipped after 56 days.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Generally we can ship these items marked with “ships within 24hrs” within 24hrs as we promised. But the item Navy High Waist Pleated Skirt in your order sells well. Do not order from this site. I ordered two dresses a month ago and still have not received them. Also when you e-mail about your shipment all they say is it is our busy season.

So awful! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. It's complete bull$#*!! My order has been stuck in transit for more than a week and I ordered 2 weeks ago! GET YOUR $#*! TOGETHER SHEIN! This place need to be taken away from the internet because it's never getting my money again.
On top of that there is NO WAY you can contact anyone, every phone number is disconnected.

I ordered about 55$ worth of things on July 9 of 2016 and didn't get a order ID because it was never sent to my email and I didn't register before I purchased. I bought sunglasses, a binkin, a t shirt with a rock on symbol, Jean draw string shorts, and a burgendy barlett. I would like to have my order number sent to my email. If it doesn't get here soon I will need my money back.
