**Update** 12/18. I have received my items. I was pleasantly surprised to find the top and dress were actually quite nice. After the mess of trying to find out the status of my order, and not realizing it was shipping from out of the country. I did find the pants run much smaller. I asked to return them, but they were reasonable price, so hopefully I can get a coupon discount as per an e-mail I received.
I do have ONE suggestion, maybe put somewhere within the home page of your site for those who do not want to go searching all over, that shipping does take a good 10 days if not more to receive. So, if in a hurry, do expedited. Although I don't know how long that would take, but it has to be quicker than standard.
After reading some of these reviews, I'm thinking I should have come here first prior to ordering from this company. I placed my order, site says "Shipped", tracking # on FedEx says "Shipping label created". Which is it? No phone number to call.

I recently ordered the blue pockets slim crop pants and I'm in love! They fit me PERFECTLY which is rare for pants to do because of my odd shape. They are so comfortable too. They arrived exactly when they said they would which was another pleasant surprise. I had no issues at all with anything from reviewing the site, placing the order and receiving my product. Seriously don't buy anything from here. The 5 star ratings are clearly robots. I ordered 3 dresses and a jumper in size L (am usually M-L Depending on brand) and they fit like a XS-S. Ridiculously sized, and the material is paper thin and awful. Looks nothing like the photos, and smells horrible too. Waste my of money but from reading the other reviews it's not worth trying to get a refund so I'll just give it away and apologise to the people I give it too. I'm almost ashamed due to the nasty quality.

After reading these reviews ive been freaking out. I had paid for my order tuesday and i badly need it by friday the latest, at least at the post office so i can pick it up in a jiffy before i board my cruise. Sheinside.com is my new FAVORITE shopping site. The clothing and accessory selection is huge! Trendy and well-priced. I got an entire outfit including accessories for under $30, shipping included. Sales are incredible -- up to 80% off -- and they also offer coupons when a certain amount is spent. The site also breaks up clothing into very specific categories (vintage, floral, chiffon, geometric, etc), so it's really easy to find a specific look. Highly recommend.

Placed two orders. Two of 15 items missing parts and broke. Customer service is awful! One item $1.78 other $6.87. I liked desk pen holder. Really like to have. Missing part to use as intended. Shein offered no way to replace or refund. Said have to go thru seller! They sold it!

Glad my loss was low dollar. Just know it is a gamble when ordering from Shein. I have found their competitor Temu to be better source . Refunds never issue wlere very customer focused.

I understand they have cute clothing, nice accessories, possibly useful and cheaper stationery items even items for electronics, your home, and cars but its not worth it. I knew it was just a sweat shop factory but I never had bad issues when I wore their clothing. They were all great, though one shirt shrank nearly three sizes after a second wash and I did order it a size up just in case while another shirt had the logo disappear easily after about 4 washes. Though the stationery items I can't really complain.
The real reason for this review, is to help stop people from supporting Shein and other companies like them. I just found out recently I have health issues from their clothing. They use harmful chemicals in their clothing products, and their zippers are made with lead. How could they do this? No wonder its bad quality and most items are cheap. Explains the common clothing deals. Avoid them and every other company!

Ordered 13 items of clothing for our daughter for Christmas. Website shows 1 week max shipping, which would've allowed plenty of time for Christmas arrival. They only shipped two items and said the rest were shipping from overseas and had no idea when they'd arrive. Requested a refund, they temporarily put $ in an online wallet with them (don't want to do business with them any longer). They straight up lied to my credit card company and said everything was delivered. They don't have a customer service #, you have to wait and wait for them to finally respond via their online message center. Bunch of crooks.

I shop for my teen daughter's clothes on SheIn. We've been very happy with the price, material and cut (the way the clothing fits - it's geared for taller, slimmer bodies). The only complaint is the delivery time, it just takes so many weeks so you better not be in a hurry to receive the items.

I'm pretty sure most people know what to expect from this website at this point. If you don't, everything is shipped from China and is pretty low quality. However if you go through a lot of clothes often and like cute temporary fits for events, it works. I change up my style a lot so it's convenient to have inexpensive items like this, just be sure to read the reviews. It's helpful that other purchasers have uploaded photos of themselves wearing the items so you can see how the clothing looks in real life and how it will fit you. Shipping can take about a week at the fastest speed and two or three weeks if you get the free shipping.
Tip for consumers:
They do have free returns and you can receive store credit or be refunded your original payment method so that's good.

I would seriously give this company 0 stars if I could. Poor customer service and slow delivery (that's if you even get it). I've been waiting since I placed my order on April 16. It almost reached me until it got sent back to China because of an incorrect address due to THEIR lack of attention. I've placed orders from them before, but this time they've really screwed up. I purchased the Grey Hooded Long Sleeve Drawstring Loose Sweatshirt and was super pleased with not only the speed in delivery, but the product itself. It was soft, comfy and just a perfect fit! I even washed and dried it already and I can tell it's of very good quality because there was really no shrinkage or fading, which I love! I'm in Canada and bought some items from Shein for my daughter as she begged me for some. They were all way too big and poor quality. I went to return them, it says $8 will be taken off, fine okay, this is unreasonable but I will do it. I try and it says they don't accept returns on my items (even though the site stated so).
I file a claim with Paypal and they side with the Seller and give no reason for this. Paypal isn't fair either, only sides with buyer if seller is a small-scale scammers.
Never buy from here, you are asking for trouble. Shipping took almost a month too.

I placed my order exactly a month ago. Still haven't received it so I tried to contact Sheinside but there isn't a phone number. They do offer online chat but I haven't had any success connecting. Tried email, the response was a tracking link. For over three weeks it was processing and when I tracked it after that it has just said that a shipping label was being created. That is where I am today, a month out and I've received nothing. Definitely will NOT be ordering from this site again, no matter the quality of the items or value.

I ordered two items from this site, both of which were promised to be shipped in 24 hours. I also ordered them with expedited shipping, and a week later, they have finally announced that the items were shipped. However, they have not given me a tracking number, even after I have asked multiple times. I have no idea when my item is coming, and I am outraged by their customer service. I used their online chatting system, and the person who was responding to me even said "You have been cheated. Ask for a refund." I have screenshots proving this, in case anyone wants proof of this. I will never shop here again.
