Extremely dissapointed with SHEIN, they used to be good but now they're not worth the trouble. My parcel (DHL tracking number: *******576) was shipped on 6th of December and I'm writing this review on the 24th and still the last update is "package shipped"! First of all, there is only one shipping option for my country and that is $24,90 "express" shipping but there's nothing express about it! They do not offer free standard shipping (so I can at least know why the bloody hell am I waiting for so long, instead silly me expected to get the service I paid good money for), and the prices of items, not only are they the most expensive for my country but also keep going up without their service getting better! For comparison: in Japan, an item that costs $3 in international SHEIN you'd pay about a dollar for. AND they get free express shipping AND the parcel arrives in 4-6 days! EXTREMELY UNFAIR! Customer Support was not supportive whatsoever.

If you still want to order from SHEIN International, arm yourself with a lot of patience and be ready to not have your expectations met.

I ordered a packed of a couple item. One being a rhinestone skirt, I actually received everything BUT that skirt. I made a ticket with their automated customer service and they say these delivered it. It indeed has NOT been delivered and I do not have it. The package arrive torn. I shouldn't need to bare the loss of a missing item. They have no real customer service too, so I cannot receive a refund on the item I never received. For the reason of horrible customer service I will not shop at SHEIN again and I highly recommend others not to shop at SHEIN unless you want to risk paying for nothing. It is the principle not just the money, it is a disgusting feeling to feel scammed and that is on SHEIN.

My order never shipped. I ordered on July 1st. July 4th I got notification it shipped. July 17th was my last date for it to arrive. It's the 24th and it sti hasn't came. I CONTACTED Shein and USPS both which have not gotten back to me at all. And when I went back to Sheins site to contact them again this is what my page says... NO ORDER HISTORY! Even though I have ordered through them twice and had almost 300 points for leaving reviews on the order I DID GET. My 2nd order will never come and I'm out of my money for it.

I bought clothes from shein and I wasn't too happy with the outcome. I saw on the website it said "Free Shipping" I called customer service because I needed help finding an email address for me to contact to get the return label. The gentleman that helped me had horrible customer service skills and said if I were to return I'd have to pay $15USD for a shipping label. I personally find that to be ridiculous as I already had to pay expensive shipping. He said $15USD is because I don't live in the US and that because I live in Canada I must pay that price. If you're going to buy shein products keep in mind the horrible return policy and not to waste your time with such stupid individuals.

My order split into two shipments: one supposedly sent on 8/16, and the second one sent on 8/20. When I go online to FedEx to track the packages, neither has even been SENT TO THE FACILITY TO SHIP! This is the message on the FedEx site: 'Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel.' WHAT? My order was placed on 8/7 - 16 days ago. What's going on?

Really disappointed that my SHEIN order could not be delivered because the delivery company they used called UniUni could not find my house. Which I am a little surprised about because Amazon had no trouble finding my house. So I was told I would have to travel one hour each way to pick it up my SHEIN order. This defeats the purpose of ordering online if you have to go pick it up. The funny thing is I have seen the UniUni truck in my neighbourhood before so I know they deliver to the area I live. SHEIN did refund the money but just disappointed that my daughter did not get the item she really liked.

It's a freakin' scam! So I purchased some items on January 19th, 2015 and received them a few weeks later. They were not like the picture at all and the fit was horrible. I decided to return them and it's been over a month and a half and I still have not gotten my refund! I tried to contact them and they said the tracking number doesn't work and said, "pls check." WTF?! How am I going to check? It's not like I save a piece of receipt or took a picture of the tracking number that's over a month old! There was no effort in them trying to help. So I decided to do the chat room hoping that I'd get an answer and a complete refund. NOPE. All they said was that the system was "down" and that I should check back in 2 weeks. 2 more weeks?! Are you freakin kidding me? It's a total scam. I don't have the items and I got scammed my money. I JUST WANT A REFUND! SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW! So coming from experience, don't buy from this site! It's like throwing your money in the trash!

I will return with my review... let's just say, I've been placing an order with this company SINCE October. I have been getting SHEIN emails in my junk mail for years and the 1 time I decided to try them out. THEY FAILED... But as I said, will the 3rd time be a charm... IF NOT, I will return with more negative reviews...

I placed an order on 11/27 and today is 12/21. Its is now 6 days shy of a month and no order has been received. I just received a tracking number on 12/15. When I go to check the tracking there is no expected delivery date, the package is not in transit and every time I try to contact someone they tell me to be patient the order will update once its in the united states. I just ordered something from CHINA off of Aliexpress and it took 2 days for my order to arrive and I was able to track the order all the way from China to my doorstep. I am very disappointed in SheIn.com. Who ever posted good reviews is lying. The customer service is horrible and there is no one to speak with besides sending emails or opening a ticket. INCONVENIENT! I NEEDED MY ORDER BEFORE CHRISTMAS! IT SHOULD HAVE BEN HERE BY NOW. I chose expedited shipping with according to the site should take 4-7 business days... NO ORDER IN SITE! I have shopped on she inside multiple times before and never really had a problem until my last order. I ordered a few things including this great jacket. However when my package arrived there was no jacket at all. I immediately went online to look when my jacket would arrive, however I found out that the jacket was out of stock and was not being sent. Now this would be okay if they had emailed me a month ago when I ordered it, or even emailed before I received my package. But I never got an email or my money back for the item. When I contacted them they were just as useless. I believe it is not my responsibility to contact them if they were out of stock and the website let me order anyway. They should have contacted me to inform me that there was no jacket and of my options. It seemed like they did not want to give me a refund and were trying to ignore the fact I was not getting what I paid for. Since writing a bad review of them they have now tried to fix the problem which they were useless at fixing prior to this. They have told me they are trying to fix it which I hope id true because all my clothes I have received from them have been great. Please work on your communication Sheinside.

I must say that "SHEINSIDE" has been the best ever online purchasing experience for me. The best thing I loved was the over delivery of my product. The time was of 15 days but I was amazed to get my product shipped within 5 days. Moreover, the discounted rates helped a lot in saving my money and allowing me buying more products.

I placed three orders before and all of the clothes are VERY VERY BAD. They don't really look like the pictures online at all.
Anyoneleft a bad review for the item they purchased will never show on their website. That means they only show good reviews from customers. This behavior is Definitely UNPLEASANT.
Furthermore, their customer support is HORRIBLE. They have all kinds of excuses to delay your orders and never respond to your problems. If you have any troubles with your orders, it will be the hardest thing to deal with.
Therefore, I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND anyone to shop on Shein based on my experiences. They are SCAM.
