In the last few weeks, they have gone from easy breezy shopping to worst fraud ever. Maybe they are run by someone else very incompetent?
Half the stuff is "sold out" if i get it on flash sale and then it is relisted for triple the price. Takes a week to get a refund for something i never got, money laundering anyone? They're committing fraud.
The last three orders have been like this, weeks late to ship, and then half missing. They offered me three bucks (300 points) for my trouble. I have spent days emailing them, my time is worth more than three dollars!
Dont buy from shein or sheinoutlet, they are a mess!

I ordered clothes from here. Picked express shipping, the site said it would arrive on 10/21. Its now 10/23 and my package has finally received tracking info and it says it will be here in about a month! What a bunch of crap. I asked and the response I received was the website had a glitch. Seems to be false advertising for them Do not order unless you are okay with it taking months to receive. It ridiculous they can take your money in less than 24 hours but can not get you your stuff for over two months.

I recently ordered a casual two outfit from these people which finally arrived. Just picking up the package I could immediately tell that it was poor quality. Upon opening the package it was as I suspucted, very poor quality, being so thin that you can see straight through it. This is definitely something that I'd never wear, and will throw in the trash. Avoid this company and their products by all means because it's a rip off. If I could've given a half star, I would've.

Their customer service is nonexistent. The chat representatives just repeats the same pre recorded messages. Almost like your chat is just a robot. This company will not help you with exchange. You will need to do everything and get all information to help yourself dealing with this company. Alot of clothes on here can be found cheaper on other sites including Amazon witch have no problem supporting there millions of customers swiftly and happily. Please shop elsewhere.

Don't need help, because this company has no measures in place for you to get the help you need. If you are not tech savvy do not bother.

The only positive thing i can say about this website is that the clothes are cute and affordable. But they are the worst at shipping or emailing. I ordered a bunch of items 3 weeks ago and still have not received one email about its tracking information or an email to let me at least know that its been delayed. Nothing at all was emailed or said to me. I have just been a freaking sitting duck waiting and now i am pissed off! SHEIN SUCKS! They dont give you any info. On your orders and when you try to find out, there is no information at all. Just takes you to the same screen for 3 weeks

I ordered 7/8 pieces … the fabric is terrible, horrible. The size is too large for L … it's more like X Large and the picture is probably photoshop… cause what I see here. Big mistake I made buying this brand. Please Don't waste your money. All these pieces are more like a potatoes sacks.

Do NOT buy from this website! Unless you want a headache! I ordered a few things on September 17th. It is now October 16th and I have yet to receive my items! Every time I contacted them, they would tell me to "track" my package, as that's their famous "shut you up" and every time I did, It said "Processing" somewhere in China. Dang! How long does it take to process? So, I filed a complaint with PayPal, and miraculously, as of today SheInside left a message with PayPal stating that my package is now in N. Y. and on the way? Wow, that was fast! I bet I get one of those messages under my comment!

I really love it, and after family and friends saw what i got and asked where, they all started buying from Shein, unlike other sites we've tried, Shein as i described is real, you get what you ask for, all the details, a few exceptions may occur but still way better than a majority of other online stores. I was lured in to shop on this website because of the 40% off first time purchase coupon code. It let me "apply" my coupon, however it never took the percentage off during payment. It didn't give me a chance to verify the payment before taking it. After further searching on them, I saw that the coupon only works if the item isn't on sale for more. No where in the email with the code does it explain that. I immediately went back to cancel my order and I haven't heard back yet. After reading reviews I am worried that I won't hear back. It is hard earned money and I do not want it wasted by feeling duped. This order better get cancelled since I did it almost immediately.
I might have still shopped on their website and just ordered one or two things to see if I liked it otherwise.

You get what you pay for but the quality is good. You can do returns no problem! That's the best part considering most places take weeks and I get my order within 10 days on average with free shipping (they do at least once a week)

My account was hacked and my order changed, and when I tried contacting support, they banned my account and ended my chat without helping. I keep trying to get help, but all chats get transferred to this horrible psychopath agent named Jay, who will send a response that is not relevant to the problem and then mark the chat as solved, when it isn't, to avoid getting a bad rating. Stay far away from this site. The employees are so low-paid that they hate their job and purposely try to sabotage it. This site is a bunch of fraud.

Don't sell things that can't be returned, especially in bad shape. They literally sent me a bunch of jewelry that I can't do anything with. Missing pieces and broken right out the package. Whoever packed this stuff knows that it was damaged before they shipped it to me, and they still decide to send it smh definitely will not be ordering anything else from them. If you like just throwing away money, then go for it. I'm just not there in life.

Beware of Shein! I bought 3 shirts in July. Two out of 3 of them were about 2 sizes too small! I mailed them back at the beginning of August. I even paid for shipping. I have not heard a word from them about any credit or refund. If you hit the "contact us" on their site, you are directed to frequently asked questions. There is no customer care number available.

Just don't buy there! It took 26 days for me to receive the items I've ordered. The customer service was absolutely useless. It was more or less the same answer... " As we are in a very busy time...". And even worse was my surprise when I opened the parcel! :( The quality is awful... I don't remember having seen anything that bad before even the jacket had a very weird smell...! If I have an advice for you it would be just "RUN AWAY"!

I shop at Shein for a while because the prices are still lower than in stores. Not affordable for me there. The quality of Shein products is low. Clothing after first wash are not wearable, especially made of viscose, rayon or cotton. They shrink about two sizes down. Polyester is mostly like plastic. Also sewing is terrible. Almost every piece has to be redone. The prices are going up and quality down. Not easy to deal with customer service.

I ordered some dresses in two orders from this corrupt company. When they arrived I was disappointed and disgusted at the quality, Or lack of quality.
Material was horrible, Workmanship terrible with seams crooked and not secure. I immediately sent them as a return to sender. Canada Post delivered them back to seller and the tracking numbers and received signature proves they were returned to the same place they were originally shipped from. Shen still charged my Paypal and insisted they never got the goods back. Paypal believed them and charged my bank account. I am now out $208 for crap I didn't keep. This company not only sells garbage but lies about not receiving them back. Word of advice. Do not shop with these crooks.

I'm really surprised by the negative reviews I see on here. I bought my girlfriend a blue strapless dress from there and had a pleasant experience throughout the entire process.
The website was easy to navigate, the clothing was good quality and reasonably priced, and it got to me in less than a week. There's not much more I can ask of a clothing company
I was a little nervous about the sizing (unless you see it you don't really now how big it is) but it fit her like she was born to wear it.My girlfriend loved it, I loved it, and come Christmas time I'll definitely order again. 5 stars, would recommend.

Let me start by saying that Shein has very cute clothes going for them. However, I had ordered some pants about 5 weeks ago and was just now sent an email that said my order had finally been processed. They redirected me to a website in my conformation email that now said that shipping would take an extra 3-5 days on top of the probable extended wait of another 6-8 days.
Long story short: They have cute clothes for cheap, but don't expect to get them for a month or two.

If you're okay with waiting quite a while for processing and shipping, then it's not a bad site.

The first time we have used this company. We ordered a jumper before Christmas. The tracking said that it was out for delivery on 28th December. We were not in. The tracking note was never updated. I emailed and was asked to go to the local post office to collect the parcel with the tracking number.
I went to the post office to pick up the package. However, the number was not on their system and parcel force did not leave it at the post office. Shein emailed me to say they were very sorry for the inconvenience but the onus was on me to find the parcel. No refund could be given until they received back the missing parcel at the depot. This was their email; "Hi there,
We are really so sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.
Here is the GLS contact phone number: https://gls-group.eu/BE/en/gls-contact GLS contact, telephone: +32 (0)2 55 66 211 Or you can contact your local parcel force as GLS have delivered your parcel to your local parcel force". I have no passwords for the website and parcel force do not have the reference on their system. I asked Shein to find the parcel or refund me. Afterall, it is their warehouse despatching. The answer for the second time was less than helpful "The best way to find the whereabouts of your parcel depends on you. As you know, we would be more than happy to contact them but are afraid they might have additional questions we are unable to answer. This will prevent any confusion and get your package to you as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us again if there is anything else I can assist you with".
"And also we can issue the full refund to you. But the refund group can only process the refund to you once the warehouse get your return parcel, really sorry for all continued problem brought to you.
Once the parcel returned to us finally, we will process the refund to you as soon as possible.
Many thanks for your patience".
So pleased this was not a high value order. I wonder if they will now try to find the parcel. I have requested they look into it for the 3rd and final time. Afterwhich, we will certainly not reorder from this site.
PS Since writing this review, I have received a formal email apology and Shein have re sent the sweatshirt. I expect it to arrive in the next week. Cross fingers this time the parcel arrives. I will update this review once we receive the delivery.
