I have been ordering from SheInside.com for several months now. In fact, on some occasions I have even gifted few items to my nieces and sisters and they have all loved the stuff. Recently I bought a short black dress, a few pullover tops and a few accessories (a clutch bag and a scarf).
Thanks to the the clearance sale and Halloween sale, I ended up buying more than I had intended to, though I do wish they had a more extensive selection of scarves and clutches.
Shipping: The package came on time and the clothes were packed in a professional manner so as to keep everything safe and clean. The dresses were same as described on the website and thankfully they fitted me perfectly so I didn't have to go through the hassle of return/exchange.

When I was looking for a place to purchase some casual clothes, one of my colleagues recommended this website called She Inside. It is one of the best online shopping websites that I have ever visited. Why I say that is because the website was filled with many different clothes that belong into various categories. I spent around 4 hours wondering what to select out of them. They have categories all the available clothes for the convenience of customers. Therefore, I didn't have to go through much trouble when looking for the clothes I wanted. I ordered apparel for Halloween (on 10/18), paid Express Shipping fees to receive apparel by 10/27-10/29. I was told several days AFTER my order was processed (meaning I could no longer cancel the order) that due to a delay in logistics my order my be delivered at a later time. So I was forced to find an alternative. SHEIN BUYER BEWARE! Be sure to give yourself at least 2 weeks for delivery and that's with express shipping. When I contacted Customer Service (that in itself is impossible to do because they make it so difficult to speak with anyone) I was told by CS rep they could NOT credit my express shipping fee even though the apparel arrived 15 days after my order date. P. s the apparel arrived today, it is sooooo cheap and SMELLS like chemicals, I'd be afraid to wear, this is not a healthy smell.

I decided to give Shein another chance after my first experience. I received my order the first time in a little over two weeks after bugging them. The tops were nice however the tanks run small and the bottoms run small as well. The t-shirts are really nice quality but do shrink when washed so be careful, and their halter tops are delicate so they can tear if not taken care of properly. I recently placed an order nine days ago and my order has yet TO EVEN SHIP. I asked about this three days ago due to them claiming to ship in 1-7 days which is a little long for some little shirts. The problem still has not been addressed and my clothes like I said have not even been shipped I am a little annoyed and recommend that shein either change their guarantee or fix this problem of sending items whenever they feel like it. This will be the last time I spend my money with this site no matter how cheap everything is. I would recommend this site to people who don't mind waiting up to two months for their stuff, yes some people get lucky and get their stuff on time but many do not. I would have given 3 stars but the attractiveness of their items aren't as great as they used to be now so i'll give them a two for responding to reviews quicker than they ship their product, having reasonable prices and some good quality items.

SHEIN Customer Service
I placed an order and I have never received any confirmation email about my order. The status of my order just says "processing" with no more specific details. When I opened the ticket to customer service (no telephone number or email), they said it will take 8 days to process (without counting delivery time). This is never explained on the website. Also, customer service just said that one of the item might be out of stock after already credited the whole amount of my order. Usually other good shopping sites, when the ordered item is out of stock, they would send an email to notify this. But sheinside never informed me by email. If I never open the ticket about my order status I would never know! Additonally, the item ID that she mentioned doesn't match any of the item I order. Its really a mess. I don't know how they manage their stuff. This is really negative point for online shopping website. Please look at good example of asos.com or other good website. There r still so many things to improve or else u will really loose customers.

My review may change when I actually get the items if they really blow me away, but considering it's been over 2 weeks since I've ordered and they still haven't even SHIPPED OUT YET, I'm not feeling very positive. I spent enough to get express shipping which is listed on their site as 3-5 business days. It's been 12 business days and they are still in "processing"
I've reached out to support and they promised it would be shipped. Then suddenly they tell me they are "moving their warehouse" and all orders are delayed, contradicting what the support agent told me the day before that it would ship out soon. "Sorry for the inconvinience but this is an exception for shipping that we decided to move the warehouse in few days." -- As if you suddenly decide to move your warehouse without any notice to your staff! There are ways to prepare for that sort of thing. Some people say they've gotten their items within 2 weeks, but I'm feeling like it might take me a month to get the items. I wish I had never ordered at all.

I ordered around 10 items and when they got delivered to me, the delivery man was asking me to pay 100 EUROS TO RECIEVE IT! Besides the cost of the actual clothes. This is the first time I order from Shein and the first time this happens to me. I'm a a usual online shopper and I've never had to pay anything to the delivery man to receive my package. This is because Shein sent it without paying the customs clearance costs (according to the people in DHL). I talked to the costumer service and although they were nice, they only offered to refund half of the cost of the custom clearance, which is actually almost the same price of the clothes I bought. On top of that, he quality of the clothes went from ok to really cheap looking. I feel scammed cause in the end I had to pay double of the money they told me initially. I won't order in this page again and I recommend to stay away from it.

GSHN4257W00NGUL has still not been delivered with DHL tracking # *******454 which was supposed to be delivered by 31st Oct, 2022 but has not been delivered till date. The tracking status shows it is still in Service Area GUANGZHOU - CHINA MAINLAND
As per the below communication from DHL(attaching the mail from DHL)
"Please be advised that this shipment has been closed at the origin due to the waybill number being invalid. The package was not handed over to DHL Express and will no longer be shipping under this tracking number. I would advise you to contact your sender (the person or company whom you have ordered your parcel from) directly to obtain any further updates on the parcel. "

I thought shein was one of the best and affordable at some point. I ordered things for my new dog and I get an email for EACH AND EVERY ITEM being asked for my payment verification something about risk prevention. Customer service is just over all the worst thing ever they don't help and god do I wish I could curse here. But after a few days trying to contact and speak to someone all they did was say that it was processing and a few days later I get more emails about verification. They cancelled my WHOLE order. I will never waste my time with F"@$? SHEIN ever again. For all that I'll deal with TEMU. And I hope "SHEIN" doesn't respond with " I'm sorry for the inconvenience" I don't need to click contact agent because I did that a thousand times!

Shein stole my money
I mistakenly ordered from this company on 10-01-2020. I spent over 400 dollars for my order to be split into two parcels. My 2nd parcel with one pair of pants out of the 49 items that I ordered arrived fairly quickly. Then the tracking details got stuck on in transit for my 1st parcel that contained the other 48 items. I created a ticket because I was worried that I would not receive the rest of my orders from reading some of the reviews from other people who have had the same problem. Shein told me everything was okay and to await the expected delivery time of 10/18/2020. I was patient with them and then today I received an email from them stating that my package would come late and they didn't give me another estimated time frame. I have emailed them and asked for a refund. Do not order from this company there is no way to contact them other than to create tickets and get a half response to your question that was probably automated. They are scam artists and I fear I have wasted 400 dollars on this scam.

This is not a trustworthy wholesales site, which is true for basically all online wholesale sites. I think this one may be a bit better than other wholesale websites, but I would definitely not repurchase from here again.
First of all, shipping took a hell of a long time. I know it is coming from China, but this took a lot longer than expected. I've ordered from Korea, China, and Japan before but it has never taken over a month. Usually 3 weeks at most.
After that, when I received my clothing, they were all the wrong size! There were no tags on the clothing and the material was very thin and uncomfortable. I purchased a pair of shorts and a skirt (which I received two of for some reason), size medium, but when I got them I could have sworn they were a size XS! They were so tiny and the fabric felt and looked EXACTLY like felt.
I have seen people on youtube saying that they had good experiences with this website and I have heard people that have had awful experiences. I was one that had an awful experience.
Honestly, this site is just a gamble. Maybe you'll catch them on a good day and they'll send you some nice things in a good amount of time, but I'm more than positive that they'll just be slowly shipping out this extremely low quality crap.

She recommended me this online shopping site after her good experience. Winter was ahead and winter shopping is a charm for me. Sheinside has an awesome range of winter sweaters, knitwear, coats and jackets. All the designs and styles are so trendy and loveable.
In the sweater's range I visited pages of floral knit wear, stripped knit wear, printed knit wear and a couple of others and some beautiful floral knit wear attracted me. I bought a rose pattern floral knit wear which is so pretty and so soft. Quality is really good that it keeps me warm and it still looks new even though I wore it on my trip last week for four consecutive days.
From jackets and coats range I liked and bought a decent, slim looking fur collar coat. Quality of this coat is also good, no doubt, because the fur is so soft and quite comfortable with my neck and it keeps me warm in cold nights out. Everybody adores me wearing this trendy and stylish coat, so I am in love with it this season.

By far the WORST customer service I have ever come across. I ordered my merchandise April 10 and now it's May 8 and my purchase is still "processing." I have been back and forth with a customer service representative by the name of KELLY who keeps lying profusely. One day she tells me 3-5 business days, the next it's 1-2, then back to 3-5. They keep repeating this nonsense about "warehouse" issues. I've waited a month, and yet my items STILL haven't shipped. I have spent hours with customer service trying to get my goods. I am appalled at the customer service, the lying, and the complete scam that is this company. NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. They wasted my time, energy, and money! AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE!

I usually never buy clothes online because of my size ( I'm plus size) as I worry that it wont fit. But I had no choice in the matter because the dress I had originally brought, was too big and the store didn't have a smaller size. I browsed online and came across Sheinside. I saw a few dresses that I liked and went ahead and brought them straight away. I was so worried that it wouldn't come in time for my evening out but thankfully it did!
When the item arrived, It was packed very well and the dresses looked stunning! Very impressed. I don't understand what other reviewers are saying about the quality being cheap because I found the material to be of high quality and durable. The dress I ended up wearing was the Apricot Short Sleeve Hollow Floral Crochet Pleated Dress. It fit like a dream and I had lots of compliments that night. Sheinside has lots of styles to choose from, hence the reason me buying 3 dresses. This will definitely be the site I use for purchasing evening wear. Great products and easy to navigate site.

I bought Christmas gifts in November due to the long shipping times (10-14 days) and then not knowing what USPS will be like. I needed to return items due to getting multiples and things not fitting after Christmas. I tried to return some items and because they have a STRICT 35 day return policy I am stuck with MULTIPLE items now. Not to mention the 35 days starts from the day you order them, not from the time they are delivered. That's almost half of the 35 days just waiting for them to be delivered, so really you only get 10-16 days to return them.

If you plan on returning anything from your purchase do so within 1-3 days of your purchase being delivered.
