This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. When I purchased some clothes on Sept 15,2021, it says I am qualified for a free express shipping if I'll order over $129. And so I did order lots so I can have my order sooner and use it for my sons baptism. I tracked it and I can see it is still in China and I got an email saying I'll have to pay $40.14! What the heck? That's what they mean FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING?! I was trying to get a hold of the customer service but all they give you is the robotics answer which doesn't help at all. I also purchased clothes before and took sooo long to arrive and what's worse was it came defective! Not just one but few of them. Upon reading about bad reviews for refund and returning the products to them, I will just pay the $40.14 they're asking for then delete my account and of course delete their app from my phone. I don't have time to waste going through any hassle collecting my money back and or returning their defective products. What a waste of money and time. Not a good business strategy scamming customers. I hope new customers will read all the bad reviews here and will believe it. We must not support liar and businesses that would just scam customers.

Don’t fall for any emails they are going to send about discounts especially the FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING BECAUSE YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE. It cost me $40.14 more for believing them.

Atrocious.
Ordered almoat a month ago now and have been chasing my order consistently. Every time I ask for an update I'm met with a copy-and-paste response with zero information and no care. It was obvious my parcel had been lost by them as it never arrived at the post Office Depot, however they insisted that I had to continue waiting to see if it shows up.
I have been asking for my order to be resent with express delivery to make up for the month of waiting. Finally they have responded and are trying to send it out. First I get a message to say there's an item out of stock so I have to send back another item to replace it with - this takes 24 hours to get a response. Then another message to say something else is no longer available - and more time wasted. If they'd have sent them all out when I initially requested we wouldn't have had a problem.
Over a month later and I'm still unsure if I'll receive any of it.
The entire service from start to finish has been stressful and I regret placing the order in the first place. It's not the first issue I've had with them and I should have known better.
The customer service is AWFUL - they do not care about customers.

I have to agree with all these comments. The online customer service particularly the agent call Noe is rude one of the comments they came back with was 'calm down & what do you know!' Shein split my order it was suppose to be express shipping and they sent it by post and in the UAE post is not delivered to an address only PO Box and they didn't ask for a PO Box number as the order was FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING. I made one order paid once now they have split the order and apparently it is my fault!

I ordered a good amount of clothes to gift to my nephew for Christmas since I saw they had good pricing. I paid expedited shipping which is around $13 so that I could get it here as soon as possible. They took alittle bit longer than expected to process my order but I figured I ordered with enough time that it wouldn't be a problem. Well, after they finally shipped, it seems my parcel got lost in transit. I kept reaching out to FedEx as Shein told me once they ship it's no longer their problem. Finally after a week of no movement or help from FedEx, I reached back out to SHEIN to see if I could at least be refunded so I could possibly reorder my items or buy another gift for my nephew. They asked me to give them another 7 business days to investigate what happened before I contact them again. At this point, I'm out of money, time and gifts. I tried to be patient and gave them the time they requested to look into what happened. The 7 business days have come and gone so I requested that they refund me my full amount. They told me I would not be refunded shipping which was $13 because it's not something they do. Instead they tried to give me a coupon code for free shipping which mind you, you get free shipping if you order more than $49 anyways. They are complete scammers that don't care about their customers. Do yourself the favors and shop elsewhere as they will do nothing to help you out when things go wrong.

Nobody/nothing says about custom duties in the app or anywhere else. It says shipping free over 65$ so i ordered stuff worth over 300$ just to get a free shipping but guess what we chose standard shipping but somehow they automatically changed it to express shipping, little did we know we had to pay 85$ in custom duties because THEY CHANGED THE SHIPPING TO EXPRESS ONE (came thru DHL), and now nobody is getting back to me, theres no phone number to reach them, texted them on instagram snapchat twitter but nobody is giving me a solution, this wasnt my first time ordering internationally and i never had to deal with something sooooo inconvenient like this! SHEIN SUCKS!

My first order of four garments was ok, three items fitted fine, have washed well and still look good. I have to say that I was put off my the returns system so decided to keep the fourth garment, seemed easier than returning it. And I was right! My second order of four tops had to be returned, ordered large but none of them fitted and I'm not huge!. Returning is a nightmare. You have to open tickets and photograph the items and parcel as proof of postage, why? The free return label emailed to me wasn't recognised by the post office so I had to pay £5.80 to send back to Belgium. To add insult, today I have been credited back to my PayPal account, but not the full amount. There is no explanation of why I've been deducted over £1 to return goods. So, I am almost £8 out of pocket for the experience. I will never be shopping here again. I can order from Zara whose goods come from Spain and return free using the label supplied with the delivery note. I am not therefore paying to shop there.

Sheins Return policy says first return on an order is free additional returns from that same order you pay 7.99. I returned 3 packages and 2 came back to me because the packages came apart. Tried to get them to send me the 7.99 label and was told I couldn't get it becuz it was already in the system to be returned with that first free label. I kept telling them the items came back to me and it wasn't my fault they kept telling me I had to pay for return shipping. The policy does not say that! Policy is misleading! I am very disappointed and unhappy!

The prices were great, much cheaper than comparable things at other stores like Lord and Taylor or Nordstrom, or even the other local stores around me. I also bought some jewelry from this site, which was delivered really fast, and my wife loved it. She's been wearing it for quite a while now, and it has been really durable and still looks great. My partner has been ordering from SHEIN and we're talking about almost $5,000 orders for his business, and twice now they have put him into investigation, putting his business at major loss, we have provided all the bank details of payments including his actual bank card photo and they have just cancelled all of his orders. They kept on asking for proof which we have provided multiple times and they are still not accepting it like what other f#cking proof do they bloody need?! Now that the orders are cancelled god knows when or will we ever receive our money back! We are now contacting lawyers and customs people to try and let them know what SHEIN has been doing to people and maybe put a stop on they operations. We will be filming videos on our Youtube channel so that more people will be aware of their doings. And NO, DON'T TRY TO SEND ME AUTOMATED REPLY SAYING CONTACT AGENT because we DID a hundredth times!

I ordered several items and used a $3 off coupon. I understand that they divide that amount among all your items so that if you return something, you get slightly less back than the individual item price so that you don't make money if you return everything. HOWEVER, 3 days after my payment/order I received an email notifying me that they had accidentally sold me an item that was sold out. When I got my refund, it was less than the item price due to this policy. I wrote a ticket to customer service stating that this was not fair, since I did not actually "return" anything - I never even received the item because they sold me an item they did not have. They should have refunded me the full amount of the item and then re-distributed the $3 off among the remaining items. I was faced with unprofessional responses and attitude from the representative, Kelly, who said "So you mean if you return the entire order back, we must issue the full refund plus the coupon code and points?". This was never what I said, and I re-emphasized that i did not "return" anything. Bottom line, poor policies and customer service if you are penalizing the customer for something that was your fault. I will be returning all my items when they eventually get here, never buying from here again, and letting all my friends know not to buy from here either.

Here's a lengthy review:
Many people have most likely heard of Shein before as it is a brand that sells cute clothing at a low price. However, the downside to this low price is that some of the items are not good quality. The other thing is, this brand is known for being bad at their shipping their products out and customer service which kinda leads to people believing they're a scam. Obviously this brand is not completely a scam because customers have shown their hauls on both youtube and tiktok and other places.
Speaking of tiktok, sometime last year there was a scandal going on about how shein was selling customer information (such as addresses) to others on tiktok but I believe it eventually turned out to be people hacking into the system.
From my personal experience, I bought 9 items (these black boots, tops, and some accessories). I got my boots in about a week after placing the order which is fair. However, the other 8 items that I ordered said it was still shipping after a whole month of placing my order and not just that, I waited until it hit about two months until I requested a refund which I did get later.
Not just from the scandal but also my own experience with purchasing, I will not be buying from Shein again and I have already deleted my account just for further precaution and also because I know I won't need or want anything from their website as well.
Final rating: will be giving two stars only because of my boots order (good quality for the price and shipped fairly quick)

Posting a public review of SHEIN CURVE because of some customer service I am not pleased with.
I ordered a special dress for Eric's holiday party some time ago and was sent the wrong item completely. Instead of a pair of earrings and a dress, I got a pink ceramic thermos. The process was difficult to resend the thermos back, but I succeeded and was able to at least receive the earrings instead.
When it came to the dress, the color I ordered was sold out, so they exchanged it for a different color and resent it. I never received the dress I had ordered in the first place. They "exchanged it" in the system so that I could get a different color. This "exchange" now prevents me from getting a dress that actually fits, as their size recommendations and what the company told me to get does not fit me. I am now stuck with a dress I cannot wear and won't receive a refund either.
Absolutely not pleased with the company especially since a) the color I wanted was sold out after receiving the pink thermos, so they used my "only exchange opportunity" to send me a different color dress that doesn't fit and b) sent me the wrong item in the first place, and it was a headache to process the item back.
Not sure that I will shop with this company again, sadly, which is one of very few companies I can actually buy clothing that truly fits me and that I feel great in.
Buyers beware. Be sure that you truly want to order from SHEIN, as their customer service is not what everyone says it is.

I ordered 16 items and only received 6 of them, I called FedEx and they said they have no other outgoing packages from SHEIN for me, and I was only provided with the one tracking number, and because SHEIN had no human representatives I can talk to, I'm basically out of $80. I have ordered a lot many products from shein. But with there footwear collection size is an issue.
I am EUR40 (which many girls are), but they dont have many collections in this size.
I ordered EUR39 in a hope that it is gonna fit but it is not. I had to return. If there would have been size 40 i would have ordered it.
There are many reviews on that product stating that size wasn't there and many of the girls must not have even purchased due to size NA.
