ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered 4 items on september 9, i took them to package my items 3 weeks. And it took forever to get delivered. The disaster did not stop there, when is arrived, i was so disappointed again that 2 out of the items was small. And i had to returned the items and I had to pay 25 dollars to return the items. No email what so ever confirming that I have returned the items, nor they email me confirming that they have received it. SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. So do not ever think of buying anything from this website. They might have been so cheap but the experience of buying things online are not worth trying your time.

Ok. I ordered these shorts that got me looking like, omg, wedgie up the front, and back in these shorts I don't know what's the point of having pants, and not in a good way. I ordered a dress. The dress was way too big and made for giants, and that's great if that is your size, not good measurements. Also the shoes were NOT a EURO size 39. It was off by a cm. Yes, then I told the customer service rep, "Kelly", or so they say, and anywho, I was informed it was MY fault I didn't buy a label. The product advertised it would have the string to hold up the dress, and it never came with it. SERIOUSLY?! How am I supposed to hold up the dress without the string to the dress, and they are claiming this is, "MY FAULT"? For them not putting it in the darn box, they didn't do math in making the shoes, and dont even get me started on those shorts. The made my $#*! flat too, very thick material in hot weather where I'm at right now. I don't want no booty for your vagina shorts front butt action going on. I want shorts that are wearable, with a beautiful booty I already have... So yeah I'm a little concerned they could not fix this and lost customers over them being $#*!ty. It's like we are going to $#*! up as much as we can, have you pay for it, and make sure it's your own darn fault. No thank you. I really really wanted to like this place, and have a wonderful shopping fun. Too bad.

I have spent literally thousands of dollars with shein the one time I needed to return something it was over, I went to the return,refund choose to send ups, free, so they sent me a what was suppose to be a return shipping label, so I took it down to ups to send it off, dropped it got return reciept, 2 days later it came back to my house,so I called ups, they said shein sent the wrong label and has done it before, and to contact them to give correct label, I have sent about 7 emails, tried to use thier fake customer service support portal which keeps saying the same thing because it's a computer, then it will say speak with agent well there is no agent there is absolutely no way to contact them, and they refuse to respond so im stuck with an order I can't use.

Don't return any items you purchase because SHEIN refunds the payments you made to a Wallet Credit. When you use your Wallet credit SHEIN Always finds something wrong with the order and fails to process and ship your order. SheIn instead request that you prove you had credit to purchase your order. If you don't your order is canceled and that credit is returned to Shein Wallet. This problem is occurring since September 2022. I was robbed $150.00 after I placed an order. I never received the clothing I paid for but SHEIN website said items Delivered. SHEIN ROBBED ME

I had ordered from SHEIN like around 4-5 times and it's a miss or hit purchasing from SHEIN. Was trying to return 3 items from my last order in May and I had sent all 3 items altogether back to SHEIN. I got my money back from the first 2 items really quickly but it took like forever for the last item to be refunded. So I contacted the support and they told me they had never received it and asked me to check at my side. I am pretty sure I sent all 3 in ONE PACKAGE - chances are that they had lost my item during the unpacking process! Really disappointed and I had to reconsider and hesitant ordering from them again!

Original Review: Stay away! I ordered three things from this website and they took a while to get to me, not to worry, I read the fine print - that is why that is the only thing I will review about one star. When they arrived one of the items did not fit me so I returned it a few days later... still waiting on the refund. Also, they won't refund to the card you paid with, they have this weird system where they keep the money on their site for future purchases (which after this experience I will NEVER make) or you have to go on their website and "withdraw" your refund. The other problem: I wore one item once and it fell apart. They won't let me exchange it. I know, I know, you get what you pay for. You would think they would at least exchange it as GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I was well under their 30 day policy when I had the issue. They also do not have an actual person you can speak to in customer service, you have to send them "tickets" and wait hours (sometimes a day or two) for a response. Just be warned.

Know that you get what you pay for and you won't get your money back if there is a problem.
