I seen who is shipping my stuff which is called Lonestar overnight all the reviews state that it's a scam and that they'll claim to deliver when they really didn't let SHEIN know that it's a scam and nothing has been done so far except them telling me to wait longer based on the reviews I'm for sure never getting my package and told them they need to stop using them as a shipper and ask them to please just resend the stuff I ordered through FedEx USPS anything else but them will update the see if they resend

I was originally drawn to this website because of the low prices and cute selection. After spending 300 dollars, I have yet to receive my order which was placed 11.16, order number APL5161. I understand that it will take up to 12 business days to ship to me, which is not ideal but I read the fine print. Two days after my order, I was notified that one of the items I was already charged for had gone "out of stock"-- after it was paid for.
Now 14 days later, over half of my package is still in transit and the other half says "returning package to shipper". I was never notified that my package had been delivered, it was not left at the front desk and I would have been more than happy to pick it up at the post office. I am now left wondering if any of my items will get to me and have no idea if I will get my money back. The company ships from different distribution centers in China. My order was split into three separate deliveries and each set has a different distribution center and website. Half is in a different language and when I try to tack my items it says "unable to track this item" and lists bullet points as to why.
I would suggest Tobi or Dainty Hooligan to anyone else. This headache is not worth it.

I ordered a few clothing items and as expected, the inexpensive clothing had very poor quality. I returned almost my entire order because I was so disappointed in the clothing. I received confirmation that my returned items had been received and a credit would be made to my "Shein wallet". I quickly withdrew the money from the wallet and was informed that it would take 15-20 days to have the charge taken off my credit card. After this time no credit was reflected on my credit card. I reached out to customer service and was instructed to give them my PayPal account because crediting to my credit card would take even more time. I gave them my PayPal account (later to read that this is a way Internet scammers steal money) and was told to wait 2-3 day/s. Still no refund! It has been over 2 months since I returned my clothing items and have not seen a refund. My recommendation would be to NOT SHOP HERE OR GET SCAMMED BY THEIR PAYPAL SCAM.

I ordered $95.00 worth of items from SheIn on JULY 10TH. I've only recieved one package which had two out of my EIGHT items. I am very upset and i'm starting to believe i've been scammed. I've been trying to track my package using the shein app and it keeps saying the same thing. It is now JULY 31ST and I know for sure that I am never ordering from this sorry excuse of a website ever again.

On February 8th, I placed an order for 3 dresses which just arrived today, February 19th ALL of which are being returned first thing tomorrow morning. They are all cheaply made and either completely too small or way too big. I did not expect top notch quality being that the dresses were each around $15 but it's honestly sad how poorly they were produced. One lace dress I ordered fit me like a shirt and the zipper came jammed. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Definitely not worth the hassle!

I bought matress covers two weeks ago. I thought oh what a nice deal! I even gave a nice review upon receipt of the items. Believe me cheap is expensive and am now paying dearly.
After using the covers from Shein, my child got sick and has terrible rashes all over his body till now. When I went to the dermatologist, he said it was a reaction but to what? We hadn't change his food, clothes, soap or lotion but one thing! Bedding since we got "new nice ones' from Shein. So when I got home I checked them and they were just as "new and lovely". Then I held them against light! Goodness gracious me! Parasites! Bedbugs and stains. I cried so hard. I ordered and for matress covers, but Shein served me sickness and parasites in a nice cover! What a shame?! Think twice before shopping and Shein and be careful. If there was an option of negative or zero stars, that's what I would give. It pains me to give even that one star! Run for your life! Take care of your health! Shein will sell you cheap fabric as if that's not enough, bring diseases and parasites to your home.

Cheap is expensive. You'll pay for it down the road in more ways than you think. I bought cheap mattress covers. They had parasites you couldn't see unless you held them against light(thankfully I got white ones thus the bedbugs and stains were very visible against light). Now am paying a dermatologist and pesticide control to fumigate my home. I even missed work because my baby's rashes were really bad and had to see a doctor. Cheap is expensive and you will end up paying more!!
