A while back I ordered some scarves and bandanas from Shein. Except for two of the scarves, every item was junk. The fabric was just about see-through. Flash forward to a few years when I recently needed to quickly get some tops for work and decided to take another chance on Shein. BIG mistake. I ordered 11 items, and they were all cheap junk. They stich plackets and collars onto shirts and the fabrics are two different color black, so you have a shirt body that's one shade of black and a placket or collar/cuffs that are a totally different shade of black that doesn't match. See photo - it shows the discrepancy in color and the bad quality of the fabric. Most of the tops were made of cheap, shiny 100% polyester fabric that no one really uses anymore. It was the cheapest garbage I have ever bought. I returned these items and am HOPING that I actually get a refund. STAY AWAY from this company, as their clothes are horrid. I went to JC Penny and found so many cute tops on sale, made out of nice fabrics. I will never shop at Shein again!

When a person or group of people conduct their self as a business there should exist good customer service in th event issues do arise. This is null and void no such department is found just links to give phases no communication of any sort

I honestly wanted to update my previous review with a better one, but honestly I can't. Still waiting in an order placed in February. After making a bad review previously, I was contacted by the company and reassured that my order would be shipped. Shortly after, a partial shipment was sent. In the company's response, they asked if I could change my review to reflect a positive experience. I replied that I would consider it after receiving my complete order. After that reply, a shipping label was created with FedEx. The company updated my account saying all orders shipped, however the tracking number through FedEx indicated that only a label had been created my items had not been shipped. I emailed the company to get an estimated date that I could expect my final items could be shipped and have not received a response. If you value your hard earned money, stay away fron this company. Unless you like to gamble. Also only one of the items I received looked like the picture. The maxi skirts are not as full as they are advertised. Its as if they took pictures from other companies and attempted to recreate the look using less fabric. Buyer beware!

I have always wanted to have a long dress; however so far I have not found the right dress for me, until I visited Sheinside and found Rose Red Long Sleeve Leopard Maxi Dress. I fell in love straight away. I bought the XL (because I am fairly tall) and tried the dress once I received the package.
I was so happy when the dress matched with the sizes posted online. I wore the dress during one of my dates with my boyfriend and for the first time in forever, he complimented me.

All in all, I am very satisfied with Sheinside. I will not hesitate to buy other dresses or clothes, because sheinside has a wide array of good collections at a good price! I will recommend to my friends who want to buy clothes online.

Hi [this review is in response to order # GSHM5H00N000QEB. I used Shein for the second time ever and ordered my daughter 8 bathing suits for a vacation that we are going on. I looked everywhere before ordering and no where did it say that the orders could not be returned. Long story short I spent a lot of money on the site and not one bathing suit fits. I also order two jackets and some jeans for my 2 girls. They did not fit either. The only item the site is allowing me to return is the jeans. Bottom line... I work as a Fashion Teacher and I will never ever order from Shein again. The site is awful no customer service responses and now I am out alot of money with nothing to show for it. All of the clothing is made horribly and does not fit correctly. Shein was a total disappointment. I wish there was a way I could get my money back!

I don't know if Shein is the problem or the shipping company which they have chosen to deliver our products, my first order supposed to deliver December 8 by IMILE till now I didn't receive it and again a message from Shein that it will take another 8-10 working day! And that I decided to refund my order, I am again waiting for my another order that was departed from Origin last Dec 4th and was supposed to be delivered on December 10 by POSTAPLUS but NOTHING!
