I would not consider buying these eyelashes. Me and my three sisters have got the same problem. We have used the 20 pair of Eyelashes from SHEIN, and they have caused itchiness to the inner corner of our eyes and have caused redness. I would not consider buying them. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND AWARE OF THESE EYE LASHES.

I order the 1st time it was ok even though i didnt have no type of communication about my delievry date my things was just on my porch one day when i came back home. 2nd time i order my package was left at the post office which i had to go get so it never was deliverd to my house then 3rd time i gave it another shot because the things that was ordered in the past was nice things and i wanted more stuff well this time 22 days later my order never came never was sent and they refused to give me a refund i had to cancel the payment threw my bank they have no number you have to live chat talk very unhappy would not recommand.

BIG SCAM! AVOID A ALL COSTS
Not only the origin of their products is unclear and the fabric used for it may be toxic, but also the customer service is a UNNACEPTABLE.
--> In order to match the other brides maid dresses for that wedding I ordered a £26 dress that had a reduction ( £7 after reduction).
2) They lost my order
2) It took ages for them to agree to send it back to me (about 2 weeks)
3) They ran out of stock on that dress!
4) They said they can send a replacement/different one instead.
5) I finally found a different one that I do not like as much as the first one.
And guess what? They are asking me to pay full price for that replacement dress because the one I was SUPPOSED to receive had a reduction and was £7, not £26!
The wedding is in 1 week and I am stuck, well done Shein!

Never recived my order, and the ticket is saying Solved. UPS notified me to let me know that Shein had been reinbursed and that Shein should be sending me a refund or placement items. I've recived NOTHING.

May I just start by saying I'm utmost shocked by the reviews I just read for this place? I don't usually even write reviews as I'm just too lazy to bother with it, but seeing all this I just couldn't help myself, I HAD to tell you about my own experience. I mean are you guys even certain we're all talking about the same store?! These clothes looked just as good IRL as they did on the website's promo pictures which is a fabulous sign of quality and my ordering process and delivery were all perfectly fine. I like fashion that's a bit edgy and the Sheinside website had loads of selection so I was thrilled to find that they had a bunch of stuff right up my alley. The shirt and the dress I ordered both had really nice fabrics and good cuts. Now, the reason I'm not giving it five stars but 4 is cause of the sizing. Granted, I'm really really tall and skinny but both my clothing items were a tad smallish. And I got the size I always get, so I don't think it's my mistake. I mean I can still wear them and all, but they do feel a bit tighter than I'd like. So word of advice - you might want to go bigger than your usual size. :)
