The clothes are very adorable and super inexpensive - the quality is ok, you are getting what you pay for, I didn't expect much, I just wanted something fun and cheap. They took a long time to ship part of my order and they cheerfully refunded the money for those items when I complained. I was impressed.

The problem comes if you decide to return things. The sizes ran big for me (alot of people say they run small, so idk) and the return policy says you can return. I followed their procedures and was told over and over for two weeks, any day now. Still no refund. I contacted Paypal and opened a dispute and they told me they would not refund my money until I closed the dispute! Wow! Cheeky! It's just not worth it. It looks like I am out over $200. Never again will I order without looking the company up online. Plenty of people have reported them as fraudulent. Add me to the list. IF they resolve this, I will come back and change the review.

Update: I filed a claim with paypal and got my full refund. So, if you really want something from Shein, make sure you use paypal or a card that will back you up if there is a dispute. Like I said, the clothes are cute and cheap, but personally, I would never try them again.

Thought I'd try buying some new clothing from this website since I wanted to try something new and get some new styles. Was looking for high quality items that were reasonably priced and that's exactly what I got. Ended up buying a whole bunch of loose sweaters, and coat sweaters (women) and absolutely loved the products that I got.

The colours were right, the sizes were right, and shipping wasn't too expensive and I didn't have to wait forever to have my order shipped and received. Absolutely love the material that the sweaters are made of and are perfect for this Autumn weather.

They also have some pretty decent denim pants if you look long enough under that section. Ended up getting two pairs that were the right size and were skinny and dark denim which is what I always wear.

Also found a really cute outerwear coat/sweater that was 40% off in their sale section. So definitely check out the deals as well because they have deals up to 45% off on some really cute clothing.

Just make sure to get the right sizes and be observant while shopping on the website.

Tip for consumers:
Just make sure you measure yourself if you are buying clothing because the sizing can be a bit weird.

I ordered two sweaters for my mom's birthday on November 24th and I still haven't received them. They said they would both ship in 24 hours after processing. Aware that it would take a while, I paid $12.90 for expedited shipping which said it would take 1-2 business days. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THESE ITEMS - IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS. I contacted the company and they sent me pictures of their shipping policy. I asked legitimate questions and they repeatedly apologized and sent me more pictures of the policy that I'd already read.

The clothes look cute but I would NEVER order from them again because of their terrible shipping and the fact that they do not offer a telephone number.

Terrible shipping. Terrible customer service.

TERRIBLE! Not only are the clothes thin & poorly made, the jewelry is so crappy and cheap it breaks before you can wear it! I ordered my daughters Christmas from Sheinside website on December 8, with a GUARANTEE of Christmas delivery. After 10 days I contacted them, they said they couldn't control the timing of the shipping. I told them 'The shipping time is fine, but you have not even mailed it out yet after 10 days of me placing my order and paying!' All they said was 'Sorry. Do you still want it mailed or to cancel?' Yeah right. Good luck me getting money back from this crappy business. So I said I still wanted it. On the 21st of December, 13 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED & PAID, they finally mailed it. Of course I didn't receive anything until December 28. They RUINED my daughters Christmas. NEVER AGAIN will I order from them and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! Its super cheap for a reason but you don't even get what you pay for!

Tip for consumers:
Run, don't walk, RUN from this site! It's too hit or miss. Even loosing a bit of your money to this crappy business is still loosing your money. Spend a bit more from something you can count on and trust, this isn't it!

I ordered a cute little yellow flared dress with bumble bees on it at the very beginning of the month of April. If possible, I wouldn't have given this site any stars at all! It's the end of the month and I have YET to receive my order and I ordered ONE thing! The package tracking on the site is just so confusing and terrible it's ridiculous. Any time I've tried to use the chat, it doesn't work. And even when they finally sent me a tracking code it stays at the same status for about two weeks. I am NEVER ordering from this site again in my life! Never have I had to wait a month for an order that wasn't a custom. Sheinside is horrible, everything about it. I see a lot of reviews about poor quality, and my dress better look exactly like the picture on the site or it's going back! The site is so $#*!ty, at some point you'll start to think it's a scam. Hell, I still think it is since my sh*t has yet to show up at my doorstep. Don't even waste your time. Trust me. I'll be sure to send a friendly little e-mail to the people at sheinside as well, hopefully then they'll up their game.

DO NOT i repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered on 9/5/14 and just received my package on 10/17/14. Whatever that wasn't a major deal since I wasn't in a rush to receive them, but I was soooo disappointed in the quality of the clothes... I bought a variety of things and didn't open half of them after seeing the jacket and sweater that I opened were poor quality. The 2 T-shirts i bought looked like something a 10yr old made in the middle of the mall!

All of the really good reviews online are fake and from people that work there or something because there is noooo way someone is that satisfied with their products! Hate to be so mean but I'd rather not have anyone be disappointed like I was! Learn from my mistakes ya'll!

I'm returning the ENTIRE box. Let's see how long it takes to get my money back.

All items received today - and I will say the Coral/Pink Short Shift Dress is DEFINITELY worth the wait. I will purchase in the future but definitely take note that the delay in shipping (compared to other online stores) is much longer than expected. Again, Worth the Wait!

Shipping time is absolutely ridiculous - compared to many other online stores. I don't think it should even be an issue if it is made 100% clear that just filling the order would take 6-8 days. Then for it to be sent out is ANOTHER 5 days. Then on the shipping website there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY of getting an ETA. I have already contacted customer service and was told this same information. I also was told by customer service BEFORE purchasing that an ETA would be given once it was has been packaged. I am now told this is not correct - you do NOT get an ETA. ( One of my items was marked "Priority Dispatchiing) Again, I think right at the time of checkout it needs to be in big, bold letters (and throughout the checkout process) that the shipping is in no way the same or even similar to many, many online stores. Once this is clear, it becomes the buyers option if they want to continue.

I placed a order on 8/8/16 my birthday. Due to the fact that the 1 item i ordered is still in processing on today 8/16/16 i am disappointed that they had the nerve to tell me if i paid $10 extra i could have the order at my home by the 19th. When customer service responded to my email they apologized and said processing normally take 1-3 days. When i emailed them on the 4th day of procesing. At that time instead of asking for an additional $10 they should have shipped my item express as a good deed. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN... NEVER... I WILL REQUEST A REFUND.

I reterned some stuff with this order #GSUN5K13Q00M6B6. No money was refunded to my account, but the app said it arrived at the warehouse and refunded successful?!?! I only chated by INSTAGRAM customer servise (Robat) just told me nonsense respond... Do you know why SHEIN don't have any customer service by phone? Because they don't want to return the people's money... I'm so sorry for myself that bought some stuff from this cheater company! Just make sure that you don't trust to this company...

I ordered 2 dresses three weeks in advance from when I needed them and PAID for the express shipping. Called fedex to track the package as it wasn't here 3 days prior to the event I needed the dresses for and fedex informed me they sent the dresses the lowest possible shipping message NOT the EXPRESS that I paid for. When I consulted with the company about the issue the only thing they offered back was FIVE DOLLARS OFF my next order. Completely ridiculous! Never recommend or order from here. Still have yet to receive the items or any money back.

I recently order a "Black White Round Neck Oblique Striped Bodycon Dress" for my mum and I couldn't hide my joy as this was a gift I could only afford for her on her birthday and it came exactly the day it was billed to arrive and was exactly what I ordered. Placing the order was really simple and quick without stress and seeing the dress on her on her birthday was really amazing as I couldn't believe I actually bought it for such an amazing price. Thank you "sheinside". I'd always recommend YOU anytime, any day and certainly coming back soon.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

It is now March 8th and I have an item that was sent back in January that has still not been refunded. The company contacted me by email asking me to change my review and gave me a 20% off coupon for my troubles. I placed the order on Dec 10,2014, the item didn't arrive until Jan 2015 and then they wanted me to pay to return the item after I attempted to cancel the order because it was a Christmas present that was no longer needed. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this company because this is outrageous. Customer service is appalling and I will not be bribed into a better review with a coupon.

YOU HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY. YOU HAVE YOUR PRODUCT BACK AND STILL HAVE MY MONEY. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a few items from sheinside around 2 weeks back and received it a few days ago. I am completely disappointed with the quality of majority of the clothes, and i want to RETURN them for a REFUND.
How much will I have to pay inorder to return them to China, as I live in India?
Also, if I want to get something exchanged, will i have to pay to return that item to you so that it can be exchanged?

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I bought three dresses on this site and paid $15 dollars for express shipping. On the site the express shipping says 2-3 days. My order didn't come for TWO AND A HALF WEEKS. I tried sending emails, using their online help, and received emails like "don't worry dear your order will ship soon".

After finally receiving my order, one of the dresses was falling apart. I tried to contact them for a shipping label and a week later I still had no response from them. To say that the customer service for this site is a joke wouldn't even scratch the service.

So I repeat, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

The fabric quality is extremely cheap. It looks nice only on picture. The other items do not last long though. Wastes of time to search items on Shien.
