Here we go again, I have been waiting over a month for several orders and not a single one has been shipped. No tracking, nothing. They claim it has been shipped but theres no way to track it even when I paid extra for shipping. I will NEVER SHOP HERE again.
I am SO FED UP. All items are horrible quality and not like the photos on the site at all. They just steal the designs from other companies and do them with cheap fabrics and it is all awful and you never get the clothing like THE PHOTOS, it is all smaller, and horrible quality.
I've spent over $300 dollars and it was a WASTE! DO NOT SHOP HERE, IT IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!

I received the items just days after ordering, and both the dress and skirt are BEAUTIFUL and fit PERFECTLY! I bought a skirt and dress from Sheinside. It was a grey dress and a black asymmetrical skirt. I was hesitant because they were so inexpensive and beyond affordable.

I placed an order on Monday 1/18. The items in my order were labeled to be shipped in 24 hours. However, I've been checking each and everyday to see if it has shipped yet and it has not. My order is still "processing". If I checked off expedited shipping, the order should be shipped ASAP. If they labeled the items to be shipped in 24 hours, THEY SHOULD SHIP IN 24 HOURS. Otherwise it is considered FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I have learned my lesson. I will take my business elsewhere.

After I had placed an order with this website, I came across a tons of negative reviews saying how the shipping took over a month, clothes were terrible quality, etc. This made me so nervous that I was very close to cancelling my order. However, I decided to take my chances. After I completed checkout, I received a confirmation e-mail saying that my order would take 5-7 days to process, and after 5 days I received another e-mail saying that it had shipped along with a tracking number. The fact that people were saying it took a month to arrive didn't bother me. Having ordered from China many times before, this is normal. And considering it's on the other side of the world along with free shipping, it's no surprise that it would take that long. However, I was very pleasantly surprised when my package arrived in only 6 business days. I live in Western Canada and I've never received anything that quickly from China, so I was extremely happy about this. I ordered a jacket, cardigan, t-shirt, and dress, and all of the items looked just as they did on the website. The quality was also nicer than I expected, especially for the inexpensive price. I would say the quality is a bit higher than what you would get from Forever 21. One thing I was most concerned about was sizing, and I wasn't sure if everything would fit properly, but everything fits me perfectly. Be sure to check the measurements for each item, and if you order accordingly, you shouldn't have a problem.
Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase from sheinside and I will definitely order again in the future.

These people doesn't care about customers. They are quick to take your order but sneaky after they charge your card. No one to talk to.
They advertised 3pack of Bath towels for 7 dollars but when you want the bath sheet, it jumps to 22 dollars. They charged me over 90 dollars and sent me junk. I can buy 4 luxury hotel style bath sheet towels from the Bay in Canada less than 90 dollars. These people sent only 3 thin towels like a kitchen towel and when I decided to return it, they started playing games with me.All of a sudden, their complaint email doesnt work anymore and they need to send a verification code which never came.This is my first order and it's disappointing. I never knew they are very dishonest. I didn't read their reviews otherwise I will not purchase even a pin. It looks as if they don't give a rat behind what customers think and they need to be shut down. Very phony!
Please stop patronising their business. It looks as if they are hiding somewhere in China, not UK as advertised.

I used this site once to purchase three articles of clothing for my daughter. I had yet to receive any clothing or package, and about two weeks, later, i had refunded the order, keeping in mind that i created 3 tickets within this waiting process, and several representatives of your so-called site lacked the ability to assist me. Now i am currently waiting for an apology, along with a refund. This site is terribly disgusts me, as i am a struggling at- home mother with no experience with online ordering and hardly enough money to afford it. I love SheInside! Many of my friends order from this store, so this was my first time ordering from SheInside. I wanted this cute white floral dress that my friend bought on Forever21, but it was so pricey! I've been window shopping for awhile on SheInside and I found the White Sleeveless Floral Crochet Lace Pleated Dress for $20, so I definitely bought it. Later, I received a confirmation email saying that my order would take 5-7 days to process.
The customer service was spectacular, the delivery was on time, and it was shipped to me in 8 days. I was kept updated on my package and it was a stress-free process. I love how the dress was packaged very neat and presentable.
The dress was high quality! I love how the floral pattern was well stretched, the material was soft, and the color of the dress was a pure, clean white. I'm only 5'3, so the dress was at a pretty good length and it looked way better than expected when I tried it on. I would say that the quality is much more better than Forever 21. For now on I will definitely shop from here. The clothes are cheap and trendy, and I get complimented on my dress regularly.

I'm very unsatisfied with how SheIn handles their business. I should not be told 20 days after my order has been placed that it is delayed because of a "warehouse upgrade." This is information that should have been shared the moment I placed my order. Even a week or two after would be much better than letting 20 days pass. I'm wondering if SheIn would have reached out to me at all if I hadn't messaged them originally.
The first time I reached out to customer service about the delay, I was simply told that the package will be shipped in 2-3 days and that they'll inform me by email soon. Those days past, and I never received an email, nor an update, nor a reason for the delay in the original message. Today I received an apology message, letting me know the delay is due to a warehouse upgrade and that my order will be shipped out within 5-7 days. Hopefully they follow through with their word this time around.
***UPDATE***
I changed my rating from 1 star to 3. As the SheIn representative said in her reply to my original review, my package was marked as priority and was shipped out as soon as possible. I received the package yesterday, 5 days later (although still almost an entire month shy from the date I placed my order). I appreciate them getting my order to me so quickly; however, I'm hesitant of purchasing items from SheIn in the future because of the time it took and because of the lack of communication.
