Over a month ago I ordered a skirt from here that I needed by April 22nd, and the skirt never came due to an issue with the post office and it was sent back to their warehouse across the country. First of all, they have no phone number available so the only way to contact them is via message. I've messaged their customer service multiple times trying to resolve the issue of it being sent back, but the only response I've gotten is:
"Hi
Pls contact your local post and pick it up
Nice day"
Not only is this response extremely unprofessional, it's absolutely no help since I had already contacted the post office, which I've mentioned in my messages multiple times, and they told me it was sent back to the company.
As I mentioned before I needed the skirt by the 22nd, and so I had to go to a different store last minute to buy a different one. Now, since I no longer need the skirt I ordered from sheinside, I tried messaging them again the 21st to try to either return the skirt and get a refund or cancel the order. It's been almost a week and I haven't gotten a response to this request, even though their site says it should only take one business day. I'm extremely disappointed with this store and its absolutely $#*!ty customer service, and since I can't even get a response now I lost about $20 too.
Tl; dr don't ever order from this site, spend your money somewhere else

So I noticed the scam That they say do I this has happened several times to Me I had 17 items in my cart they show your Balance you click on checkout and apply your coupon then her were the bait and switch come in at they remove 45 Dollar worth of items out of your cart to make you think they give you a Great deal but they real don't they remove items out of your cart to give you a fake discount WARNING CHECK YOUR CART AND YOUR ORDER

I ordered a sweater from SheInside about a month ago (mid-November 2013). When it was shipped about 3 weeks later, they did not put my suite number on the package so the mailman would not deliver it to my office building where there are many offices. Within about 2 days, the package was mailed BACK to SheInSide befopre I had a chance to go to my local; post office to retrieve it. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I have been in touch with SheInSide via email and they are supposedly sending me another one, but I cannot track it using their order number and the CHAT link on the website goes links to nothing. I finally went on the Internet today to see if the company is a scam, and now I see all these comments! It's a WONDER they are still in business. There are so many start-up companies out there trying to compete and make a living, and then you have a company like SheInSide that apparently has a a strong following despite the fact that they operate worse than a 4-H Club. UNBELIEVABLE!

I bought a white dress from SheInside. After 11 days of "processing," my order had still not been shipped. My ticket was not resolved until 4 days later. Once they finally shipped out my package, which was 23 days ago, I finally received my package. The dress was stiff and inflexible. Even though the sizing was correct, the fit was awful. (Sidenote, Why on earth are the Large sizes on this site essentially the same as an XS in America?). I am now returning my package, only to learn that the return will only be accepted if received by their office with 30 days of when the dress was shipped. It has now been shipped 23 days ago, and I just got it and decided to return. I will have to pay for expedited shipping in order to get it to their warehouse in time to receive my return.
Not to mention: there is NO phone number or actual live person I can call to talk to about it. You submit a ticket and you wait a day or two for someone to send a pat response. I can't even ship it yet, because I have to wait for a Customer service ticket to respond before I can print my shipping label!

I purchased some clothes from Shein for the first time. I bought holiday clothes for myself and my daughter and, although the quality wasn't great, it was fine for holiday. I was pleased with the delivery times and when I needed to return a few items that didn't fit the return was free and easy. I then placed another order and this time I wanted to try some of their other ranges, including work wear to see if they were also ok. The quality was awful and therefore I had to return them. I followed the same procedure to return and thought all went well. The emails I received from Shein all said we are pleased to tell you we have processed your return and you will receive your refund amount in the next 3 days. Fine I thought. But when I looked at the amounts something didn't add up. I had been charged more than the value of the clothes I had kept. £41 more! I asked Shein why I had been charged an additional £41 and they said it was a 'handling fee'! I explained that although a 'handling fee' was mentioned on one occasion in the small print the advertising of 'free returns' was misleading at best and there was no way that I as a customer would have any way of knowing how much the 'handling fee' might be and it was not reasonable to charge such a high amount. Customer service did not respond to any of those points and just quoted the one sentence of the small print which said 'handling fee' and told me to have a nice day! So I would not recommend buying from these people as they may just steal your money like they did to me.

The website is so bad that although they provide you details on how to return an item, you can't actually do it. When you click on the buttons, they don't respond to process. You can't call them, the only way to get help it so submit a ticket, but if you can't submit a ticket b/c the website is not working, then how can you find out how to move forward and return an item. I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM, CONTACT ME TO PROCESS MY RETURN. SO FRUSTRATED! I want to return the shirt and the skirt. Please e-mail me a return label as I paid the 1.99 for return insurance!

In my opinion, Sheinside definitely receives a 10, indeed, a 10/10 for would not recommend.
It was my first time ordering from this store and from the positive feedback it gets on Youtube, I was really looking forward to it. I ordered a dress for a formal and since I was in a time crunch, I used express shipping in the hope that it would arrive on time. My formal was in 3 weeks and according to the shipping info, it would only take 2-5 days. The order unfortunately didn't even arrive on time and I ended up having to borrow a friend's dress. I bought 6 products so I understand if it took a little over 2-5 days, but it arrived in 43 days. I can't comprehend why the store would take THIS long, especially when all the items listed were 'in stock'.
The quality of the clothes were mediocre, but the fact that the price is cheap needs to be taken into consideration as well. I didn't mind the clothing quality but the thing that irked me the most was the size; they were ill-fitting. Aside from that, they look slightly different from the pictures on the site. Of course, it is expected that they shouldn't be identical but the products received looked slightly 'off'.
I honestly don't know what else to say except I will never be shopping at Sheinside again.

Everyone with bad reviews are complaining about how long they take to get here YES they take about 3WEEKS but you do get what you ordered. People also complain about the materials/ quality but with such low prices the clothes are obviously not going to be perfect. The dresses, shirts, skirt and necklaces I have ordered have been great! One shirt I ordered I didn't wear because it looked cheap but the majority of everything I have ordered has been what i expected cute, VERY GOOD BUT NOT GREAT QUALITY. The bad reviews really are just people that don't understand you get what you pay for low price, lower quality. I personally really like shein

My first purchase with Sheinside was not much of a bad experience, though they missed an item which I loved the most.
However they made up to it saying they can send something else instead of it as the one I asked was out of stock.
Anyway last November 28th, 2015, I placed a new order and till date I havent received those items. Reason coz they missed out to mention my address and this took them more than a month to identify what happened with my package. I still gave them time to resend my package and followed up with them every week, but they kept telling me that they havent received the package back and could not do anything about it. After the entire wait I asked them to refund the money coz it had already been 4 months, as soon as I asked for a refund they stopped replying to me and now I cant contact them in anyway. I dont think this is the right way to deal with customers, I was alright even when they messed up my package address and gave them time to sort it out, but as soon as I asked for refund they stopped responding.

I went shopping on their black friday deals. I spent a good chunk of money on 2 orders. The first order had Christmas gifts, the 2nd was just little things to clean and organize with. My 2nd order was delivered after a cpl weeks. My first order conveniently was delayed. After waiting wks I messaged them. I was told the "weather" was the issue and I would have it before Christmas, how my 1st order was delivered I have no idea. So I give them another cpl more wks and still nothing they tell me once again it will be delivered before Christmas. Today Christmas is in 5 days. I put my order in Nov. 26th and almost a month later they did NOT honor their sales. I'm fact I checked the USPS site that it was being shipped from and they didn't have any tracking update. I asked for my money back and of course 5 days before Christmas they issued a refund. Which takes 5 business days to even clear. I spent a lot of money with them but that didn't matter to them. They make it almost impossible to make a complaint and you can't talk to a simple human. They gave me a measly 50 points to "help with my troubles" I now get to scramble to find new gifts all because they gave me the run around week after weeks. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I just looked at another one of my orders that was never delivered but is now passed the complaint date so I'm just out $80. TERRIBLE, CON ARTIST BUSINESS.
