Omg, I don't know what people are complaining about. I received my order within 3 days. Quality is just the same as any department store. I will do business here again and again and again!

I placed my order on the 25th of May and my order IS STILL IN THE PROCESSING STAGE. After making multiple complaints, I received an email stating that my order which is ready for shipment will be shipped - but have not received any further information regarding this either. Utter unprofessionalism on behalf of shein and extreme disappointment on my side. Will I EVER RECEIVE MY ORDER? If you are unprepared for international shipping, simply do not offer it.

I read LOTS of reviews leading up to ordering from this website. I seemed mixed but most said that if you did you research, looked at the measurements, read reviews/saw reviewers photos that you could find some diamonds in the rough...

WELL I spent a few weeks, way too many hours researching, plotting, doing my due diligence to make sure my order wasn't a flop and I still am returning everything.

All of the items I purchased were rated 4.5 stars or 5. All KIND OF fit even though I ended up getting XL's in almost everything even though I'm a medium... The major problems were:
- The cut of the items (tiny shoulders even with a large torso or fit well everywhere except my hips which is not a trouble spot I ever deal with...)
- The quality was awful (sewing job was ok, materials were MEH to touch but really uncomfortable on. I also felt like washing anything would automatically ruin it forever)

I was unimpressed and disappointed with my items, but hung them up in my closet because they were "wearable." A week later I thought to myself- I never want to put those things on my body, I would rather spend the money on ONE nice item than 5 pieces of crap that I don't want to wear. So- returning it all.

You're probably wondering why I'm giving them TWO stars? Well- customer service is super on top of everything, shipping was fast and hassle free, and returns are a breeze.

It seems like SHEIN is certain women's cup of tea, but in hind sight most of those satisfied customer pictures were teenage girls with tiny bodies...

I had ordered 21 items and received 0 of them in my package. There were just random items in the package. Very disappointing. And how am I supposed to return items I DID NOT receive?

If you dont care about when you get the product I believe it would be worth the cost of the items. I ordered dresses from She Inside specifically for a business conference I am attending. I ordered them nearly 10-12 days before my conference assuming just like an other business I have ordered from that it would take 3-5 days to recieve my order. After 5 or 6 days passed. I created a ticket inquiring about if my items have been shipped yet or not they tell me it takes 3-7 days just to get the order ready. If I would have known that previously before I ordered that would have been helpful. Now, it says my items have shipped on 4/16 at 4 am. I go to check today assuming that they would be on their way to my house or arriving the next day. Come to find out they have not even left the warehouse yet. Not sure why you would package something for shipment and just let it sit in the warehouse instead of actually getting it out or why it would take 4 days to do that. All I know is the shipment process is a hassle, if would have known all this information before i ordered I would have purchased overnight shipment or whatever was the quickest.

Tip for consumers:
Their customer service isnt awful they do at least get back to you in 24 hours about your inquiries but still seemed to not act urgently on the matters at hand at least in my experience.

Yes, it normally would take 3-7 business days for us to get the order ready and then 4-7 business days for the package to arrive with expedited shipping. We have stated that on the site, but it probably didn’t catch your attention…

Your package was already packed and handed over to FedEx on April 16th, they normally would update the tracking info only after the package arrives in your state, that’ll hopefully be soon.

If you need the package in a hurry, you can contact FedEx with the tracking number 61299992140423556196, we’ll also contact them to see if there’s anything they could do to speed up the process.

I ordered clothes 8/31 and i selected expedited shipping and I expected it to be here before I go back to school (I go back on Wednesday) but every time I look at the order it still says processing, it has said that for a while now.

I've ordered from SHEIN 4 times, and while it's not the best quality items on the planet, I've found several cute tops and dresses for cheap and have loved the easy return policy. For my latest order, I returned 10 items in February all in one package. I received an email from SHEIN saying they received all my items and my refund would be processed soon. Next I got an email saying I was refunded for 2 items and that the other 8 items would be processed when they arrived at the warehouse. The previous email said they WERE at the warehouse. So I waited a few days and then began trying to contact an agent or submit a ticket. All I get is a chat box with a robot and there is NO button to click for "contact agent" or to "submit a ticket." They don't exist. I have over $100 in a refund that I deserve since they clearly stated they received ALL my items and 2 months have gone by with nothing. I'm pissed and will never order from SHEIN again and will continue writing and sharing bad reviews. I want a direct link from someone to submit a ticket, not steps on how to on the website because none of those buttons exist.

I reported on September 9th because one of my items inside the package was missing and the order was already paid. She then replied that the package had been delivered and that there was no wrong or missing package. Well, yes, there's been no wrong package since I received it, but it's not complete as my other items were missing, and I was advised to contact Logistics. I contacted the logistic team, and then they advised me to contact your support. I am very disappointed in how your customer service handled my query. She closed the ticket even though it was not yet resolved. She said that she was unable to process the refund due to my inability to provide the necessary information. I already provided all the information and sent her the photos when I first reported, and now I can't reply to the ticket reported as she closed it. Then she had the courage to say that if I encountered any other problems, please open a new conversation, and they would be happy to help me. So funny, you can't even resolve my concern and close it without providing an accurate resolution, then ask me to create another ticket, and you're happy to assist. Well, if you're happy to assist, you should not close the ticket if that's not resolved yet because it's inconvenient and I need to wait 24 working hours again for your nonsense reply.

I placed my order on December 27,2017. I got an email on January 13,2018 saying it had shipped. I still have not received it and when I try to track my package it says "package not found."

Terrible quality, misrepresented item in photo. ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND! DO NOT PURCHASE! Tiny mat looked beautiful and plush in the photo, when it arrived more like a bathmat and not as described, not luxury in it!

They do not allow you to return swim wear. The size are too small or too large and do not look like the pictures.

I ordered a shirt off SHEIN and when I received it it came smelling really bad so I tried contacting but SHEIN never responded to me after months of reaching out and it was a shirt that I couldn't return so I needed to speak to someone but no one responds if they send you smelly stinky clothes so I highly recommended avoiding this website

Have wrote to them and also wrote a review here had 2 refunds pending one of them was cleared but the other is still not sowing In my bank have checked with bank as well, lost 602 which shows refunded on shein site but I have not received it yet.
