The clothes are exactly as in the photos on this site and the accessories are amazing.The clothes and accessories are high quality and they look more good in real life than in the pictures.

I just made an order and choose the express shipping and paid the extras as I need it soon. After my order I advice the online chat service that I leaving by a curtain date and will need my order by then. Please note the express shipping is 3-8 days and I needs my order in 15 day. I was rudely replied to My Kimi who told me that they still have a processing time of 3-6 days and they don't work on the weekend. She then shows me a fine print that says I says this and I tell her this should be by the options that say they will have a detail because or relocation or where it gives you the shipping opt at check out not in the small righting at the bottom, She basically told me if I don't like it she will cancel my order in which she done with not even an opt given to me or to try to find a reason to help. She spoke in slang words and had no conduct that I am a customer and has an option at me to just shove it. When I expressed how disappointed I was her response was not an apology but a simple is there any question I can help you with and a smiley face. I am so upset and disappointed in how Shein had dealt with my issue and the lack of trained staff. Please do not buy from them this is my second order and the 1st time I also had a problem. They always deliver late and have excuses and no solutions. They will take your order take the money then have a the FYIz after all is taken which is miss leading and unprofessional as no one read the fine print at the small bottom end of the screen when the ship opt is also at the check out with less info and no TNC.

I suspect that the clothing is "pinned and tucked" to the models for the photographs. The fabrics are terrible and the clothing is ill fitting and boxy. Save your money.

I made a purchase about a month ago and knew there would be delays due to covid but I was happy because I needed some basics for summer. I was watching the delivery progress and noted it was in my city but then there was an issue with my address. The next thing I know, it is being 'returned to sender'. I called Canada post and they told me it's because they forgot to put my apartment number and there's nothing they can do. I checked my address on my account and my confirmation e-mail and both list my apartment number. So I contacted Shein and they were very unhelpful. They suggested a refund or if I wanted, I could get the items but it might take a very long time. I told them I'd take a refund and suggested I should get a discount or a coupon and they basically told me they'd give me 2 Canadian dollars. Originally I had asked if they could just resend the items I purchased immediately but they either ignored what I asked or pretended they didn't understand. I am disappointed mainly because I waited a month for nothing and Shein doesn't care at all that it was their mistake and they were very unhelpful. But on the other side, there's a ton of places just like this where I can spend my money. Shein won't be getting anymore.

I ordered a 2XL, and it didn't fit at all... it all comes from China where they have no idea what plus size means. I was told this was a much better site to order from... NOT!

They sent the items on time a couple of dresses I couldn't fit so I got on the website to return dresses, they sent me a return label, check to see if it was received nothing in my account or a email, I wanted to call customer service it's in another country went on their chat nothing. JUST MAKE SURE YOU CAN FIT WHAT YOU BUY ARE YOU $#*! OUT OF LUCK!

I ORDERED A DRESS FROM SHEINSIDE, WHICH WAS DESCRIBED AS A COTTON MATERIAL. THE THING THAT CAME IS THE LOWEST POSSIBLE NAILON. SHOPPING BAG QUALITY!
