I have to say, over just a little over the year, this company has drastically improved in every aspect. Over the summer, I decided to try ordering from here again and I can honestly say that I am impressed. The quality of their products have improved so much. They're basically exactly like something you would buy at Forever 21. My advice is read the reviews. If it's got a lot of good reviews, you're basically safe to order it. Their customer service has also been much more helpful and quick to respond. In one of my orders, I received a defective necklace and immediately they apologized and told me that they would send me a new one. Overall, I'm happy for all these improvements and see a bright future for them!

After about a month of headache emailing Shein back and forth to agree on return shipping prices that they scammed me on, I finally sent back the items. It's been more than a month since they received my return packages and I still haven't gotten my refund. They told me it would take 10-20 business days for it to process. It's been 25 business days. This is so ridiculous. I just want my money back already.

I would never ever shop at Shein. Yes, you'all be satisfied with about half the clothes you receive, but the other half is either terrible material or looks nothing like the online pictures. The return is then the biggest headache of your life. I received so many emails during memorial weekend with free shipping and return deals, which is why I proceeded to order twice over that weekend. However, when I wanted to return a couple items from both orders, their customer service rep, Camille, told me that I don't get free returns because I used the international site, instead of the U.S. site. I clicked into the website through my email... We then sent about 25 emails back and forth where she was rude, had terrible grammar, had terrible service and finally agreed to give me free returns on only ONE order. I don't understand how a company can advertise free returns and then blame the customer for using the "wrong" website LINKED to the email. When she finally gave me the shipping labels (one that I still have to pay for because at this point it was too much of a headache for me to argue anymore), the post office said she gave me first class shipping labels that only allow packages of 13 ounces, which is less than ONE pound. I emailed her telling her the situation and she responds that I only have five items and so the weight should be fine. And that if the USPS does not allow it, I would have to pay for the return fees through my own expenses. Excuse me. FIVE ITEMS for 13 OUNCES?! This company is actually ridiculous and tries in every little way to squeeze the extra dollars and pennies out of their customers. They do not at all care about their customer satisfaction. I will never shop here again.

I have made 3 separate orders on this site, each time ordering multiple items and I have to say I am very impressed! The value for money is incomparable! I have bought dresses, jackets and blouses all of a very high quality given the price! Some threads may come loose or a button needs to be re-sewn but I never have any issue amending these items!
I live in Ireland and it generally takes about 4 weeks for my orders to arrive but they always do arrive, I have no issue with my orders taking 4 weeks as customs in Hong Kong can take ages.
I would definitely recommend this site if you like fashion but don't have much of a budget and have more patience than a small child!
Tip for consumers:
I recommend reading other reviews on each item of clothing to make sure you get the right size (some items can be a small or large fit if you don't research properly!). Also expecting next day delivery is very unrealistic, allow at least 4 weeks!!

I ordered Christmas presents the end of November, promised between 12/7 & 12/9. Thus far nothing. I attempted to call and cancel order and there is no way to speak with someone. Their delivery company DHL have already canceled my delivery but no one from SHEIN have acknowledge my concern. I am calling my Credit Card company and reverse these charges. I was a loyal customer until service wasn't their priority

Alright SO i have been really iffy about shopping on SheIn, but i decided to dive in & only buy things with good reviews in case anything happened. That first order was amazing & i loves every item so i decided to ask my boyfriend for some clothes (for a birthday/anniversary gift) & picked out some items with a little to no reviews to see how that would turn out and im completely shocked. The items i received (a pair of glasses, pants & pj set) are absolutely amazing & pretty high quality, especially for the price. Needless to say i will be spending a lot more of my shopping money on SheIn.

Clothes I can actually afford! Sure, shipping is slow, but I don't mind waiting, especially if it's free and if it's coming from a long distance (China). They have made up for it by giving me free Shein points for my next order which is great because then I'll save even more. The clothes I've received have been decent quality, not the best quality in some shirts, but honestly I don't mind. The designs are always as pictured!

Lots of items which is awesome but just be careful when ordering because the Asian sizing is very different from US. I'm usually a medium/large so after several mistakes, I found out that I always need to order an XL on their site in order for it to fit me. Always read product reviews and find reviews that has customer pictures because unfortunately so many times, the picture used in the advertisement is totally different from the actual item. However, there are products that are properly advertised too so I always check.

This company is all around horrible. There is no customer service to speak to or chat with. You have to pay more than the amount for the product to return it. They send you ripped and broken items. They offer no assistance when you have questions. This company needs to be shut down.

No customer service to chat with or speak to. Completely unhelpful. Low quality products. Sends you broken or ripped items then charges you to return them. Zero customer service please shut this down ASAP.

The dress only took twelve days for it to arrive, the shipping is pretty quick for it to come from China! Absolutely love this shop. I'll be posting an image later with the shirt on. It\'s exactly as the picture and they even gave me a yellow belt to got wit. Great quality!

I bought work out clothes and a toothpaste/brush holder and to my disappointment looks like after 5 wash it will be worn out. I can't even set up the toothpaste inside the holder. For the price better buy from Suzy or any local brands in Canada on sale. Maybe I can use the leggings once in a while during summer but the rest did not fit. Ordered medium looks fits like small.

Well I ordered several clothes on June 3 and still haven't gotten them, but probably will tomorrow. For people that have had similar problems, customer service always says so and so item is in high demand and that's why it took longer. They have said that to everyone! On the website they should say what products are in high demand and will take forever to process so we can avoid them. I'm hoping all of the quality of the clothes are good and my package comes tomorrow or else I'll be even more disappointed.

I love how shein.com is a one-stop-shop for everything from head to toe. This is quite rare on most clothing sites that usually have a very limited collection. I bought the Colour Sleeveless Graffiti Print Jacquard Dress at $13.90 thinking that it was too cheap to be any good, but decided to go for it anyway because it was so affordable. I was very pleasantly surprised when the item arrived by registered mail very quickly and the material was high-quality and cooling. Ive bought other dresses that were very flimsy and stuffy. I love this jacket!. It's super warm, fairly light weight, and well made. It is stylish without being tacky, has lots of pockets, and the hood lining is like wrapping your head in a cloud. I'm impressed by the fact that it's 80% down filled and didn't cost a small fortune. And I had a great buying experience. It arrived on time, and I didn't have to pay extra for shipping. I'm glad I made this purchase and will definately order from this company again. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in more colors... I'd love to have a second one in charcoal grey!

My experience with Sheinside was excellent! The product that I ordered (white long sleeve loose shirt dress) was exactly like in the picture and fit very well. Ordering was very easy on their website and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service is great and is always on chat when you need them. Randomly canceled my order after saying it was shipped, half of it out of stock apparently. Sent 3 emails to reship which were ignored. No refund was issued until I pressed them, still waiting for it. Customer service is useless. Won't order from them again. Not worth the hassle.

I have recently purchased more than £200 worth of clothes on Shein. 1. I had to wait for ages before receiving my order due to one item not available in the stock, but they don't show this when you about to purchase on internet. If I knew I needed to wait for so long before chasing the customer service I would have not bought the item. 2. The actual products were mostly poorly made which indicates massive mismatch between reality and website pictures. 3. When I asked for return to refund I was asked to pay for the shipment by myself. This means for any purchase that you are dissatisfied with if you don't order in the US, that's international shipment costs to be considered.

I've had a good experience with Sheinside so far, yet I believe I've been lucky with my picks. Their clothes are cheap, they have free shipping and they have a great variety, but be careful, somethings may look very nice on the site and arrive made from cheap, costume-like materials. Some things are copies from other stores, so make sure you choose carefully.

Placed my order 10 days ago. Ever since have been following up on my order and every day I was told the order will be shipped in 1-2 days. Eventually I ran out of patience, as I had selected expedited shipping method and most items were to be shipped within 24 hours. Informed the customer care to cancel my order in case I do not receive a favorable response with regards to order shipment. Nothing received, and had to cancel after 2 weeks of waiting. Website seems all easy to use, however, service and logistics are very poor. Cannot rely at all, especially that I am shipping to a completely different continent. Hence, to avoid risk, had to cancel my order. Awaiting money refund.

Ordered a simple striped top after reading the helpful reviews that were left for it. It actually arrived pretty quickly (just over a week) which is impressive considering the distance (China to UK). Overall I'm really pleased with the product and service. The clothes are cheap and so you get what you pay for but they're still cute and look lovely on! It's great for anyone on a budget!
