I work in a mall so most of the time I am at work, so I use my work address for all my courier orders, I ordered cellphone cases from SHEIN,
Month end May 2022 I received a call from a buffalo delivery guy asked me where exactly I am in menlyn, I told him at the mall and he then told me he doesn't do malls because gets charged and that he will use a different courier company. When I tried tracking my order it says I asked for a reschedule which I didn't. Then later I got a message for rescheduling but then I am required to pay an additional R150 delivery fee on top of what I initially paid. How does that work?

I ordered clothes from this website in October, it took awhile to get the clothes but I was very happy with what I got. Upon having a good experience I then decided to place a pretty hefty order in November hoping I would have these clothes for Christmas. This is when things took a negative turn... I got one of my orders but my other order totaling up to 215.62 did not come. I contacted the DHL service twice to find the error was not from them but from Sheinside. When I contacted sheinside I spoke to a person online for over three hours, and got no where at all. I sent multiple pictures to the person I was talking to and still got no where. I was even told by this person that I did not place the order on November 29, so I decided to send a picture of my order stating that I did place an order on said date. Still I got no where, yet I decided to still try and work things out with the person online. Rather then get any answers my online chat was terminated, and I still have not gotten the email that the online person told me I would get. To summarize my experience I do not have the clothes I ordered, or my money back.

I placed an order for two items on August 23th with expedited shipping and I paid $1.99 shipping insurance, a week after that it was still processing and I asked them if they thought it would be here by September 3 and they said no because one item is taking longer than the other. Great service so far! Nothing bad yet but wait for it. Around the 16th or 17th of September (1 month after placing the order) it was still processing! I asked them why and was told it was on hold because they were waiting for me to cancel my order(?!) and they were sorry and are shipping now. I got the shipping confirmation that day and this is where I expected the expedited shipping part to kick in but nope still waiting. I feel like an idiot waiting so long for an order that wasn't even processing to finish processing all because of a lack of communication. Who does that without telling someone! They took my money, thought I wanted a refund even though they didn't give me my money back AND they would've "processed" my order forever if I didn't say something. Very disappointed. Every time I think about it my blood boils.

I'm having the exact same problems as I have just read on this page! I wish I would have read here first, I would never have ordered. I ordered a couple items and spent the extra to get free shipping (one more dress over paying for shipping... worth it) My order keeps saying its being processed... It was meant to be here in 3-5 days. Its been a week and when I msged them, I seem to have gotten a generic reply. They told me 2 of the items are on backorder... That they need to make a new batch. That was never told to me when I ordered. When I asked if I could cancel the two items so that the rest could ship... I was told no. Maybe all of this should be communicated to the client. I ordered with three weeks until my vacation but now I am being told it won't make it here until after I get back. And the online help (because there is no phone number where you can call and talk to a person) is generic. I don't think it's a real person. I keep getting the same line each time I ask something new. I will never ever order from here again, I'm so disappointed as I was really looking forward to the dresses I had ordered.
** Update When I spoke with "Kevin" online. He told me my order was UNPAID when I said it wasn't... I was told to go find a confirmation number from paypal... So it shows its been paid on their site, its being processed, and they are waiting for two items... but it's not paid!? This website is a total scam.

Called the mail company they said because they authorized it they can't take responsability for it.

This site obviously has cheap prices which means the material won't be that great. BUT some of the items are not bad for the price and have been worth my my money (around $7 a piece). So far I've bought 4 items and I'm in love with two of the items (material and fit). The other item is decent material, cheap price, but I personally don't like how it looks on me. The fourth item I paid $15 and it looks and feels cheap, but what else could I expect? I knew I was expecting this but I still like the item. I can make it work and get a cute outfit. I'm overall satisfied. I just ordered a few more items so I'll see how that goes. But I never spend more than $35 on one order cause I don't want to risk a huge amount of money. I suggest to anyone to order by two items per order at first to get a feel for the company and so your potential disappointment won't hurt your wallet too much. My first order was only two items and it was around $15, it did take like 3 weeks to come but I get what I pay for. Plus some of the items aren't that different from clothes from cheap mall clothes like F21, charlotte rousse, and RUE. If you're familiar with the store Discovery, that's what I compare SHEIN to.

I spent over $100 and DHL delivered the package to the right address but placed it in the wrong mailbox. USPS confirmed that they obtained the package and sent it back to the shipper. I have spoken with DHL customer service, my local DHL site, as well as the driver that delivered the package to the wrong mailbox, which the driver openly admits to as I spoke to him when he came to retrieve the misplaced package.
I have been back and forth with SheIn for 2 weeks. They want proof that DHL put my package in the wrong mailbox. How in the world am I supposed to prove that. And what would it matter? DHL has said over and over again their driver was at fault for placing the package in the wrong mailbox. They've even reached out to DHL China to tell SheIn that they need to reimburse me and file a claim against them for the misplaced package.
I have requested a full refund as soon as I found out my package was lost and SheIn's customer service talks in circles. They do not get anything done and assume everyone is a criminal if they say they never received their package... Even when DHL ADMITS to misplacing it! They're morons. Do not do business with this company. Flush your money down the toilet instead.

I ordered the "Black Spaghetti Strap Sequined Backless Maxi Dress", knowing that it is a popular dress. I NEED it by May 16, or it will be pointless to even buy the dress and I will be incredibly upset. I have had a decent experience before ordering a dress but the processing and shipping time is very slow. After reading countless reviews on how in stock dresses that say "ships in 24hrs" do not actually finish processing in that time, I am upset and worried. I asked the online chat help if it is in stock and how long it will process, but was given the sheinside website chart on how long shipping and processing usually takes. I already knew that! Another time, I asked "does the Black Spaghetti Strap Sequined Backless Maxi Dress have stock in US?" and then I saw "Operator Anthony has left the chat. The chat is ended." I gave the service a 1 star rating. UNACCEPTABLE. I asked a question and the operator just left. It is very frustrating to know that the online help could not help me answer my question about my specific dress. Hopefully I get it in time, if not I am filing for a refund.

After some back and forth I got an email saying that my order has been shipped. I have been provided a tracking number which takes me to the shipping website. However, I got the following message on the website:
We regret to inform you, Your tracking number was not found, Possible reasons:
1: The carrier hasn't accepted your package yet.
2: The carrier hasn't scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet.
3: Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
4: Your tracking number has expired and removed from carrier's system.
Generally, After the sender shipped your package, It will be processed by the carrier, They will scan and enter tracking information, There might be a delay between scanning events and tracking availability. Depending on how recently your item was mailed, Usually it takes a few days for processing, Therefore tracking information won't be appeared online immediately, You could contact with the carrier for confirmation, Or please try to track later.

Had bad experience, I canceled the order after the agent told me I can and reorder, btw I canceled in less than 24 hours, I was told I will get refund and everything back, they did a mistake and sent 4 pieces of cloth wrong, so they charge me on it, holding me for one month telling me manger will contact u, then no one cared, I didn't want those 4 items cause I reorder them, they ask me to send it back to get my money, had to spend gas on my car, waste my lunch break, go give it back and that was the agent fault and had to wait to get refund, they gave me nothing for inconvenient, still waiting to get my money, if the agent said that I can't cancel because stuff maybe has shipped which is lies cause I ordered less than 24 hours, it was a mistake from them and I was promised it is canceled however it is shady company becarful
