I couldn't believe the prices of their clothes, or the fact that some items are marked to ship within 24 hours. I went ahead and placed an order for a basic dress, to see the quality of material and shipping times. I was satisfied with my first order, it was decent quality and it was shipped within 24 hours and arrived within 4 days at my home.
Feeling confident in the site, I went ahead and ordered a formal dress for a wedding, this item was also marked as shipping in 24hours. Well it has been a few days, and several "tickets" have been opening and the dress has yet to be shipped, and of course I have not heard from anyone. I am beyond upset, as I need this item by a certain date, and it doesn't look like its going to happen. If an item is not going to ship in 24hours they should be honest, as I could have looked for my dress elsewhere. Now, due to their policies I will be stuck with this stupid dress, that I will probably never wear and have to purchase another. Spending double the money.

I ordered a blazer from SheIn, that actually arrived in a reasonable time period, and looked decent. I wear a US 12 or 14, and the size chart PROVIDED BY SHEIN on the garment's eBay page gave measurents in inches that suggested the garments in their corresponding size should have fit me.
Ha!
If you dare push your luck, expect the Chinese XL to be about a small in US sizing. Seriously, I GAVE the garment to a small friend, and she likened it to a size 8 ladies - and a small 8 at that.
If you are a slender teen or very small boned, thin person, this stuff might work for you.
Just know that SheIn will not pay return shipping, even though they posted terribly incorrect size info to go by, so they should have accepted responsibility. I emailed them a couple of times and they just didn't bother to respond to my second email which made the case that it was their error, and they should pay return shipping. In fact, their website showed the case as being closed!
Would not waste more money on these clothes, and yes - reading the less than stellar grammar in many of the reviews, I suspect that many are indeed "fixed".
Update: After this review was posted, I had several emails from Sheinside, mainly wanting me to change my review. Right. I'll do that right after I pay to ship back the DOLL CLOTHES they sent me, and take a loss on something I couldn't use.
These people are not just dishonest, I think they may be hitting the bottle at work. The very nerve... deliver pitiful products and then ask for a dishonestly 'positive' review!

I order 5 items got them pretty fast and had to pay 19$ duty to the delivery guy which was not mention anywhere when I place my order, when I open my parcel the stinking smell that came out was horrible, one dress had a stain on it and everything was made poorly, very cheap quality, I decide to do a return what a nightmare, I pay 20.50$ for the return which I'm sure I'm not getting back, it's been 31 days still no refund! I email them over and over and over again and again and there are giving me the run around giving a ticket and other ticket saying the credit is in my account I try taking it out of course it didn't work, email them again waited for them to answer to tell me it's take 30 days to get my refund, I don't understand why they make everything so difficult and unpleasant, they sure took no time charging my credit card 24 hours when I did my purchase and now there taking all the time in the world to refund me like I'm gonna forget or just let it go, anyways I'm never buying from them again they have no respect for there clients

I started to order from Shein in 2020. My first two orders were ok quality, and half of the items were not accurate in size. One can order ten items of the same size, and all will not fit the same. Also, a lot of items did not look like in the pictures at all and were of poor quality. I still did not send the products back, they ended up in my donation box. But my last orders were so dissatisfying that I returned part of them. This is how I accumulated a certain amount of credit in my Shein wallet.
Now, I thought I needed to place an order and use that money to have the credit gone before it expires. That said, I placed an order to match precisely that amount of credit.
The same day, I received a message from Shein, stating that I needed to verify that it was really me, which prompted me to go online and "resolve" the problem. I did that, and to my surprise, the only way to verify my account would be to upload my "government issued ID" to Shein, consent textbox ready, stating that this information will be stored and used by them!
I have never had a store demanding my government-issued ID to verify a 60$ purchase already paid for. This screams scam! No way I will upload my ID to any store, let alone Shein.
Tip for consumers:
If you return items, do NOT have the money refunded to your Shein wallet. Always to the original payment method. I made that mistake and now can't use the money, and they refuse to refund it to my account.

I usually rave about how much I love Shein but ATM I'm pissed off with them. Being such a big company people order from how do you not have customer service. It's bull$#*!. I've made 8 different orders with them this month. Received first 2 no problem. Then yesterday I had 1 out for delivery. Then I get an email that it failed to contact USPS. So I did. They said for some reason my package was sent back to facility. They don't know why and can't help me only Shein can. So I did their live chat bull$#*! and took hours and 4 different people to figure it out cause they can take forever to respond but if you do that they end the chat. They wanted to reship my package but everything was oos so they did a refund. Now any company would of reassured me this wouldn't happen again and they'd check account and make sure there wasn't an issue. I told them multiple times I was worried about the other orders doing this as it's bday stuff for someone. And wouldn't you know after going thru all that $#*! for hours another one of my orders was out for delivery and same $#*! happened. Only now I can't live chat with no one for some reason. I'm beyond pissed and this is rediculous af

I got 40% off my first order of 2 knitted dresses, which was nice. But too good to be truth. Sure enough, DHL brought my package and I had to pay $25 for shipping upon delivery. Mind you, I already paid $2 for shipping as part of the payment. I hate those games of hidden fees. If you need to charge me for shipping, then have the balls and let me know from the start! Don't play those games with me!
Now about dresses... Size... I'm size 2 US, ordered XL. One dress is very tight. Another is a bit roomier, but sleeves are 3/4. Daaaaahhhhh... A lot of holes in the knitting. I'm a handy girl, I can fix those. But if you are not - those dresses will go to garbage.
Oh, and btw. They are shipping from Singapore.

There is no import fees for the packages below $60 in Canada (FYI) and invoice from DHL states 'SHIPPING'.
Your 'one size' has 102 cm (40") bust, which gives us L size US or 12 US. Google it. As I said, I'm size 2. Any more questions?

I was originally disappointed with SheIn because I placed my order on April 26th and as of May 8th my items were still being processed. I specifically ordered these items for my vacation on May 17th but I didn't realize that the order would take so long to be processed. After several emails back and forth with a customer service representative, I didn't feel confident that my order would be received prior to my trip so I decided to cancel the complete order. I was told that it would take 10-20 working days to receive my refund back to my card since it was an international transaction, but surprisingly my refund was placed back into my account about 2 days later. Despite being slightly disappointed with the shipping time, I am extremely satisfied with the time that it took for them to refund my money as well as the transaction fee. I do have plans to order from SheIn again in the near future, but I now know not to order items if they are needed in a short amount of time. I hope that my next experience with SheIn will run as smooth as it did this time and looking forward to being able to post a review about the actual items that I'll receive on my next completed order. This time I'll patiently wait the 5 weeks or so that may be needed to receive the order and I don't mind the wait, as long as I'm satisfied with the items. I will definitely give SheIn another try.

I made a purchase on the 28h of September and I got an update on the 06th that it was out for delivery. Which was good however, to my surprise I received and email from them to say my package was "READY FOR PICK UP" an option I was never given so I could not have chosen that.
When i emailed them after a day they responded saying I should contact USPS to get delivery. WHAT THE HELL? I paid for a service and this is what I got.

Bought 2 swimsuits. Reviews said runs small and size up. I wear a Size 8 (U.S.). These swimsuits are made in China where women hv "short torsos" and "no boobs"! I sized up from a medium to a large and could not get the swimsuits to go all the way up my body without stretching them to the point of almost ripping and my boobs were "hanging" out the sidesliterally! I'm 5-4 1/2 tall and a size 36C bra. Can't return swimsuits. Although inexpensive, I don't like wasting my money. Don't know how the other clothes fit, but definitely am not willing to try "anything" else from SHEIN. I would attach a pic to substantiate this review but it would be R rated and quite frankly I don't like exposing myself. Also please note, all the 5 star ratings are a SHAM. One reviewer said her rating "defaulted" to 5 stars and the website wouldn't let her rate anything less. Read the 5 star ratings and you'll see many of them "should not hv been" 5 stars. I wish I had read more into the ratings before ordering and I would hv seen the stars didn't match up to the written reviews. I ended up going on Amazon and ordered the "cutest" swimsuit I've ever owned that was a "true" fit to my medium size 8 and at a "great" price! Should have done this first - lesson learned.

Although I didn't receive my package yet, I feel totally disappointed. My items had the "shipping in 24 h" tag. Still, needed 4 days to process. The tracking shows "waiting for shipment" since 2 weeks. My emails got ignored, same as chat messages. This is ridiculous. Never again.
Edit: after contacting the company 3 times, I finally got the answer! Actually, mostly thanks to my review, I guess. Anyawy, I have changed the rating to "ok (but very average) mostly due to:
1. For my 3 emails I got 4 responses. Sure, holiday happen (that was the explanation), but still you have to work on customer service.
2. I got my order. And except of the fact, that half of my butt is out (too short underskirt), everything is as described (but if you are expecting HIGH FASHION, you will get disappointed)
3. After long loong time, I got another email, that the status of my order has beed checked again, it is delivered, and if everything is fine (non-sarcastic WOW!)
Still, what should be changed, is the shipping info. How am I supposed to ask if my parcel wasn't lost, if I am not able to say which company is supposed to deliver it?
Not cool thing is also that if you order things that are supposed to be shipped within 24h and, let's call it 'regular time' ones, EVERYTHING will wait (call me stupid, I was expecting 2 packages.)
Anyway, in the end it didn't kill me, but be prepared for some fun (to be fair, it happens with other sites as well)
