I am in the UK and I bought 2 items.

Quick delivery but the xl jeans were small and short enough to fit a 10 year old... I am a size 12 and the batwing 'dress' was short enough to fit above my backside.

I am furious!

To make things worse, refunding is the hardest thing known to man as you have to upload pics of item, find the invoice, find, the refund link and find way to get the address to send it back! When I eventually got everything sorted to send, it was a whopping

£10.30 delivery cost to China

Long and short of it... DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND HARD EARNED CASH

As usual very satisfied with the items I purchase on SHEIN. I have been ordering products from this website since a while ago and always happy with the products. However the last time I made an order, I was quite surprised that my order was going to be deliver with a different carrier called "fast horse" since the first time I made an order with SHEIN my orders have been delivered with the Australian post office, which is a reliable carrier and if no one is home they take it to the nearest post office to be collected from. This carrier "fast horse" literally left my order outside of my building, I was lucky enough to be able to leave work when I got the notification and run to collect it. Otherwise I don't what would've happened with my order anyone could've take it or steal it. I'm very disappointed with the carrier as they also broke one of my items.
SHEIN please look into it. I'm not comfortable buying on SHEIN again if they are going to use this delivery company. And it's a big shame because I'm always happy with the products that SHEIN sells.

I'm returning 13 out of 15 items (only because I can't return the other ones). It took 1 month (!) for me to get my order, however, they charged me ASAP. Delivery time is not the same as shipping time - they ship in a few weeks, directly from China! I paid HIDDEN FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE - 5% of my order price, which they refused to reimburse. Now I'm afraid to return it all because they are giving you some store credit and I'm not sure how to get my money back to my credit card. Even for a Chinese website, this is TERRIBLE.

You can buy the same cr@p 10 times cheaper on buyincoins or aliexpress. Sizing is absolutely inaccurate - one shorts of my size are huge and the other ones are tiny. Oh yeah, you have to take pictures of every item that you want to return! Ridiculous!

I'm going to tell EVERYBODY about my experience with this website so other people never get SCAMMED. They have no respect for their customers and they are not gonna last long, especially in America. You are lucky and smart if you are reading this before you ordered anything from there. If I'm not getting my refund - I'm reporting online shopping FRAUD!

Placed an order - waited over 30 days and finally the tracking number stated that the order was delivered. NOT! NEVER RECEIVED! Contacted them to request a duplicate shipment or a refund - it's not even been 24 hours - and I've had to deal with 2 different people. One person said they would send a duplicate order that I would be required to sign for OR they would issue a refund. Then I get another e-mail from someone else saying that the 'world-renowned website' - which is a total joke because if you check 368 Global Tracking you find the most horrible reviews ever - indicated the order was signed for. I've asked for proof that the package was signed for - they totally ignore that request and then claim that I provided them with the wrong shipping addresss. WHAT? It's like roulette - spin the wheel and let's see what kind of lame pathetic excuse we can give this time. They say they'll give me a 60% refund ---- NOT ACCEPTABLE! On my order there was a charge for shipping insurance paid for by ME - so now there's no insurance? This place is total RIP-OFF ---- now watch, they'll reply with their "BOT" message from Molly, that I should contact customer service. WHATEVER!

Tip for consumers:
That the products shipped from China and they don't refund your money if its lost or stolen in transit. You can't speak to anyone. It's all online. I lost over 200 dollars!

I ordered £60 worth of clothes, which at first I was excited about. I checked my email for a confirmation, and reviewed nothing. I checked and checked again and then realised something wasn't right. When I looked into reviews AFTER purchasing, I realised that this company is not a scam, however it may aswell be. The customer service I recieved was not as bad as other experiences however I had to wait 3 weeks before I got a refund, having pestered the company for days and days on there so called 'online chat'. After getting no where I emailed there returns email address demanding for a cancellation and refund. I managed to hunt down my own order number through the site, as there advisors couldn't manage to find it. I was eventually refunded the full amount having constantly chased up my order. They also found it convenient to go on a Chinese holiday for 15 days.
This has been nothing but stress and worry and from reading other reviews the clothes, if you ever revieve them are disgusting and appallinh quality. I do not know how this company justifies itself, and has managed such successful advertising. What a con. Stay clear. I will be doing my best to report them and have them looked into! All the 5* reviews are written by themselves to try and lure you in. I cannot stress enough how you should stay clear from this company.

I made my order on the 30th of april and I still have not received it. Eventough they say it is ready to ship in 24 hours, that is a lie since the 24 hours are for processing the order.
Then they produce in China! And you have to wait until the package comes to your closest warehouse. What is curious is that they take your money when they get your order, but when you want a refund it takes 20 days.
On the other hand, we cannot support websites that take the designs of other stores and make a cheap copy of them in China to sell it for less than $10 It is not correcto to support this type of businesses
So please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT SHE INSIDER

I'm not one to leave reviews unless it has been a horrific experience with the said business. After dealing with these crooks, I felt compelled to share my experience... I submitted an order for $59. Upon receiving the package and opening one out of four items, I literally threw it in my garage. The stench—Dear God, the smell was atrocious! Like a combo of rotted onions, rotten eggs and chemicals. When I took it to get mailed, I had to double bag it in an effort to spare the postal clerk from having to endure this offensive odorous package. The clerk's response-"I can see what you mean, I can smell it through the bags!" Since they charge a return fee, I submitted a message to their pseudo customer service dept (clearly they don't have one!) No response from these crooks and when I received my refund. I was in fact charged the fee. I will NEVER order from Shein again!

So again I am trying to get in touch with SHEIN and is impossible! I cannot go through there chat on their website. They are ignoring on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. A friendly advice don't shop there because when there is problems they will not help you. I want my money back and it's ridiculous that I need to contact on different platforms and to get ignored. I feel so cheated! All of my items say 24 hour and it took so long to just get one item out of 17. I ordered on the 6th of August and it's now the 14th. Only my denim overalls were shipped out and came yesterday when I was supposed to have express shipping. The rest of my order started 'shipping' today after my review minus one of my pieces which is still processing but they gave me a fake shipping number. I can't track my order at all and I'm very scared that I have been cheated based on previous reviews of others. I just want my order! My overalls were beautiful and if it wasn't for this and the unreliable shipping I'd order again but for now waste of time and money! I'll never pay 200 dollars or even order anything from here again unless my clothes i recieve come by next week and are great quality which I doubt by previous reviews. At 02/05/2021 when I canceled the order GSHMLE*******FFC... 11 pieces, they told me that the amount was deposited in my bank account 506 S/R, and when I made the bank account statement in order to let them know that the money did not enter in my account, and this is what they said from May 28th, they have now returned with the same scenario and say that they Deposit the money in my account and this talk is a lie. So it is better for you to stop to said lie story because you didn't have any argument except what you wrote in SHEIN application by yourselves

My order APL******* was lost or damage it disappeared since November 21.

I contacted many times your costumer service, just received lies and excuses.
Yesterday I submitted a ticket to have my money refund in my PayPal account. And someone told me that the money will just be refunded once you received the order back!? Is this a joke? Per your app the deliveries to Qatar take a maximum from 10 to 12 days (businesses days) gone today 14 businesses days! The refund is made according to your website to my PayPal from 2 to 7 days, it doesn't says anywhere that I will need that the totally lost parcel that I ordered back to your warehouse to be Refunded!

This is your problem with the delivery company aramex, that till today you never contacted successfully to know where my package is!
This is a way to steal money to millions of people that see their packages lost by your responsibility and aramex and never see their money back! Do you think I will trust in a company Shein that since the beginning lied to me on costumer service in tickets on the app to tell me that my lost order arrived to your warehouse to give my money back?
Of course not! I will go to the last consequences in social media with all my audience across all the world, PayPal, my Qatar bank account to see my money back and to show how you play with people to keep their money when something goes wrong!

Is a shame! That you steal and play with honest people that trusted in your app and brand and that you assume your responsibility and the responsibility by the company that YOU use to delivery!

So I originally placed an order October 28th and I ordered 16 items (clothing items) I received 2 out of the 16 items I ordered pretty fast like no less than 3 days. And finally I received the rest of my order today November 9th. I was pretty frustrated with this company because I ordered express shipping and I didn't appreciate that they sent my order on increments. Although the company was swift to respond and very polite, I am still very displeased with my order. You would think since it took a quite some time to get here it would at least be worth my while... NOT AT ALL. Now don't get me wrong some of my items are completely beautiful and they portray the same as they did on the website. But I also had a few pieces that are very cheap looking. Thin in material, and most of my items didn't fit! The bottoms run way too small! (And I know my size, and I also referred to the size chart) I am just completely frustrated at this point I spent a pretty good amount on my clothes and I wish I would've gotten what I paid for. Honestly I'm not going to even bother sending my clothes back because it'll probably get here months later. Smh
With that being said I will not be ordering from this company again, I would only recommend this company for those of you who are purchasing small orders. And to those who plan on ordering a large order. (DONT DO IT)

DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN: I am trying to return some items, and their policy is to contact them first, then you receive the adress to return. I am trying for 2 weeks already to contact them, and I get completely ignored. I submitted 5 tickets on their website that say 24h reply, and contacted them on messenger, NOTHING worked.

I have friends who have ordered from shein previously and had high reviews of it. I had browsed before but never actually ordered. I finally decided place an order after weighing all the good and bad reviews of the company. I ended up buying a little over 100 dollars worth of clothes. I was very excited to receive them, but then I was informed that one of the items was back ordered and it had slowed the whole process down. This was understandable, and I didn't think much of it. I figured everything out with customer service (which was actually very good and helpful). A couple days later, however, when I checked the status of my order, I saw that my order was not supposed to arrive for almost two weeks late even though I payed an extra $12.90 for the fastest shipping they had. When I contacted customer service again, they were gracious about it and refunded me the money, but I am still not getting my order for another week. I have yet to actually receive the clothes but I am still excited to get them because they ARE very stylish. All in all, customer service is great, style is great, shipping is horrible, and quality of clothes is yet to be determined.
EDIT: So two items have now arrived. So far I absolutely love them both. The quality is great and they both fit perfectly. (the two items SKU are dress******* and pants*******) More updates to come when the rest of the clothes arrive.

Shien sent a notification that my package was delivered however I didn't recieve it. I placed a ticket through the app. The next day I recieved a new email from Jacob who wanted to check which pack I didn't recieve which I already indicated through that app they said something About an investigation then I will recieve my refund but I don't understand an investigation is fine but I still want my money back. This is unfair I'm being treated like a liar when ive been waiting since the 10th for my delivery. They split it in 2 packages I recieved 1 item in that pack on Jan 14th. The other pCk they say they deliverd on the 18th. I have checked there was no package. I am very dissapointed and just want my money back. My package wasn't received 3 of them. Found out they weren't delivered to my address. SHEIN told me. O well what do you want us to do. And they did just that NOTHING. I'm just out of my money.

Tip for consumers:
If you order from them you take a risk of loosing your money if you don’t receive it.

After some time and emails I am re-writing my review for she inside and would order from them again. The initial process of receiving my package was slow but as promised tracking was uploaded and it was delivered straight to my door. I ended up exchanging 4 pieces because the material was way too thin and the dresses were too short on me but the exchange process was very smooth. I sent the exchange items to a domestic address and had my exchange items within the week, which I am very happy with. Overall you can get some cute items for very cheap but know that some of the material may be too thin for your liking it just depends what it is made of. I have 3 rompers I got from my order that I have ended up loving!

Very very unhappy! I placed an order 10 days ago with many of my items saying they will ship in 24 hours and nothing has shipped and i have received no updates on my order. I finally emailed "she inside" myself and on the first message was told the items had already shipped and I would receive a tracking number soon. I waited a day and no tracking so I emailed again and was told my package would ship soon to be patient. A FLAT LIE! They told me it had shipped when it had not! DO NOT ORDER OR TRUST THIS COMPANY! I am now going to try to get my money back with a paypal dispute.
