Return policy is the worst I have ever experienced. Their parcel labels for return can't be scanned in which means you eventually have to pay it yourself. They will only if you attach track and trace (13 euros) will pay you half of the cost. Insane serieuously. Never gonna order here. Still havent received my money back

I placed an order with Shein back in January in the amount of 320.00 and used Klarna payment plan. The initial payment was $80.00 & there after every 2 weeks a deduction would be made out of my account for $80.00. I never received the package, I looked up Shein's contact info & there was not a phone number, only an email. I sent them numerous emails & not 1 response, therefore I contacted Klarna, who also tried to reach out to them several times but to no avail. This so called company retains absolutely no customer relation concerns, ethical practice or business to business principal. They obviously have no interest in resolving customer issues, as well as any respect for business to business contract relations. I myself am a business owner & could never imagine neglected a customer & resolving the issue or totally ignoring a business that I have a contract with whom provides business to me! My personal experience with this specific company is that they are a proven scam production & could obviously care less about their customers satisfaction, experience & outcome! The 1st red flag is not providing a customer service phone number, even to their business contract partners. They never responded to my several emails nor did they respond to Klarna, please do not spend your hard earned money with them, if you're not happy with your merchandise... chances are that your probably not going to get an exchange or refund. You'll be lucky if you get a response from the email that you sent, I have read so many reviews regarding Shein & they are not 5 stars! I honestly can't even give them a 1 star, please do the research before ordering from this very poorly operated & unethical company!

I'll be honest with you, I was really reluctant to buy from Sheinside.com at first.
I kept seeing mixed reviews all over the internet, most of the negative ones pointing out that the shipping was really slow or that the returns policy was bad. However, the site is really pretty and easy to navigate, plus, all the items are so cute! I absolutely loved browsing through their galleries, to look for fashionable and reasonably-priced products. Most of the items here are actually pretty cheap, so that's definitely a plus for a univ student like me.
And that is why I decided to take the plunge and order a really cute sweater, as some sort of experimental purchase. :) It's only $30 and I wasn't in a hurry to get it, so I just wanted to see if if I could trust Sheinside for more purchases.
The bad? I received it around 3 weeks after ordering, which is pretty long, considering that most online sites deliver within 5-7 business days. I just let it slide, though, since Sheinside is an Asian company and it takes a while to deliver to the US. The good thing, though, is that the product was in a really excellent condition! It arrived in a nice little plastic packaging. It really looks exactly like what was advertised on the site. Even the measurements are spot on! Of course, that's simply awesome.
As a matter of fact, I have ordered a couple more products from them, and so far, I have yet to be disappointed. My orders arrive in perfect condition within 3-5 weeks, which is really slow for some, but it is something I can tolerate.
All I can say is, Sheinside is definitely not a scam, and it's a nice online site for buying different products. Shipping does take a while, so impatient buyers should either wait patiently for their sure-to-be-high-quality-items or just stay away. Anyway, it's their loss if they do the latter.
Tip for consumers:
Don't forget to check out the measurements! They're really accurate, though, so keep that in mind. Also, shipping can be a little slow sometimes, so be patient. :) Remember, the products are coming from the other side of the world!

I made two order on 3/22/2015 and 3/28/2015 the total payment is$262 and some change.
1. order # HPB3295 made on 3/22
The quality is $#*!ty. Cheap material with ill fitting. I decided to return the package. But they don't have return mailing address. After i open up a ticket and contacted them 6/7 via ticket message and emails. So far, no one reply. I figure they will never tell me the mailing address for return.
2. order # BZY3334 i paid via paypal. Since i have such a bad experience with my 3/22 order, the first order. I open a cancel the order ticket, and i have received three different messages from customer service rep, stating they will change the sizes and urge the logistic shipping company. No matter how i confirm that i would like to cancel the order. They just don't listen buz they want to keep their money without giving you a chance to take it back.
3. express shipping aint express. They ship from Asia not U. S, so its gonna be like a couple of weeks before i see your order has been shipped.
Overall, very terrible experience. With no response, no return, no refund. I have to escalate the cases to paypal and Federal Trade Commission.(FTC) if you would like to file a complaint as well, please call*******357 or go to ftc.gov to e-file a complaint.
I never thought my $262 summating order will bring me so many inconveniences.
It's such a shame that they steal some designer brands's picture to trick out customers. In reality, it's all cheaply made with wrong fitting.

DONT EVER ORDER FROM SHEIN! My mom ordered me a winter jacket from shein for Christmas this year as I looked everywhere and it was the only jacket I really liked so we ordered me a size larger than my usual size as looking at the size charts that seemed right … we'll come Xmas day 2021 and I open my Xmas present which is the jacket I've been waiting to put on go to wear it and it's way to small won't even zipper, so me, my mom and sister look and look for a phone number, customer service line or something to help us return it for a bigger size. Finally we found a number which when called isn't in service so went to their site and msged the customer service thru there an now all we've been getting is generic replies back telling us to get a measurement tape an send a picture of the jacket being measured to "prove" they say that " I followed the size guide". Like what the hell Shein …. You make enough money scamming people you should have a damn call centre for customer service but clearly Shein doesn't care about their customers experience or hard earned money wasted

I placed and payed for a small order with Shein on 8/24/21 - charged to my Discover Card (Shein.com) so I know Shein was paid and has a record of this transaction. My order finally arrived, and I want to return three items as they are too small. When I log into Shein.com, I get a message that I've not placed any orders with Shein; therefore I do not have an order number and I cannot generate a return label through Shein.com. I've messaged twice and got through to customer service (*******464) once. No help, no mailing address to return items, and I was told my first item is free to be returned and I'll be charged $15.00 to return the other two items. On their website, it says $7.99 return charge per package - not per item. I this as a mailing cost to return a few lightweight items - as in one package mailed with a few clothing items. When I tried to explain to the customer service person on the telephone that I did not understand their return policy to be $7.99 per item returned, to line suddenly went dead and when I try to call back my call suddenly can't be completed. The clothing is okay - I suggest ordering a couple sizes bigger than you wear - seems to run small. As far as returns go, I've provided Shein with copies of the small piece of paper included in my package and the USPS mailing label on my package. They keep asking me for more information (pictures of the clothing I want to return?!?!) and I am getting nowhere. I'd just like a return mailing address (Shein expressly says to not return items to the address on your package as your return might not be processed). I am happy to put a few lightweight pieces of clothing (still in original wrapping) in a package, print a shipping label, return the items, and move on. Or, if Shein.com wants to send me a return label and charge me $7.99 to return the items, that's fine with me also. At this point, I've got no information about my order on their website, numerous requests for unnecessary information (to process a basic return), requests to resend information I've already sent them, and a customer service number that, magically, I can no longer connect with. I won't order again.

I ordered shien on the 4th of Nov. I was given an estimate date of 18-20. Which is understandable. When 20th came. Nothing! I figured maybe they were waiting for payment since I did Afterpay. So I ended up paying it all. Thought I would get it after, but nope. Then I contact support, which they told me I should be receiving it in 3-5 days. Cause there was a delay. Then I couldn't track my things. It just said in Canada for process. Finally I reached out again & they blamed it on the BC flood. But still they couldn't say where my things were & when I should be expecting them. Then I get a msg saying if I don't receive by the 27th, to get them to reship me again. Then I seen it the tracking location changed & for 4 days now it's says on the way to Where I live. & still nothing. Now I'm being told that my things were unavailable & that if I want a reship or a refund. Like why lie & tell me my things are on the way, when basically they were never on the way to begin with. So they scammed me for my money & I never got nothing.

I ordered about $100 worth of merchandise at the beginning of June and paid for express shipping in order to have the items before I went on vacation. A package with 2 items (out of 9 that I ordered) arrived the day of my vacation (more than a week later), but the other package with the majority of merchandise did not arrive. About 5 days into my vacation I received a notice from DHL that the package was going to be delivered that day, but that there was a signature required--a detail which I was not informed about before the order, and one which confused me, considering the other package required no signature. I told DHL via text to ignore the signature as I was not home. That evening I had our friend who was staying at my apt collect our mail and packages, as they had done every evening while we were gone. The SheIn package had been confirmed as delivered, but it never arrived. We received 2 other Amazon packages that evening that were collected by our friend without issue, but no package from SheIn. Our friend searched the main floor of our building but it was nowhere to be found. This same friend continued to look for the package everyday until we returned home, but to no avail. Fast forward a month later: after contacting SheIn (which was in itself a difficult thing to figure out how to do), they told me (via email, they have no phone number) to contact DHL, which I did. SheIn, like every other seller/company should have taken care of this with DHL, not me. I had a back and forth with DHL for more than a week before they told me that the package was delivered, and there was nothing they can do about it. There was a "proof of signature" photo that showed the package leaning up against a door that was not mine. Then I contacted Shein, and they told me they had to consult with DHL (even though I had spent a week doing so) before giving me a refund, which would take 15 days! So here I am 1.5 months after placing my order (and paying for express delivery), out $100, still without my items, and no resolution. Considering my experience with this company so far, I'm doubtful there will ever be a resolution. I will never order from this company again. It has been a terrible experience all around. Total scam.

The shipping does take a while,. I became a bit concerned, but the items ship from China, so the shipping time is actually, when you consider the distance (to the US, where I am) is reasonable. However, there was no indication on the site that the clothing would ship from China, so I was not prepared for the wait. An attempt to communicate with them via chat resulted in an automated message telling me to email them, which was irritating.
I ordered 2 sweaters that were billed as "oversized" and only came in one size, which, based on experience elsewhere, I took to mean that they were big sweaters that would fit just about anyone. I'm usually a medium in clothing, so I assumed they would be large on me, which is what I wanted. When they arrived, however, I found that they were quite small--maybe they'd be oversized on a kid, but not on an average-sized woman. They wouldn't fir a larger woman at all. I was looking forward to some big, cozy sweaters, so I was disappointed. The sweaters are fine, but not really what I expected.
As for quality, they're not the best. They have no labels, which besides being kinda shady is annoying because I don't know what they're made of or how to properly care for them. The sweaters each had a lot of loose threads and some frayed seams and edges, and were all-around cheaply made. They also smelled like gasoline, but for some reason every clothing item from China seems to smell like that. I've read about the nightmare that is their returns policy, so I will be keeping the sweaters (I've been airing them out--they smelled pretty bad), though they're hardly what I was led to believe I was buying. Oh well.
In all, I got two cheap sweaters for not too much money, but I would definitely not order from SheInside again. There's too little information about the products and the company, the quality is poor, and I don't feel like trying to guess what their sizing system is. I would not recommend purchasing from them. While it might be more expensive, you'll get a better, more consistent product from sites like ModCloth. And always read site reviews first!
