Hi, I don't care wether you'll decide to respond or not I just want you guys to know I will be using the very last drop of my energy and money to spread the word in South Africa for people not to use this company anymore, it's not the first time, today I have made an order with shein order number: GSHN6E*******GB

My parcel had been split into two parts, let's start with the first, I specifically ordered two large pants LARGE and two SMALLS were sent, not even mediums, small, instead of contacting me and saying there's no stock you guys sent two small pants just to push the order through, which I had to return at my expense and my time which I've already waited two weeks for. I pray to God I get that refund.

Secondly:

As for package number two, a jacket I ordered got stuck in customs, which I've had to pay extra for sheins buffalo logistics, which I don't understand why I need to pay customs, yet even tho I did,my jacket was randomly chosen by customs and I will only receive it after weeks as stated by buffalo logistics? I have messages and screen shots of what they told me,And that's fine, it's the disrespect from shein for awarding me with 100 points = less than a dollar, for both their mistakes? This is undoubtedly unbelievable and the last time you will hear from me and a lot of people in South Africa.

Well there must be some kind of international trade law that makes this illegal! They charge my credit card immediately, don't ship my order. Don't tell me until 16 days after my order was placed that their warehouse system is not working and you don't when it will be. And then ask me if I want to cancel my order and they will give me a store credit!?
Not to mention they have products online that are out of stock but they don't have their website updated to show that little piece of very important information, so they email me a week after I have purchased an item to tell me "It Is out of Stock"! And then give me a store credit!? Then I'm told if I want my money put back on my credit card it will take up to 20 days to receive it!? It sure as heck doesn't take that long for them to charge me credit card!
I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission, the International Trade Administration and World Trade Organization.
Trust me you do not want to purchase from this company! It should be shut down!

I made two returns in the first week of January. Order #'s ABK******* and # ABK*******. I was told I would receive the refunds in January this is March 25th. No refund and no response.

Do not expect to make contact with anyone for any reason.

This company is a joke and equivalent to being a scam from what I experienced. I'm sure any positive comments or reviews about this company or either SheIn influencers or uninformed and unaware customers who only spend small amounts of money at SheIn, and have not yet, may I emphasize "not yet", experienced defective products, poor quality, poor customer service, partial refunds, and even no refund after defective items returned. I ordered a bed from SheIn along with several other items. The bed arrived with parts missing, they wanted me to return it at my own expense for a full refund, or if not returned they offered me 30% refund. All I wanted is for their manufacturer to send the missing part, which they refused. Now I'm stuck with a bed that I cannot use. To add insult to injury, when I told them that I was going to stop ordering from them because that was not an adequate solution, they did not send my other orders and keep lying saying that they are shipped and in transit, which was almost a month ago. USPS is the courier and they say label was created, but they have not received any package from them. They are giving me the run around about where my orders are and about refunding my money to be spiteful because I said I would discontinue ordering from them. Then I go online and find out they are unethical and that there are several other customers that they have done the same or worse to on PissedConsumer.com. Had I known all this, I would have never spent one cent of my money with this company. I do not condone slave labor, poor quality and defective products, nor taking advantage of consumers. I will forever hold to the fact that this company should not be allowed to conduct business in this country (USA), and should be banned. They also should be blocked from obtaining an IPO to trade on the stock market.

Tip for consumers:
Although they have a refund policy, when you return defective or damaged products, you never recieve your refund.

Purchased 8 orders from shein all was good first couple orders then I got some bikinis I usually wear a xl in tops because I have a larger chest so I thought 1x in the bikinis would be ok so I purchased a set 3 piece and it came tried on the top and it didn't fit so I emailed them and they were like ok great will exchange it for you so went through the process and finally
After 3 wks it came so now I placed another order and got 2 more bikinis and went up a size seeing that I had an issue with the first one well of course those don't fit cause they don't use enough fabric bottoms are huge but tops don't cover emailed them and now on a back and forth nonsense ride takes them 48 Hours to respond and they keep saying send us measurements and photos I'm like I didn't have to with the first one so why you ask now and they talk to you like your stupid I will never order anything again from shein I spent over $500. Some stuff is ok and some crap and when you ask the live chat a question it's like your talking to a robot

If you want to order from shein do so but wouldn’t recommend ordering swim bikinis bathing suits etc

I had my reservations about buying from here as I read a LOT of terrible reviews saying how the products were terrible quality, the shipping caused loads of trouble and how the whole site is a scam. I read these reviews after ordering and so I freaked out thinking I'd wasted my money. Well from my personal experience these reviews were completely untrue for myself. I bought a white cotton summer dress and a PU leather bag which are amazing quality. I didn't read the description of the dress in depth enough so it was a welcome surprise to find that the dress was even lined. It was a one size dress which made me nervous, but as the back was elasticated it fit absolutely perfectly. It's amazingly well made, wonderful quality and looks lovely on. I am more than happy with the dress and the bag is also amazing, well stitched and sturdy. Another thing I was nervous about was the shopping as some reviews said it took up to a month to reach them, but as it comes from china, I expected this and was happy to wait this long, however I recieved it within a week which I was not expecting (I live in the UK). Payment went through smoothly (via PayPal) and I had no problems with that. The order tracking kept me updated every time the package made any sort of movement so I knew where it was at all times. The bargain prices on this website are literally that, a bargain, I managed to get these amazing quality clothes for only £22, and being a student I like to get my clothes as cheap as possible. Overall I would absolutely recommend this website to everyone and I think it's amazing. I'd just recommend checking the sizing of the clothes as it's coming from china, so the sizes are slightly smaller (I'm normally a small but I fit a medium from this site) but if you read the detailed size guide you will be able to work out what you need. I urge people not to worry about bad reviews, my experience with this website was fantastic and I will absolutely be buying from here again.

First I found the site on facebook and I was so impressed with all their clothing so I decided right away to ordered but I forgot to read the reviews about Shein I purchased worth of $152 and on the next day I found they charged me $4 for express shipping. The package arrived with in 5 days only which is really fast! Then Before they deliver my package the DHL company called me that I have package from Singapore and I have to pay like $205 I think, as I remember more than $200 so I refused I told them that no I wont accept and pay any taxes or duties for that it is more than the amount that I ordered from them I a very upset so I contacted customer service that are really terrible because they don't have contact number only chat on their site so but anyway one of their customer service said I used International site. But it's not exactly right they try to scam people so I asked to give my full refund or else I will file a complain! Then They refunded my money. I wish I read the reviews about their site before I order anything. So BEWARE!

My co-worker ordered from Shein and was very happy with her order, which arrived within a week. I submitted an order on January 22 and after I hit submit, something showed up on the screen stating they would not be processing orders until Jan 26 due to the holiday. I messaged them immediately when I saw the message, they assured me my items would arrive. Today is January 27th and I had gotten notice yesterday that my items shipped. Today- nothing. No update other than it's being shipped via DHL. No update on the DHL site or the Shein site. Whenever I try to contact customer service I get the same run around. I spent $200 so I qualified for Express Shipping... my co-workers have ordered things AFTER I did and they have tracking information. I am leaving for a cruise on Thursday and trying to pack. Kinda hard when you don't know if your order will arrive in time. I am very unimpressed. Especially when every time I contact them I get a generic message in return. Oh and not to mention that my swimsuits CANNOT be returned so I'm basically stuck with the order when I get it.

***UPDATE*** DHL shipping was finally updated. My order is due to arrive on Feb 7- this is with express shipping. What a joke. That's over 2 weeks after I ordered. My co-workers that ordered AFTER me will get their items this week. I messaged them via Facebook messenger again (it's the only form of contact that I can find) and yet again, received a robotic message stating "please allow for 2-4 days for shipping". I think Feb 7 is quite a bit longer than 2-4 days. Only after leaving a review on this site has someone really answered me asking for my order number etc. I will probably never order from this company again. Their customer service is horrible and express shipping is NOT express what so ever!

I have been a long time customer. I am aware that the clothes run small. So, I got a proper measurement from a tailor to make sure that I but the right size. The problem is that some of the clothes run smaller than what they are supposed to.
Recently I bought a cute designer inspired piece and it would not fit over my backside. Sorry, I'm 29 inch waist and 40 inch backside. It's not easy enough but this was not good.
I wrote customer service and told them of my dilemma and they essentially asked me to pay to have it shipped back to the warehouse.
So I wrote back, No... you did not display the proper sizing chart. So, you send me a return label. Right? Well, they passively told me no and after a few emails they changed their mind.
So, I told them I wanted a refund on to my card. They said they would put it in my "online wallet".
SO I wrote back, No, AGAIN, you did not display the correct sizing chart and I want my money back for the cost of the dress. They said that they would issue the refund and said it would take no more than 20 business days to get it back. They also said to contact my bank if I didn't see the money.
On day 23 there was still no sign of my money. So, yes, I called my bank. They said that they would have to create a dispute to make sure that I got my money.
So, in the end, this is what I think. They are a cheap company. They do not want to refund any money like any normal company and just LOVE to tell their customers NO. Even if it's not a direct "no" it's still a no regardless.
I love some of the things that they have but the person that is inputting the data for the sizing chart is mostly off on the size. Also, the customer service is just a plain pain in the
A$$! So, even though I have been shopping with them I'm going to have to say, no more. You can get the same quality of clothing from other online stores. There's not such a huge variety but at least you don't have to wait for a month or longer and you don't have to deal with a customer service issue.
Just beware!
